Wonderful. A really amazing place showcasing the ingenuity of the Roman Empire. So well preserved and improvements happening to expand the experience. Audio guide was great.

Hugely disappointing, the baths have been poorly maintained and it looks like the staff really don't care and have no knowledge of both the historical and architectural significance of the whole site. It's a shame as so much more could have been done here.
Highlight is the stunning Abbey right across the road.
When u visit Bath, don t miss out its restaurant with high quality live music performance.
A really well designed tourist experience. Loved the Bill Bryson narration on the audio!
It will need good 2hours to go through all the audio tour. It looks really beautiful when the torches are lighten up.
Amazing. 2 hours flew by and the audio guide have adults and children's style. My 8 year old loved listening to horrible histories. Book in advance and enjoy a world wonder
Well presented historical experience for children and adults. A great afternoon's experience.
Amazing piece of history that needs to be seen.. self touring experience as well with handsets to explain the history.. must be seen
Surprised! Astonished! Impressed! An hot spring within the city centre. Surprised again!
It was good, but disappointed that you can't actually swim in there. Not even touch the water
Good history, well organised for the 1 way system. Well worth a visit.
Preservation of ancient engineering marvel and the experience in the tour.
A relic from the past full of mysticism and surrounded by myth. The miraculous healing power of the sulphuric water of the Roman Bath catapulted it to fame. Everyone wanted to try it's efficacy and taste its glorious history. Unfortunately, it's now open for viewing to tourists and it's prohibited even to touch the waters. In any case, it still retain its beauty. It has been rehabilitated and preserved. Also it provides a nice view of the cathedral as well as the old city and edifice of Bath. A must go just the same while in UK.
Didn't know what to expect but was impressed. Will be visiting again with family.
Marvellous piece of history, well explained and well curated.
It's been on my bucket list since I was a child, and my visit didn't disappoint. It's a very popular site, so prepare for a queue to get in and be patient to get the best experience. The audio guide is really good, especially the comments by Bill Bryson. Allow yourself plenty of time to enjoy all there is to see.
Fabulous historical Roman Baths in where else, Bath!
So well preserved and presented. The museum and audio tour are first class.
You can spend many hours here as we did.
Great attraction with good exhibition of ancient Roman era.
Beautiful. I would love to have been able to take a bath here but unfortunately the water isn't fit. Loved it would recommend! Must see in Bath
One of the most scenic and historical attractions i have visited in the UK. Some staffs may require training on curtesy and ushering crowd using the Covid19 protocol as they seem standing and not mindful of the crowd being too close to each bubble group. The rest of the staffs are very helpful and charming.
Excellent. Well set out and plenty of information for all ages.
The history of this area fascinates me. I loved exploring the bath. Would love to come back here one day.
A bit boring for me but I am sure it is interesting for the historians.. areas had a bad tasting smell.. restaurant was closed but wow amazing
Our boy loved the audioguide. It was a great place to visit and learn about the Romans here.
Really interesting place full of history. A must for any visitors to Bath.
Fantastic history museum , a must for all tourists visiting Bath
Nice museums of the Roman baths. I just think it is a little bit overpriced but there are many things to see inside apart from the many Roman baths.
A lovely experience in these famous baths. We even had a go at their escape room and escaped! :) we loved the summer pop up bar and the prices were very reasonable.
Cor blimey they have invested in this well, its a fantastic historical experience great for the kids too excellent.
Nice historic place to visit.
Long queues and a little too crowded on a weekend.
One of the best museum I have ever been to! From the outside entrence it looks so small, but heck its a huge complex. Best of all your ticket includes a audio guide, which makes it well work the money (there are also free tours inside about ever hour-ish).
Absolutely amazing the Romans we're brilliant engineer's as well as very clever architects well worth seeing
Great visit super informational. The audio stuff is fun, the views are obviously beautiful!
Recommend 100 percent. Worth every penny.
Well done display modern and fun with great culture.
Beautiful city. The baths were fascinating and there was much more to them than I expected.
Fantastic place & overall town, packed with historical places.
Historic and interesting. Grab some tea in the Pump Room.
Absolutely beautiful. A must visit if u r in the area followed by a meal at the Pump Room upstairs. Dont forget to sample the water before leaving!
If u r visiting UK; one should visit the city of bath. The main attraction is the roman bath; the place tells you how old is human civilization and about human history. The place is really well maintained and worth visiting.
Definitely worth listening to the audio commentary great day out
Wow what a fabulous place to visit, loved the history.
My favorite stop in our UK adventures. We visited at dusk when all the torches were lit and crowds minimal. The experiance offer audio information and some virtual displays to immerse us in the history. A place I will never forget. The town is also fantastic with tours, shops, good food and history.
I went a little later in the day. At about 5pm which was a great time to walk through as the crowds were small and they give you plenty of additional time to walk through. The baths are beautiful and there is a fantastic audio tour that leaves you knowing everything you need to know! Would highly recommend for anyone in Bath.
It's good for historians... A lot of information of Roman time
This attraction and vital piece of history never fails to impress. It is clear that since my last visit here, the city of Bath has done a lot to preserve and make the tours more meaningful, educational, and interesting. The ruins are well lad out for a self-guided tour, like most all places, the docents are knowledgeable and very eager to answer questions. Nice restrooms are available here.
Cannot visit bath without seeing the Roman baths. The tour is well worth the price, you can take it at your own pace since it is all via a prerecorded audio guide. Really fascinating to walk through these two-thousand year old structures that are well-preserved and essentially comprise the early makings of our modern-day spas!
Great place to go and learn about Bath's Roman history. Very fun and interesting for kids and adults alike. Free if you have a BANES discovery card. Went here to fill time while getting an MOT done and was well worth the visit.
Very nice place which takes you to the old Roman history, people are friendly and the whole place is a touristic place
An incredible experience. Very well presented, and a vast variety of roman artifacts.
You can feel the Roman soldiers walking around. It is a must see. The history of the roman empire is incredible
Good experience, you should definitely touch the water dispite not being allowed too... So warm.. So nice.. You even get to drink some at the end
Wow. This was so much more than a couple of photos at the pool. Advice, use the free audio device. Taste the water.
Interesting and well maintained. It's incredible that such an old site is maintained in such a good conditions. Audio you get on the entrance is thorough.
Fabulous historic site. Can get very busy with tourists.
Extradinary! Highly recommend. An historical gem for sure. Very well preserved. And the staff were very courteous. The city of Bath is very charming as well. I would return.
Interesting free audio tour, lots of great artifacts
It's a really nice place the main pool it's not clean and one time you could take a swim but now you can't, indiede there are many presentation of the roman bath in all the nation and there is a fountain ,where you can even drink , of termal water.
:)
Loved this visit. Social distancing rules were in play so there was a lot of queuing.
They give you a phonelike machine which gives you loads of information.
Beautiful historic place with benches around to seat and listen to musicians while having a snack.
Incredible! Have to go back when I have more time to spend in the town.
Amazing to see in person and to learn about the Romans.
Wonderful place, nice shops and the parks are worth a visit!
Great museum that has a lot to offer in what looks like a tiny space. You get the history of what the original complex was about, not just the baths. There are some fun videos depicting everyday roman life. You can take the guided tour, or a self guided tour with the portable speaker that looks like an early 90s cell phone
Very interesting place and gives a great context to where Bath gets its name. Quite a tourist trap, so I recommend getting in early.
A must visit site in Bath. It surrounds a hot spring which was one of two in the old Roman Empire which covered most of Europe. They are continually exploring the site so they keep adding new areas and artefacts to view. We're always happy to take visitors there as there is always something new to see.
