Amazing atmosphere, superb hospitality and professional staff

It is best to book in advance and accept the traffic, especially during breakfast in Ramadan

My evaluation for the Ramadan breakfast buffet
The place is fabulous, the food is vastly varied, the service is sweet, but the food tastes normal to tasty and almost expensive above 350 riyals on the head

Entrance and all common areas are fantastic but the rooms are abit old decorated. Worth to try once at least.

Very beautiful hotel. The business lounge had traditional American foods, and there are a couple other restaurants there as well. Most amazing pool area I've ever seen--the whole deck around the pool was marble and it was heated to like 72 degrees.

Everyone who works anywhere in the hotel bends over backwards to be accommodating. People keep saying affordable, but it's $500/night for the "cheapest" room. It is definitely the best place I could imagine staying at in Saudi Arabia.

Their positives:
The handling is very classy
Saudi employees are very respectful
The place is luxurious and upscale
Negatives :
Breakfast is bad and their types are few
The rooms are cramped
The dinner meal from room service is not delicious. I asked for a vegetable biryani and the taste is I ask God for forgiveness as for the hummus

Very well built... Close to Riyadh international Airport Saudiarabia. Its great place to stay and it is expensive. Center city areas are far from this location. But you can easily take a service of any means of transport. All are avaliable.

This is my first visit to the Ritz, and I summarize it in several points.

1- From the outside, they were once luxurious, especially with the huge gate, the entrance, the lobby, the reception, and of course everything is expensive for the Ritz in the end
2- I booked the suit, but its luxury is less and what suits the Ritz
3- When I requested extra blankets, Atouni shed a rough rug called a blanket
4- There are no light gradients in the bathroom, meaning when you wake up from sleep, you wash your face and feel soft
5- I wish to improve the visitor experience by increasing the USB ports in the room and improving the curtains - because they are not worthy of the tertz - and improving the furniture
6- I liked the speed of service and all the hotel staff treated in a classy manner. Everyone sees you greeting you
7- The swimming pool was very beautiful and luxurious

In the end, it was a good experience and I hope to improve the services to make the experience better ...
