Wow what a place..very beautiful from within and very polite staff

My visit was to try the lobby .. Arabic coffee is 155 riyals and latte is hot for 50 riyals as well as hot chocolate .. There are external sessions but it was crowded .. my presence was at the time of an exhibition for dentists so that the place was very crowded and there are no car parks because of this crowd .. note Menu without tax rates ..

Very sophisticated place. It needs a lot of money to enjoy it.

I had breakfast in the Ramadan tent where two days ago and I was shocked by the taste of eating was less than normal and also the atmosphere was not Ramadan and decorations are just two palms and how much in the ceiling and all the tables were covered with cups of milk and camouflage molded by the one sitting on it and Halashi suggests not to clean! Even the Chinese in which the vangels were dipped were clearly dirty! Per capita was 375 riyals and Halashi is much for the service and taste that she felt

The hotel is standard in all standards and meets all the needs of the guest at different levels

In most Saudi hotels, female customers cannot use the hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and the gym, knowing that women and men pay the same amount for reservation !!

Most Saudi hotels the gym and the pool are completely closed off to women but there is no where on the bookings apps / websites where this information is provided.
It is highly unfair to completely exclude women from the facility when the rate for the entire hotel is the same for men and women!
If this rule is to be enforced, then there should be one rate for men who get to enjoy the entire hotel's facilities and a lower one for women who can only enjoy the rooms and restaurant.

Our stay at Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh was phenomenal. The service provide the team was second to none. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. The level of hospitality was unlike any other hotel I ve stayed in. The staff we re all kind and sweet people and they made us feel at home. The hotel was extremely clean with room service. And breakfast was delicious. There is so much more i could say about the outstanding service but I think you need to experience it yourself.
