The hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels and everything is perfect

Fancy place but a bit too opulent for my taste. However the buffet is amazing especially for breakfast, with a huge eleven of delicious fresh fruits and all kinds of healthy mueslis. Of course all types of options are available for all tastes.
Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Female gym is small but well equipped.

Had a Iftar reservation and it was confirmed by your reservation agent through email and sms.

Unfortunately, upon arrival in the hotel one of the guest service officer told me that my reservation is cancelled without sending me any notification by email or sms.

I sent an inquiry through email regarding this issue and one of the reservation agent/asst manager told me that they receive a phone call asking them to cancell the confrimed reservation. In my own opinion they should conducted verification before sudden cancellation of my reservation. But the agent/ asst manager insisted that they cancell the reservation because of unknown caller wherein they cannot even give me the number / name of the person who call them to cancell the reservation.

As far as I know I am dealing with a luxury hotel with various awards in terms of customer service but the way the reservation agent/ asst manager handled the issue, is far beyond from your SERVICE VALUES in building strong relationships with your guests for life

SERVICE VALUE NO. 6 IS MISSING:
"I own and immidiate resolve guest problems".

A very nice and elegant hotel, the staff is very cooperative and the prices are in my opinion appropriate to visit if there are discounts or offers or the visit is on an important occasion

I went there for an Iftar Dinner. Food was good... Much better than last year. Way more crowded than it should have been and for the price they charge.

I give 5 star to this hotel, friendly staff clean and tidy luxury

Great hotel in its decor and food 5 stars but I have management notes on it. The management team is useless immediately and always replies: "We will convey your comments to the management." I lived in the fourth floor, and I had no notes but the mattress was very poor. I woke up in the morning and my back hurt. The inner corridors are large and have luxurious furniture, but unfortunately on the floor where I lived there was a smell of grilled food with a fog in vision. There appears to be a clear air leak between the kitchen and the floors. I informed the crew at night and morning of what I saw and smelled. Unfortunately, there is no life for those who call. I expected someone to come to the road to see the problem and verify it, but their treatment was far from professional.
