This Ritz Carlton have a very good unique design either from outside and inside. Outside like a palace and inside you feel that you are in the piece of art related to Mogamed Ali basha palace. Excellent clean and staff are very helpful and always in cooperation with gusts at very polite manner. Food is very delicious and sweet varieties are so good.

Call it a Palace please! It is very beautifully built. Very opulent! Kudos to whoever conceptualized it.

A very luxurious place I visited the purple restaurant The buffet was a very good Friday lunch for a 204 person for 145 adults for 6 years

A hotel staff is sleeping their den and no one bothers to entertain the customer. Washrooms are so untidy. No sign boards for dine in area during any big function. No mosque in near by hall.
Staff for lunch in hall is very non cooperative. I visited during Huawei Day 9 December 2019 and the staff closed the doors for customers at lunch because they reached the headcount for which Huawei paid and hotel staff does not posses a commom sense that their extra headcounts will be easily adjusted at the end by organiser.
