A magnificent VIP hotel in which they will not say no and will always please customers. Cozy atmosphere. Large rooms accommodating 2 adults and 2 children are already in the database. I recommend a club room because of a profitable food concept!

Beautiful hotel with amazing 5* service. They have separate pools for adults and for families with kids, so you can choose according to your preferences. Pool bar has good selection of drinks and nice food. Prices are normal compared to Dubai standards. They have some outdoor activities for kids also tennis courts, jogging trail, nice gym and beautiful beach. It's a perfect location for a beach holiday where you can find plenty of restaurants around the hotel, JBR and Dubai Marina are walking distance.
Was there for a conference. Good location with nice beach. But not sure I would pay 600 CAD for one night there.

First time in Dubai, starstruck. I don't think we could have picked a better place to make our first stay. The property is gorgeous of course, but what really makes it is the staff. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay most memorable. A testament to service and hospitality. It would take some serious convincing to get me to stay anywhere else.
There are not two places like this one in Dubai, with restaurant on the beach and a magnificent lobby

Next level of luxury and ambiance. Though I was staying in a suite, the management didn't extent the option for complimentary breakfast which would have made my stay a complete one. However the experience in the garden, pool and private beach is beyond comparison. A must try for Dubai visitors

Stayed three nights there, nice spacious state of the art rooms . Helpful staff. But place lacks the buzz somehow, didn't find it very lively. Nice breakfast served in the morning.
Hotel is very good , rooms are clean , Family pool area was not clean , service is good is the room but not in the pool area , the issue I Had is with the restaurants was very disappointing , as I have half board reservation , and they give only 2 restaurant where we can dine for diner so when I called to book a table for dinner at the Thai restaurant they said is fully book and so for the other option the Italian , first of all I don't want Italian and they can only give me a table at 9 pm and i want at 7 pm as we were so hungry .
so as we don't have another choice we went to the Italian , and the food was very salty and we didn't like the menu selection at all

I recently went on vacation to the United Arab Emirates and stayed at this excellent hotel because of its good location, everything was clean, tidy, comfortable, with zones for every taste, good service. While I was at the hotel, I was offered an excursion service with the company SHAN TOURS , where I was taken to visit wonderful places, the staff was friendly, cordial, always attentive and ready for anything, a great impression, I recommend them
We visited The Ritz Carlton Dubai in September, 2017 for my husband s 35th birthday. We loved the hotel and every moment of our stay. Poolside bar and the location were great. You can just walk out on to "The Walk" with many shops and Restaurants. The Spa was amazing and dining & general restaurant option were fantastic.
I am visiting Dubai for work, I expect the best customer service at The Ritz Carlton. Unfortunately today was great until the staff at the valet weren t able to complete a simple task as requesting a taxi. I specifically asked for a taxi that accepts US credit card and told them specifically my destination. They called a taxi, I got in and the taxi driver said unless I told him exact directions I needed to get out.
I got out and told the valet the same thing and asked if he could help and said he could only get me a cash taxi. I don t understand how local staff at the Ritz Carlton can t complete a simple task. If they can t they should communicate that instead of putting me in a situation and being treated very poorly by the taxi driver as well as valet staff.
Second cab driver also the same situation, he did take me to my destination but was also very rude because the valet staff didn t make sure he called a taxi that accepted US credit card and my destination. Please ensure you train your staff to use common sense and have local Dubai information. That s a small part of working in hospitality.

Stunning hotel. The swimming pool area is so relaxing it feels like you are in Maldives with the cabanas. The room was large maybe just a little outdated. Service was kind and very caring. The only down point to the service was that they let someone know our room without confirming if we knew them. It's a little weird. Apart from that it's a very recomendable experience. Try out their brunch it's to die for !!

I love this place, if you need to relax with classical music, a peaceful ambiance, attentive staff, a lovely selection of aromatic tea, beautiful desserts this is the place to be. It has a terrace just a few steps in where you can enjoy a variety of drinks if you prefer the outdoors

There are 5 restaurants to choose from for every taste. Located in the center of a busy area, so there is where to go if you want to go outside the hotel.

Nice place apart from a big over zealous security guard called Kelvin who I saw shouting at a guest on the way through. Then wouldn t let me back through with my kid. Had to walk 1/2km the long way round. Real nasty piece of work. He won t last.

Service and service are very important here, the kitchen is outstanding in all restaurants, great rooms, the beach is huge - pure luxury and with genuine warmth - immediately again and can only be recommended!
