I have parked the vehicle in the basement & went to use rest room there is so much water wasting in the driver restroom.

I attended a professional conference at Ritz Carlton Bangalore. the hotel is situated in the centre of Bangalore and accessibility to the hotel is very easy. parking services in the reception was very well organised. The Conference Hall restaurant and Hotel area is very clean and tidy. The food was great and very well organised. I recommend anyone planning for small event or conference in the middle of the Bangalore to go for Ritz Carlton hotel.

Pretty overrated place! Damn expensive. Unpalatable food & mocktails. Haven t tried cocktails, can t comment.

Attended workshop on Real estate, it is a nice place, if I myself park my vehicle in cellar I have to walk all the way back, I was not allowed to take the lift.

Elegant upscale hotel..very interesting art pieces on display..particularly Picasso reimagined contemporarily lounging in a chair ;)

I dont feel it's a great 5 star hotel because of ambience compared to its peer group. Situated in heart of city therefore movement is restricted.

Another great Bangalore stay option if top end places are on your mind. The bar was very nice and served good martinis(even by my nit picky standards).

Everything was good food service was good but in breakfast food was not sufficient and most of the time food was not available gym is wxceexcel with a good trainer, food taste is good but service is poor otherwise all other things are good, swimming pool is very small one not enough

It was a good place away from home. I would rate the place best in the sense of cleanliness, ambience, room service. Since it is a place in between the city the connectivity from the hotel was really nice. It just made my day.

Its an amazing hotel with lot of options for fine dine, hangouts and private parties. Lounge on the rooftop is amazing with excellent view of Bangalore...

The rating is only for ambience comfort and staff behaviour .. food is one of the most unlikeliest for me.. was there around 3:15 when brunch was shut and the only option was quick grab , chicken ham burger was depression to go through with salt at peak ...

Christmas lunch buffet was absolutely amazing! Everything was beautifully decked out for Christmas, and there was a huge selection of food and dessert.

Best hotel in town. The service and staff are outstanding. The food in the lantern resto is delicious.

Came here for the annual day of company. Food was good. The looks of hotel are worth 5 stars too. No problem in finding cabs around. And street food options also available outside at decent rates.

Its located near Ashok Nagar, netrance can be tricky as its on oneway street and easy to.miss.

Causes a lot of disturbance to the neighbourhood with uncontrolled noise from rooftop bar and loudspeakers

The Seafood Buffet at Market restaurant is a must at Ritz. Also, you can catch RCB players there if you are lucky.

The fine ambience and luxury provided here cannot be compared with another hotel. Had an amazing evening at The Market.... Totally loved it.

A good experience it was ...nice lighting done to add the overall ambience level to highs...staff is cheerful and courteous...food is good ...I specifically liked the bakery products...they have some interesting things to garner your attention..like the red sumo and big feet ...and blazing bowls in lined water fountain area ..even the seating Rock uncle.

I stayed here for a week because the office is in walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of friendliness and service of the staff. The reception and intake was smooth after my long travel and got some fresh juice.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. My personal housekeeper left me a note saying that Injust have to convey my wishes. Generally the staff is very helpful and continuously asking if they can help.

Breakfast is brilliant with a good selection of fresh vegetables and fruits, Indian and Chinese stations and egg stations. Order and mention your table number. Good selection of breads and pastries. Coffee can be improved.

The Latern restaurant has a great selection of dim sum and wine. The rooftop bar has a nice ambiance and live music on the Tuesday when I visited.

Staff been properly instructed to engage with clients and exchanging the common social niceties.

Gym is well equipped and provides fruits, water, towels and an instructor to help out.

Everything is well serviced and catered for and makes the hotel stay very pleasant and allows you to focus on health and business.
