Great property in Bangalore's central business district. Food is good.

This is a great hotel for business travelers. The hospitality is excellent and unmatched. The restaurants and the food caters both authentic Indian and international cuisine. The rooms are clean and the service is also prompt. Have been staying in the hotel for last 5 years and the service continues to be the best. The hotel management is doing great with this property.

The hotel is just awesome....... The hospitality is excellent here and the food is top notch.. Chefs make sure they meet the guests and see to it that they enjoyed their food..... The place is well maintained will a lot of trees and bushes around the hotel. We had a few meeting here all the rooms were awesome..... Parties take place during weekends which is also awesome...... I was in luck when I got to meet a bunch of Indian players.... I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here.

During this pandemic , this place is more safe and hygiene.

I have visited the Ritz on many and various occasions. The staff are extremely hospitable. Have had the opportunity to also host business events and the experience has been very good. One of the premium properties in CBD. Must visit for any occasion. You will love the food too!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms are incredible and the food is quite amazing as well! I was blown away with the extraordinary service each and every employee gave. You are always kindly greeted when you enter the hotel and are treated SO well! I was truly shocked... Ravindra gave incredible service as soon as we arrived into the lobby. He went out of his way at all times to ensure that we had a great experience. My family and I learned SO much from him. Additionally, Jagan and Rahul were very kind and ensured that everything was going smoothly. Jagan always kindly assisted us with making our plans and advised us. Pratiksha and Mou and Binda were very kind who worked at the lounge. They always helped us with anything we needed with a huge smile on their faces. They are truly so kind. Mahin, the chef, was absolutely incredible! He went out of his way all the time and explained what he was making. He was so kind and patient with us as well. Not to mention the fact that he makes absolutely phenomenal food. He made our lunch experience very, very memorable. Overall, we were blown away with the incredible service provided at this hotel. It was truly extraordinary and we couldn t be happier with our decision to stay here! Thank you SO much for providing us with memories that will last a lifetime.

Worst hotel they don t give salary on time and in covid they fired many staff and also thy give half salary to employees in these times may be good hotel for guests but not for employees

Lights in the room is very dim, no health foss in the camod. Roti is very hard, sometimes they provide very tasteless milk tea. Hotel service people are very polite and helpful. Room as well as bathroom, are quite spacious. Boufet is good.

Good place to do some corporate functions. But they do charge a lot to play some good music and had lot of restrictions

Market: Buffet lunch, live food counter, colourful ambience, wonderful spread of food, excellent hospitality.. Fine dining to its best. Lovely washrooms! Must visit place at least once and yes its expensive.

Bang: This is a bar & restaurant, had been here for dinner. This is on roof top. Excellent view, great food. Entrance is awesome, Felt like a celebrity walking in!

Awesome, they take care of you so much, personalized welcome from the moment I enter the driveway...attention to guests needs, personalized focus on ensuring your stay is great...breakfast was delicious....really good stew and appams

Went here for my birthday dinner. This place is just mind-blowingly gorgeous. The terrace, the seating, everything is just so perfect! Had the Compassionate cocktail and the taste of kiwi really made it so delicious. It was just the perfect cocktail, not too sweet, not too bitter and hits just the right spot. Also tried the Sweet Lullaby which was a tad too ginger-y for my taste but it was quite good. We ordered the Mexican platter which was decent. The DJ played songs I'd never heard before, not your regular run of the mill tracks but truly beautiful indie tracks. We were served by Sohan, who was very courteous. We even got a very peculiar tasting Ritz Carlton signature chocolate cake with unnamed cocktails on a tray of roses. All in all, it was a wonderful unforgettable experience. I felt like I was on top of the world. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion.

Beautiful designed..very nice hotel...our buffet lunch was tasty....though felt slightly short on Chinese spread but North Indian and continental was complete spread.. their pasties and desserts are awesome in taste. Staff is very well mannered and very alert. Overall experience was awesome in their restaurant "Market"

A very good hotel, pleasant staff and clean big rooms. The food could have been better. Since was in a pc/banquet hall so was expecting ok food, which it was. Not great though. Rest everything is top notch!

Great ambience and decor.
Rooms are excellent, as expected and the staff are very courteous.
Only issue was the food. While the overall quality is good, it was not as good or tasty as I was expecting it to be, for that kind of price.
Both the room service, and the buffet was just ok, and nothing extraordinary.
Otherwise, this property has an excellent location, in the heart of prime Bangalore and is definitely worth a stay.

Great ambiance and an amazing staff.. great restaurants ..had come for the best of chest conference and the arrangement of food and the seminars were amazingly coordinated. Keep up the good work.

The place was super swank and the people super-friendly. Visited the Bang on top for a rollicking party.

But now a days they dont play music. They r yet to get license.

Amazing checkin experience...sitting comfortably and in 5 min you are checked in.

the market has an amazing and awesome food. The salad there are amazing , they literally have at least 10-20 different types of salad . Amazing food also and worth it. The restaurant is very good comparing with the other restaurant..
