Beautiful location right off the slopes. Pool and spa are amazing as well and the staff take really great care of you. We also we're able to go on a hike right outside of the hotel, there are many options for outdoor activities!

1. Basic signage - We missed the hotel because there were no signs to the check in/registration desk
2. Valet service upon arrival was exceptional. The only great thing about our trip here.
3. Went to the taco hut for lunch. Waited over an hour for tacos cut from a spit onsite. Should have taken less than five minutes. No explanation or apology for the long wait. Clearly not a lot of other people waiting for food.
4. Refrigerator in room not working. Called it in. No response. Discovered on our own 5 hours later that the fridge wasn t plugged in. Fixed it ourselves. Still no response from the hotel.
5. Duvet had a stain on it. Yuck. Housekeeping replaced it on request.
6. Would you like a nice relaxing bath? Your choices are: pitch black or spot light. No lighting options in the bathroom besides all on or all off .
7. The food from Wyld restaurant is just ok. We had our dinner free because of all of the other heartburn we had today. And still, for a free meal, it was sub-par.
8. Not Roku-friendly. Didn t try amazon fire stick. All other hotels allow us to use our Roku stick but here we get a message that content is not allowed .
9. Not sure what s the great appeal here. The rooms are above average. The food is definitely not. The food service is definitely not. Any other amenities can be had at other hotels.

Beautiful property, and excellent service. The hotel has unbelievable views. I visited in the summer, and the air was crisp. Great hiking, and a village within a few minutes drive has shops and restaurants.

Normally I would give this place a higher rating but considering the name brand of the ritz and the amount of money we paid for our basic one night stay (500 dollars) I m gonna give it 2 stars. The room was dated, furniture from the 70 s, fridge didn t work and looked older than me. I don t understand the high rating, you can get a better experience at a holiday inn express at least they have free breakfast. I can t comment on the food since I didn t eat at their restaurants.

Definitely not my favourite experience at a Ritz. Staff is grumpy half the resort is closed between season excuses but there proud to charge a resort fee. Makes no sense. I am a loyal marriott traveler but I will stay at the Westin down the street next time.

Bachelors Gulch is a gorgeous property! There were two staff members who shined and stood out above and beyond everyone else. The Ritz Carlton is lucky to have them and represent the brand extremely well. These two staff members are Katie with the front desk and Grant at the outside bar.
We hope to be back soon!

A bit hard to find but fantastic location. The room was spacious with a balcony and the spa was amazing. We came at a time in which the place is pretty empty but still got great service. Everyone was nice both when we got in late at night and in the morning. Would love to spend another few days here!

Took my family to Beaver Creek Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch to enjoy the fireworks on July 3rd. My 21 year old and his fiance attempted to go have lunch and we're told by the msle attendent at the entrance the wait woukd be 35 minutes, plenty of open seats everywhere, they walked away....We had dinner that night for four, we were seated and waited 20 minutes for a menu and once we ordered had to return both appetizers due to being undercooked, how do you mess up Nachos???

Later in the evening went to the beautiful bar by the entrance outside and ordered coffee for the fireworks, you would have thought our money was not welcome, had the worst experience!!! NOT again, I'll stay at a Super 8 instead#
