Fantastic experience at Regent Hotel. Definitely will return there again.

Went to an event dinner at the hote hall. The dinning experience was good. Food served is nice and the service good.

Visited the Regent recently for a social dinner event. In that regard, the Regent had met all my expectations. The food, a multi-course Chinese meal, was excellent with very few misses. Service was top notch. Although, it must be said that a lot of the staff were part-timers with no formal training. One should temper expectations when going for such functions. All in all, my experience with the Regent was a pleasant one. I had no complaints with the conference hall.

Little old fashioned but comfortable. The gym is very small and gets crowded with 5 folks.. Good breakfast, lots of options for vegetarians aswell.

For a up class hotel, they sure have a bad carpark. There is no elevators up, so you'll have to climb a flight of stairs. Not good if you're attending an event with a tuxedo and many gifts to carry around.

Hotel and facility look old but it feels cozy and luxurious inside. Service is good, room is quite spacious and clean. In general, i like this hotel.

I haven't yet stayed here. However, as soon as I forwarded an email to The Regent notifying them that Singapore Airlines had cancelled my flight, management provided a refund. Amazing customer service during these difficult times for the industry. I will definitely stay with them in the future.

Excellent hotel with an excellent breakfast, a short distance from Orchard street
and the Botanical Garden. Had forgotten my Dell charger; the concierge just had 1 on loan! Special thanks to Kumar from Malaysia for his hospitality.

We travel across the world and the one thing we look for is quiet. And this hotel is huge, and quiet. Situated right off Orchard Road, it's the only hotel that has consistently been quiet and we've often slept until noon. I've stayed in many of the hotels in Singapore, all five-star. This is the one that I'd go back to every single time.

Rooms where spacious, toilet so clean and amenities was excellent. Breakfast selection was amazing. The concierge was friendly and informative especially for attractions nearby. Need to have bigger swimming pool.

The manager and staff took care of us when we got in early from our flight. Love the hard work and dedication from the staff.

Location is good and is very convenient to go out for shopping nearby. In addition, the service and the customer service of the hotel were impersonal, and I wanted to come again.

Location, not as gd but lucky there are transports. Went for high tea. There were seats available, however stafd did not call to confirm if we were able to add 1 more seat.

Went for wedding banquet. Waiter spilled wine over us, scalded me with the tea cattle and couldn't understand simple English. If you want to host a banquet, I'd recommend the void deck over this place.

Service was very good, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lobby is very packed once there is a wedding reception.

A four star hotel located at the outskirts of orchard.

Situated near the heart of orchard road. Service is what you will expect from the Four Season brand. Top notch nothing to complain about. Only issue is that there's no lift from the carpark

Best hotel stay in Singapore and we ve had many. Very clean, large room on Regent Club floor. Fabulous staff - nothing too much trouble. Loved the Regent Club - great team of people. Food is wonderful and lots of choice for dining. Convenient location. Can t recommend highly enough.

5 stars hotel at 4 stars price. Clean, friendly and nice. The restaurants here serve good quality food especially the tea lounge, comes with hokkien mee and prawn porridge.

The other day I came to meet some friends at the gorgeous Manhattan bar and sat by the couches on the 2nd floor waiting for people to arrive. Saw 3 (adult) guests making themselves at home around the area - cushions strewn everywhere, one person lying across the big couch with her shoes off feet up and playing on her phone, another studying sth with all her papers everywhere and the last playing a war game on his phone with the sound on.

What is happening here? Could we get some civilized behavior pls? Makes this luxury 5 star hotel look and feel like a dump.

The quality of service is stable, but it's a bit far from the Metro station.

An old dame on Cuscaden. Casual meeting can be cosy but parking is limited, and rooms need a little sprucing.

A very nice hotel, we stayed on a work trip and paid the extra for club lounge, fantastic service, very polite staff, great selection of food and delicious could not fault. Definitely worth booking the regent rather than the marina bay sands hotel.

Super elegant and quaint hotel with a great atmosphere. Hotel staffs are very kind and you will never feel you are not treated well here.

There is a gym and pool at 3rd floor, and there are some popular restaurants; Japanese, Italian, and Korean.

Even not a suite room, the room is big enough for 2-3 people. You also get Loccitane amenities :))
The water pressure in the shower is satisfying too.

Free wifi. Free mobile during your stay with unlimited local minutes and data. The staff are helpful. The furniture is in good condition. I would come here again.

Went there for a wedding. Wasn't very impressed and the food wasn't that fantastic. I mean I'm not complaining, just not impressed for a reputable hotel.

Attend a wedding dinner at regent Singapore. Food was great and decoration was awesome. A very nice environment to have your meals. The only downside is the transport and traffic.. cab can be hard to get at times.

Staff are the friendliest. Nothing to much for them to attend to your wishes. Best high tea around, but you must book well in advance.

Was invited by colleague to try out the wine club at Park90. Very affordable prices for very nice wines and you can order food (from the other Regent hotel kitchens). Great ambiance for after work/dinner drinks.

The gym facility in this place is awesome! They are a pet friendly hotel in Singapore and provide food and bedding for your furry friend. Rooms are also clean and cosy!

One of the rare pet friendly hotel. Service was ok,normal..but the location, cleanliness is definitely top notch.

Manhattan Bar is great! The tea lounge and open seating area too. Please give Diniy a raise. Andreana too.

Fantastic service and courteous staff. Was a staycation night with our pets, and there were pet food and beds for our cat and dog - was a terrific stay. The proximity to downtown orchard is also a plus to catch some late night food.

Attended a wedding lunch at the hotel. Only visited one of the reception rooms and banquet halls. Decor was modern, rooms were clean but some of the chairs looked a bit aged. Service at the banquet was satisfactory. Servers were attentive but seemed to be inexperienced at handling food and pouring drinks.

This hotel has recently been renovated but still feels a little dated with brass acsent and a big atrium that feels like its straight from an Embassy Suites. That said the room was fine, bed very comfortable, although needs somewhere to put bags and ventilation in the bathroom.
But what was surpring was how good the staff was, from doormen to housekeeping, everyone was accommodating and showed a genuine interest, that's why hotel is rated 5 stars.

It is an old building, but it produces a sophisticated atmosphere with steady remodeling. I just can not tolerate the smell of cigarettes coming out of my room.

Finished SHN in this hotel. The food is OK for lunch n dinner but the breakfast is a bit boring everyday.
