I think this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. It was built in 1925 and they have stayed true to the art deco style completely. The service is impeccable and nothing is a problem. The staff seem very happy too which is a great testament to the ethos of the hotel. My two children and husband stayed in the deluxe family suite. Beautiful great Gatsby type room, airy and art deco, marble bathroom, glorious rain shower comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast was served in the incredible dining room and terrace downstairs. Again the service was amazing and the design beautiful. I hope I come back to Zagreb just to be able to stay in this hotel for longer.

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend.
Price a bit too high for Croatian standards but since the hotel is centrally located, you can count.
The terrace at the bar was nice to enjoy in the evening, and we have had the best gin and tonic there so far.
Breakfast was great, in the sunshine on the terrace with service, really attentive. Very nice.
The rooms are in need of renovation, this is a very old hotel, hence this 1 star deduction.

Wonderful and luxurious hotel redolent of days gone by. Excellent service, spotlessly clean, welcoming and effortlessly gracious hosting. The Superior rooms are spacious, well proportioned and extremely comfortable. In-room service via TV based ordering brings the hotel up to the modern day, but those looking for good old fashioned quality won't go far wrong here. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff, always ready to help you with whatever you need. Also the hotel always smells amazing. If you go you have to try their great gin tonics and their "strukli." Also you can't beat the location in Zagreb. I love the restaurants in this hotel. You have one that s a little bistro that s super cute, second one is like the main big one where there s the breakfast buffet. The food in the second one is fantastic and deserves a Michelin star. The evening mood and atmosphere is really
Relaxing and luxurious, they usually have some
Time of nice light live music and the decor is beautiful. Rooms are always clean and you can t beat this hotel in Zagreb.

The most luxurious hotel, not only in Zagreb, but much wider. Built to give Orient Express travelers a breather, they have acquired a unique image through more than a century of existence. He really has a soul.

We were treated to a night by some very generous friends for our last night in Croatia. This was the icing on the cake for our Croatian holiday. This is a grand old establishment with heaps of history. I hope to stay here again when (not if) we return to Zagreb.

Top hotel in Zagreb.

Top hotel in Zagreb.
High class staff and services.
Top location.
The building itself is part of the "Green Horseshoe" project by the eminent architect Herman Bolle, which with its elegance and splendor is perceived as the crown of the concept.

SsSsSuper !!! Rooms are great, super service, super food, helpful - vau! Ex. : I asked for an iron in the room ... While I was standing on the 5th floor, the board and the iron were already in place, apart from the fact that in the room, in the closet there is a super iron for men's pants. Hotel and Old Town - Hand Give You. Public spaces - something incredible. Hotel 5 rooms fully compliant. 2018 received the highest rating of hotel experts.

Although it was five stars, it was a reasonable location and convenient. Breakfast of reputation was abundant with great order with buffet such as salmon and ham, order menu such as champagne, egg Benedict. I think that it is better than a bus because it is about 100kn 20 minutes in Uber to the airport.
