Hey realtors I own hundreds of properties.... and have been getting hundreds of calls due to REDX. Do you know it is illegal to call a DNC number? Do you also know it is illegal for REDX to sell a phone number that is a DNC? It is illegal for any company to sell any phone numbers to any one. It can be a $10,000 fine per call. Go ahead I am reporting every call I get to the DNC.

I Spoke with Analeise about our problem with our phone connection with Vortex and she was so patient in staying on the line as we figure out the solution. She is so energetic and she sounds so professional and very helpful, even took an extra mile in trying to call me back when our line was cut-off. Luckily, I got a hold of he again. Our issue is resolved and I am extremely happy with the service and it reflects how REDX take care of their clients and also their employees which is an important key towards gaining more business and success. RedX is going places! Having dealt with many vendors that cater to realtors I can tell you that RedX has stood out for me. Their customer service is second to none. I ran into an issue exporting data from my MLS and was assisted by Dayana, who patiently walked me through the steps of exporting the correct date fields and importing them into Vortex. I am so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by RedX employees and by Dayana in particular. Very glad I chose RedX for my lead generation. It makes my calling days easier knowing that they have my back should I run into any issues. A+++

Amazing customer service. I have had days where I've called 4 or 5 times with questions and every person I have talked to was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Best customer service of any company I have ever had to call. Highly recommend their services.
