I worked here through a staffing agency. I was cutting and folding small parts to fulfill orders, with Condor team under Isaiah's leadership and Melanie as supervisor.

What I liked: Hours (M-T 10hr, F & S up to 20hrs OT), Personal Work Table, Friendly Co-Workers, Using Tools, Actual team-work seen and practiced, Cutting/Folding Process, Supervisor Melanie's friendly attitude and Constructive Criticism.

What I didn't Like: Unorganized (Not everyone puts things back in their places), Dangerous Materials and Metals, Sitting Down All Day (Chairs Provided are Unsafe at best), Indifferent Company Co-Workers.

Though PPE is provided, it is not encouraged beyond glasses, arm covers and gloves. The provided gloves give out ever so often due to wear; the metals handled (Inconel) are very sharp and rough at some times, and you're pushing and pulling a lot. You'll get holes and sometimes cut yourself. Crazy thing is the company actually passed out a letter to all employees to notify us to not ask for gloves so often, to be careful...
...also, Inconel is ridiculous and I researched it a lot more:
"Inconel. Other Hazard Information: Under normal handling and use, exposure to solid forms of this material present few health hazards. Subsequent operations such as grinding, melting or welding may produce dust or fumes. Inhalation of fumes may cause metal fume fever."
Not only is that disturbing but little pieces being cut off attach to your clothing, in your socks, down your shirt, in your hair, etc. You're being cut daily, breathing in the metal dust daily.

Two stars: one for Melanie Diaz (Condor Supervisor), and second for the department boss being named Isaiah, like me.
