I Spoke with Analeise about our problem with our phone connection with Vortex and she was so patient in staying on the line as we figure out the solution. She is so energetic and she sounds so professional and very helpful, even took an extra mile in trying to call me back when our line was cut-off. Luckily, I got a hold of he again. Our issue is resolved and I am extremely happy with the service and it reflects how REDX take care of their clients and also their employees which is an important key towards gaining more business and success.
