Living in New Jersey, you get to experience many different Diner experiences! None have lived up to Randolph Diner so far! The food is superb and at the cost, is a great value. The atmosphere inside is very welcoming and comfortable. One of my favorite parts of Randolph Diner, is there excellent delivery service. To get delicious food at a great price delivered right to your front door is something hard to find these days. I highly recommend her to anyone for any occasion.

I love coming here with my friends, to enjoy delicious food and loving association. Their cheesecake is sooo good. And so far everything I've order has been oh so good. Unfortunately, I wish I could remember the names of waiters/waitresses/owner who helped/served us. All around wonderful. Thank you so much for taking good of us when we visit. Looking forward to coming again.

This has been by far the best diner in the North NJ area to visit. The quick and friendly customer service, the variety of foods and drinks to order, and the overall vibe of the diner always makes for a great time. It's always a pleasure going to a diner and knowing that whatever you'll order is going to come out delicious.

This place looks wonderful after the remodel. They have a bar where you can sit and have drinks there. so far everything I have tried off the menu has been great and the presentation is very nice. They have a room upstairs that can be rented out for private events. It is a very large place that can hold many people. Five stars from me until they prove my rating wrong.

Terrible, I had heard so many good things from my old Pastor at my old church. We went in at 2:50 pm hoping for a quick bite to eat, well 48 minutes later our food came and was not accurate, that was not the worst. The roast beef was like beef jerky and the waiter was terrible. We had to ask several times if our food was coming, other waiters saw we where annoyed and tried to help. Then after an hour and 10 minutes my wife's sandwich (not to hard here) came and again still not done properly and without so much as an I'm sorry. We asked for a "to go box" again waiting for the box I was so annoyed I got her one myself. I then got up and went to the front manager only to be greater with the most blank stare when I complained, this was only followed by another blank stare as he grabbed the check from the waiter. I explained the good was not prepared properly and was terrible (not my burger). He looked at me with his hand out for my money, rang me up and said have a good night.... wow, I have never had such a bad experience for someplace that was supposed to be so decent. I guess they spent all the money on the new place and cut the staff salary because never have I left a restaurant feeling so disgusted and disappointed

Turn off to walk into the diner and the girl taking us to our seat has ripped jeans that are 3 sizes to small. We get seated and wait 20 minutes for a waiter/ waitress and the people coming in after us all being waited on. We walked out and will never be back.

I will never go back...took over 20 minutes for someone to take our order. Then our food never came. The host/manager was useless. People who were seated after us were finished eating before we even got an order taken. NO WAY

Disappointed to see there are still no vegan options besides plain veggies even after the remodel that upped all their prices. I ordered some mixed veggies and they came plain. Unsalted. No pepper. No garlic. No flavor. This place is NOT worth your time as a vegan. Not even the fries are marked safe for vegans. What a joke. If you re gonna upgrade your space, minds well upgrade your outdated menu too. Won t be returning again. Drinks are definitely cheaper elsewhere too.

This diner ain't bad. Not amazing either. Word of advice though, if you come to drink at the bar try to come during happy hour. Stopped here for a quick bite at the bar late at night and the beer prices were OVER New York City prices. 10 bucks for a beer? Ouch. Happy hour chops that price in half (I think I'm not sure)

I m assuming he is the manager. Tall skinny black hair works the register. Friendly with me but while I m sitting down eating he is being very rude to his staff. Even calls one employee a retard right infront of me. Food was ok. But I won t be returning. No one should be spoken to like that. He is always very rude with staff but tonight was way over the top. Nice place and clean but not good vibe

Pretty disappointing. Hard to find a good breakfas...

Pretty disappointing. Hard to find a good breakfast spot in the Parsippany area. IHOP is ok, but we went to this diner instead as some wanted breakfast and some lunch. Just got home from the diner. There are 6 of us, 4 kids ages 11 to 17 and my wife and I. The bill came out to $90 without tip.
Ok, so, where to begin - seating, we were seated immediately which was greatly appreciated. They were pretty full but there were a lot of service staff with waiters and waitresses clustered on the 'sideline' waiting for work to do it seemed. The waitress we had was nice, but she seemed to be very new to the job.
The waitress took our drink order, we always order a round of water for the table along with everyone's individual drink. I ordered coffee and an orange juice, 3 of the kids ordered chocolate milke, etc.. So the waitress brings out the waters immediately and then didnt come back for about 10 mins with the rest of the drinks. When she does come back, the orange juice had ice cubes in it (a bit odd), one of the chocolate milks were stirred and the other 2 were not, and the coffee cups were empty. Ok. So a lite odd, no big deal. We wait. No rush. She comes back to take our order 5 minutes later, I ask her about the coffee, and she apologized and got it. All good, but still about 20 minutes from seated to coffee.
Ok, the food order: so I order the he-man breakfast, eggs over easy, english muffins, couple slices of French toast, couple of pancakes, some bacon and some sausage (yes I know a lot of food -hence the name).
The eggs were perfect, bacon great, sausage was like a thick like a water balloon (not what I expected but eh, I took a bite but didnt eat it). The French toast was pretty bland - like a frozen toast you buy in the food stores - no flavor. Pancakes, same thing - they looked great, but no flavor. The pancake syrup was water down or something. So I was 50/50 on my meal.
My 2 older boys got the Mombo Combo each, with is a platter where you can select 3 appetizers and a french fry with cheese... so they order that, my NJ one son asks for 3 of the wings, and the waitress tells him, 'no, you have to select 3 of the 5 appetizers', so ok, we figure maybe they dont do substitutions. So he orders 1 wings, 1 chicken fingers, and 1 boneless bites, and the Irish fries. My other sone gets sticks, wings, and bites. Both ask for the wings in mild hot sauce as well as the bites in the same if possible. All good on the order. When they get it, it's just regular wings and bites not cooked in hot sauce. We ask the waitress and she says she can bring it on the side. We say ok, sure. Not happy about it, but who knows, maybe that's how they do wings there(??).
My daughter orders a burger, no cheese, just plain and fries. The burger she got was undercooked with raw meat in the middle (and some white in the meat). I didnt catch it and she didnt say anything til my wife noticed it at the end given she only ate all the edges. Not happy about that.
My youngest son wants spaghetti and meatballso I order it for him from the kids menu. We ask for angel hair pasta, sauce and meatball on the side. What we get was linguini with a bowl of sauce on the side a d dry meatball (not cooked in sauce) on a plate. So he eats the pasta and some of the sauce.
My wife got a western omelet and said it was ok just dry.
There were so many things wrong with the meal I felt like if I raised them all they would think I was just a complainer or that I was a scammer trying to get a free meal for my big family... we just made the best of it. I did tell the waitress when she came by near the end that the burger was not cooked and my daughter couldn't eat it and that we weren't too happy with the food. She said 'oh sorry', and literally in the same breath said 'do you want the check now?'... and I said '...uh, yeah, ok.'. She was young and clearly new to the job. Why they left her alone to take a big order I have no idea. My wife said she looked the same age as my 12 yr old daughter and I didnt have the heart to push the issue. But I am annoyed, hence the rating

Best diner in NJ! Seriously, I ve been do more than a dozen.

Consistently combines excellent service, amazing taste, and cost effective dining.

The renovations to the exterior, dining room, venue space, and bar give it a special dining experience with the same great diner menu and prices.

Went for breakfast this past Sunday with my family. Service was great!!! However food was not. Our hash browns were greasy and undercooked, the toast had one toasted slice and one which was not. The Italian omlettes tasted like fried eggs, the cheese omlette barely had cheese. Was disappointed. Place was packed but workers were very attentive Cooks just aren't good

The diner looked very nice and most of the food was pretty good. That is why it got the 2 star rating. We went for dinner with friends. They arrived shortly after us. Before our friends arrived the staff came once to bring us water, not bothering to ask if we wanted something to drink. Then they came once more to ask if we needed more time. Then we saw them again after our friends got there when they took our order. Still nothing had been asked about drinks or even a mention that it was their happy hour, we just noticed it from the little sign on the table. After that neither hide nor hair was seen of the staff until our food came out, which came out wrong and needed to be corrected. Half the sides were not as ordered and one forgotten completely. Luckily this was pretty quick to come back out, though this led to some disappointment as the disco fries were definitely not worth the wait. Water and drinks must have been a scarcity as the water they brought us after sitting down was never refilled and still nothing asked about anything to drink as the food was brought out. Just a quick drop off, then scampering off to sights unseen. We saw plenty of other restaurants, so we know for next time that we can meet up with our friends, who live in the area, so we will definitely be going somewhere else, as we will most definitely not be returning again.
