Food and Service is great. Problem with fruit flies flying all over.

Racist diner, food is ok. Will not eat there again... They need new management. Look at other reviews..

Has a great selection of foods on their menu.I recently had salad with grilled salmon and the salmon was excellent and fresh. A good bar menu to complement the food.

Would give this ZERO stars! If you like cold food and raw steak come here.....very bad service, POOR MANAGEMENT and bland food. Four of us came here for a family breakfast and were severely dissappointed! Our hasbrowns were raw and cold, Ribeye steak ordered medium was bloody and Raw and our server didn't come by to check on us as we all silently sufferred through our meals...We sent a plate back to be warmed up and our server came back and was like what do you want done with this??? I'm not super picky eater and easily pleased at breakfast...and this was Awful! Manager came by and was like do you want new food...and it was so bad all of us declined and did not finish our meals. Manager was very bad at customer service as well...in so many ways and only took 10% off instead of comping the entire meal! It was that BAD! Waitress(not friendly, not good at her job) and manger(shorter older man) need major Training if not be totally removed from this establishment!

Good place to eat steak. Price is right and food is well seasoned.

This is a very nice dinner. Lots of good food for reasonable prices, good service, recently renovated and pleasant atmosphere. I've eaten here several times and I will definitely eat here again.

Excellent service, great food and the variety was also fantastic. The ambience and decor was fabulous and exceptional clean.
Having a choice of two sides with a breakfast meal was unique as compared to other diners.
I will soon go back to try other menu items!

Excellent service! The adult beverages were great. I tried the Blueberry Lemonade. Initially, things didn't go right with our food order. Our waitress resolved all issues by asking the kitchen to completely remake our order. All's well that ended well thanks to our server.

Big change from the old pre-renovation diner. Nice and modern. Spacious interior. Food is still good with all the choices on a typical jersey diner menu. Only gripe was a chicken bone found in the sandwich with little concern shown by the waiter.

Terrible service. Horrible management. We were seated in an empty diner, ordered coffee, was given coffee and somehow waited for our waitress for almost 30 minutes to take our order. Plenty of staff, but no one was working. We decided to pay for our coffee and go elsewhere, but couldn't find any one to bring our check. I found a manager and explained that we had been sitting for way too long and that we wanted to leave. He said (to the people walking in) "right this way, I will seat you". He ignored us, walked away and didn't come back. I left a $5 bill on the table and we left. We will never be back, the food was always subpar.

Nice place. Have not been hers since renovations. Patirnt staff dealing with 2 kida mind changes. Food is still good.

It's a great place to grab a bite to eat. Not only is the food good, the staff friendly and the place clean, but the shakes are absolutely fantastic. I can't go to the Randolph diner without an Oreo shake.

If you want mediocrity served with poor waitstaff and grumpy managers, this is your place. Burgers taste frozen, and are EXPENSIVE. Ever since they made it look like the Parthenon, the food has gotten way too expensive. The menu is haphazardly slapped together with a concoction of your favorite poisons to choose from. The salads are basically cereal, because they float the leaves in whatever dressing you choose. It's no longer diner priced, and there are better diners out there with more reasonable prices. The managers also treat their staff poorly. I constantly talk to staff about their work, and I often find that they are maltreated and overworked. Avoid this place.

These guys are really great! The building is very nice. The staff is super inviting. Right before the COVID19 pandemic, I was made a surprise dish on the house from one of the owners. It was a pleasant surprise & sooo good. I can't wait to be back with the staff again soon helping their business. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of a great establishment.

Will never go back!!! What a ripped off!!! I ordered lamb chop on the menu and they gave rack of lamb!!! On top of that it supposed to come with salad but the waiter didn t served the salad because he said we ordered fried calamari for appetizer and he thought it was a lot of food already. This place is very expensive too!!! they served diner food for the price of Upscale restaurant! $130 for 1 appetizer 3 entree s and drinks!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Find that the food is a hit or miss. Renovations were well done.

It was a very good experience. Clean diner, extensive menu. The food was very good. I highly recommend if you are in the area. No wonder there was a wait line outside when we were leaving.

Excellent food! Turkey burger here is my absolute favorite. Stuffed shrimp were huge and very tasty. Upscale for a diner. Wait staff is excellent.

Food was still frozen when served. Stuff could be more friendly. Atmosphere is modern and clean.

I love this restaurant, visited when on my trip there and I will be going back just for this also very good service and the owner is amazing

Gorgeous diner both outside and inside. Husband has been commuting past here for years and said they had renovated/rebuilt this building in the last few years.

We arrived at busy lunch hour (1:30-2pm) and waited maybe 3 minutes for a table. The service was superb, host was efficient, waitress was kind, helpful, and very good at her job. They have quite a few dedicated staff that bus tables and keep things running smoothly.

Our food was very tasty, portions were large so we brought some home (especially because we wanted to leave room for dessert!). Waitress apologized for the kitchen being slightly behind but I hadn't even noticed a delay.

Noticed that they hold events and cater as well.

We will go back again!

Great food. Stay away from the Broccoli there were little bugs in it. At least it's organic.

Very large food portions. Beautifully decorated interior. Also able to eat outside. I should also mention that there is a bar.

Worst sloppy joe sandwich ever.....was only turkey on rye with Russian dressing.. place is all about the look and the food comes 2nd..... don't bother

Very nice, newly renovated facility. Service staff is very kind and helpful. The food, however, is not up to par. I got the prime rib and it was barely marinated or seasoned.

Standard fare diner for new jersey with extensive menu and tons of choices. Friendly staff, not too pricey either

Food was very good, especially the French Fries but the portions were enormous.

The remodeling of the whole plavlce it's amazing and honestly I was expecting alot more flavors from the food which I find difficult specially been there multiple times and the place got more expensive. I could get the same stuff for the same amount or even cheap in other dinners and it will be better I feel like your paying for the environment your eating there than the actual quality of food

One of the nicest diners in the area, modern decor and professional servers. Food and menu are both excellent, with daily specials. Excellent choice for b'fast, lunch, dinner or late-nite!

Very nice restaurant and even better food! Newly remodeled. Reasonably priced menu. Lots of good fresh food and desserts! A few different bars including one on the second floor. A variety of alcohol beverage options. Stop and check it out if in the area and never been there yet or been there 100 times you won't go wrong here.

Exquisite, abundant and quite economical to change. A restaurant with "almost" Argentine grill.

Randolph Diner advertises "restaurant quality food at diner prices" however it is quite the opposite. The food is extremely mediocre and the prices are very high for diner prices. You can eat at almost any nice restaurant in the area for about the same price and usually get much better food.

The diner has been completely renovated since the last time I had visited. Definitely feels like an upscale diner mixed with a sports bar. You dont have the old fashioned diner feeling and greeted by staff as soon as you enter the building. Food is great, with a large selection as you'd expect from any diner. The party/event area on the second floor has it's own bar with an elevator so if you plan on booking a party here you dont need to worry about anyone that might need assistance using stairs.

From my experience- Service is terrible ever since the reopening with the renovations the hostess is ridiculous. First time we came back we were moved twice because the table she gave us had two chairs and we had a party of 5. Then the second time we came back we had waited 1 hour for a table because the hostess gave our first table away. We then ended up going somewhere else because she had taken our name off the waiting list. I mean what a shame maybe if they got that hostess out of there the reopening would be better for the diner and not worse. Such a shame.
