Great steak. Great pizza. Great drinks. Great service. Clean.

Good bar/restaurant with a massive menu--something for everyone. Right on the square, with sidewalk seating if the weather's nice. We go here fairly regularly. Try one of their chicken sandwiches (they have 6 or 8 different kinds).

Really great food! It's right on the square, so it's hard to miss. There's plenty of street parking and you can either pay with coins or on your phone with a card. The menu looks big, and it all sounded delicious. The place itself is beautifully decorated. Our server was one of the nicest people, and I hate that I didn't catch her name. The food came out quickly and tasted perfect.

Good selection of beer, but buffet for $30 a head was major disappointment to everyone in party (30 people, booked in advance)

Looked nice but to long of a wait for us to stay and eat.

Despite their hours saying 10, apparently they close at 9 for an employee meeting. Maybe update your hours so people don't travel to get food and can't eat.

This was a disaster. The food took over 45min to be served. Our server reacted like we were bothering her when we had asked for Silverware. Do not go!!

This place can not handle more than in 4 party dinner/lunch. Host are also not train to accommodate a large party awaiting ( like provide a appetizers

Definitely highly recommend it. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, tasty food and if you sit in the bar, lots of TVs to enjoy. The beer selection was really good too.

We had a disastrous dining experience. They forgot our order so we sat there for 45 minutes before we figured this out. Never got our salads. The manager came out to apologize and offered me a gratis glass of wine which I also never received. The poor (new) server then proceeded to drop my credit card behind the bar and had that whole end of the bar helping him search for it (which they did find after a few minutes; quite the ruckus)... 20 % off the bill. Wheee. Should have been free. Food was meh. Shame. We ate in the bar and it's a cozy place...

Good location. Just okay food. The panini is NOT a panini. It's an overly buttered sandwich. Not good.

Food was excellent. The meatloaf was great along the the mash potatoes. My wife has NY strip. Very tasty, tender and juicy.

Good pub food. Good service. Kickin' Chicken Chili (MON special) needed more kick - added jalepenos. Comes w/ tomato base, which I didn't expect for chicken chili

I've had issues ordering the past couple times and they didn't get my order right and the manager wouldn't replace it without the reciept which I never got. I asked to bring the food back and they wanted the reciept. Also they stopped serving food 45 mins before closing.

i love there alfredo sauce..everytime i order from there build a pasta menu..i always get extra alfredo..its the best in Gettysburg..thank god i live right down the street from them..

The charm and cozy feeling of this resturant sets it up for delicious food & romance. It is a staple for anyone around the Gettysburg area. I highly recommend the soups, apetizers & desserts. Drinks & dinner are luxurious.
The Pub gets my 5 stars.

Our server was amazing. He advised apologies that they made my burger wrong and offered free desert! The carrot cake was recommended. So delicious! Food was great as well. We definitely will be back.

My boyfriend and I go frequently. Fantastic food. Phenomenal staff. Sports on TV, music on the jukebox, awesome drinks, great folks to chat with at the bar. What else can you ask for? Absolutely one of our favourite places to hang out at. Please don't change!

The quality and portions of the food is exceptional. You will rmeber the taste for years to come! Their pizza is quite enjoyable.

Awesome atmosphere, great food and the dessert was so huge that for the first time ever I brought the half I couldn't eat home. Me not finishing dessert is unheard of but the pieces of cake they serve are just crazy. You have to try it.

Sweet people. My boyfriend and I went there for lunch. My boyfriend didn't want food, but out waitress brought him a meal on the house. He gladly accepted the kind act. And it was delicious. Very considerate, thank you.

Pretty pricey for a pub style restaurant. Food was average. Waiter was very friendly though. Unfortunately we won't eat there again.

The food was acceptable though not that outstanding.
Please get some new silverware, cheap and crummy just doesn't cut it; my spoon was bent out of shape, almost unusable.
The city tap water is terrible, at least filter it before you serve it to guests.
Oh when will restaurant owners learn that tan working pants on on the staff are hideous, especially on women.
And really, how expensive is a cheese grinder for salads and Italian food? Even Olive Garden has them!

First night bad. 4/28/18 Had the Grinster Beef on bagquette, so friggen tough couldn't began to eat half if it. Bad! , But we were overly polite. Ordered a round of special "Old Fashions, " with the best of whiskey. Worst I have ever had! We were with very special guests, so said nothing.
Second night. 4/29/18 returned. Had Francis as a hostess. Everything was very nice and she was a joy! So, because of a good experience we'll try it again and take the time to teach the bar staff how to make a proper "Ols Fashion". We loved Gettysburg and will return. First Pub will be Garryowens Irish...

We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and ate in the Pub to avoid the wait. I had chili and my husband had a burger, both were good enough. The French fries are great! Good friendly service.

You must have the Cream of Crab soup (Saturday and maybe Sunday). This soup os the best I've ever had. We had to stop on our way from Florida to PA and on the way back as well.

I am giving them 1 star because of dishonest practice and very poor service. My fiance and I ordered 1 yuengling and 1 dogfish, and the beer tasted HALF BEER, HALF WATER. We DID NOT finish the beer and requested for new ones giving them a chance to do it properly. Maybe it was at the bottom of the keg or maybe they can be honest. The waitress came back with two more watered-down beer again so we pushed it aside and did not finish it. Worse than drinking watered-down beer is paying for watered-down beer.

You see, it is not the first time we drink beer nor the first time we get handed watered-down when surrounded by drunks everywhere except us.

However, after being promised to talk to the manager there was no manager and we got billed for all the unfinished beers. This waitress never asked for an ID either. These servers should never work in customer service if they fail at providing customer service. They were dishonest and they allowed this waitress to service customers poorly.

Wonderful food I had the 1 lb gut Buster bacon cheeseburger and one of the best burgers I've ever had we had a great time there service is great very clean restaurant and reasonable prices

Very good food, nice portions, prices on par with other restaurants in area. Drink prices are high but to be expected in Pennsylvania. Desserts very high but huge portions. There will be leftovers to go home. Atmosphere is very nice and wait staff is excellent. A very good choice for dinner while in town though parking may be limited on a busy weekend.

Watch out if you like steak! "Market Price" on the menu, comes out at best 8oz steak, that even the worst texas roadhouse cooks can dona better job and ready for the kicker, your side is Fries and its $34!!!!!!!!!! 34 dollars for a 10 dollar steak?!?!?!?!

Great service and staff. Food was delicious. We sat in the bar area....would recommend to anyone.

Spinach Stuffed chicken was very good. Best spinach artichoke dip ever.

The worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. McDonald s has better quality food. Where do they get this food from? Why is there a 20 page menu? Why do people rate this restaurant so highly?

I had the greasiest fries ever. My friends ordered a pesto pizza. It was cold, when it came to the table and we waited 30 minutes for just a pizza. I was starving and I didn t finish my slice. We left half the pizza at the table when we left. You could make a better frozen pizza for under $7.

Please watch a reality show where the host comes into a restaurant to fix it. Shorter menu, better food, and clean all the slime off your glass top tables. Wow

Beautiful decor in the center of Gettysburg square. Excellent fish and chips. Burgers were delicious. Well worth the trip!

I've eaten here a few times. The food is always very, very good. This is a must while I'm in Gettysburg. I love their pulled pork sandwich.

Although we had a 45 minute wait, which the hostess informed us upon our arrival, The Pub was a great place for dinner! My side salad with house poppyseed dressing was soooo good! It included a warm soft pretzel! Our entrees of Sauteed Seafood and Salmon were delicious. However, the best part was when I decided to go for it and order a slice of homemade carrot cake for $15.50! Our server assured us we would love it. We were so full from dinner we decided take it with us. This "slice" of cake weighed about 2 pounds! It was huge and oh so deliciously awesome! Worth every penny. I have to include in my review that the hostess for the night was Barb. Barb was awesome! She was never flustered during the barrage of customers filling the entrance. She greeted everyone with a genuine smile, explained the wait and proceeded with helping to bus tables and seat customers! Awesome place to eat!

Great location, good service, but food is just okay.

Used to have good, traditional pub food, but then they changed the menu and it's all terrible now. Spicy Peanut Chicken seems like it was made by a 12 year old cooking on their own for the 1st time. A ton of pasta, half a pepper, 1/4 red onion, half a chicken beast, all mixed into a bowl with half a jar of cheap Asian peanut sauce and cheap hoisin sauce. Pretty sure chef microwave made it too. Save yourself some money and find a different pub

Honestly the worst restaurant/bar experience of my life. Bartender was rude to the point of being hostile and seriously dislikes tourists. I was with my father who attempted to order a turkey sandwich, all he wanted was turkey mayo and bread which severely irritated the bartender. His response was you can order A sandwich the way it is on the menu or get nothing because I don't have a button for that on my computer. I sat there stunned and honestly hoped he was joking. I sat there with my father for another 20 minutes and then asked what the status of the sandwich is and his response was "what part of I don't have a button for that did you not understand". Honestly you would be better off with Ramen noodles than you would be at this horrible establishment.

Great service, excellent pricing, and extremely satisfying food. This establishment really deserves to be on the town square.

The food was good, but service was really slow. It took long enough for our server to come by for a drink order that we were ready to order food, and our drinks then arrived less than a minute before out food. It was mid-afternoon and it wasn't packed, so not sure what happened there.
