I am giving them 1 star because of dishonest practice and very poor service. My fiance and I ordered 1 yuengling and 1 dogfish, and the beer tasted HALF BEER, HALF WATER. We DID NOT finish the beer and requested for new ones giving them a chance to do it properly. Maybe it was at the bottom of the keg or maybe they can be honest. The waitress came back with two more watered-down beer again so we pushed it aside and did not finish it. Worse than drinking watered-down beer is paying for watered-down beer.

You see, it is not the first time we drink beer nor the first time we get handed watered-down when surrounded by drunks everywhere except us.

However, after being promised to talk to the manager there was no manager and we got billed for all the unfinished beers. This waitress never asked for an ID either. These servers should never work in customer service if they fail at providing customer service. They were dishonest and they allowed this waitress to service customers poorly.
