Update 10/13/18 they can t seem to get my order right. I love their turkey but now there s barely any in it (see the picture) they forgot the American cheese and mayo ...AGAIN. Great for pizza but make sure you order off of the menu or they mess it up in the kitchen. The girl on the phone repeats it back correctly every time. OLD review. I give it 4 stars for the fresh carved turkey and friendly staff. Pizza is good. Order comes messed up 5 out of 8 times. They are always sorry and willing to remake it, but still.......

The cheesesteak was so tasty I bought 2 muffins. I loved the decor! I loved the 2 employees! I loved $8.25! I loved the look of the pizza! I loved the taste of my cheesesteak! I the loved ratios of everything in my cheesesteak! It needed more meat!! More meat and this is a 5 five star cheesesteak all day long!!
Riggtown is so great! They have great customer service! They are always kind and put their customers first. The food is always prepared on time and it is delicious! Highly recommend!
We were in town for my son's hockey tournament and popped in here after a late game. The staff was great with our hyper 13 year old boys and they quickly rocked out our food. We were back at the hotel enjoying our late dinner cheesesteaks and pizza in no time. Food was great, thanks guys!!
Deano cheese steak is hands-down my favorite cheese steak in Philly-- chip steak, salami, fried onions & thousand island dressing. The London broil hoagies are great too and with $1 beers next door you can't go wrong, check it out!
Freaking amazing pizza. Inexpensive, and generally friendly staff (theres one girl thats kind of rude on the phone, but as long as you dont get her its a good experience).
So good. This is the second time I ordered and both times were fantastic. The melt sandwiches are fresh and have just the right amount meat/cheese ratio. It was delivered quickly and hot. Will continue to order from here!
The pizza was unreal. Its spicy, crunchy, meaty. PERFECT! I find myself trying to find reasons to go that far from where I live, just so we can go back.
I'd give them 0 stars if I could. They once again got my order wrong and I called back to get them to resend the correct one. Yes I will admit I was angry but I never cursed at them at all. The guy on the phone told me to calm down. I said I'm sorry but for some reason you guys keep messing up my order. The guy on the phone said "well then don't order here anymore". Ok then. We spend a lot of money every week at Riggtown from the place we work. I will not order there again. That was totally unprofessional and uncalled for. I hope they go out of business if this is the way they are going to treat people.
so today is 10/25/14 we are a business in west chester pa not far from riggtown. this morning we ordered in the office as we are having a meeting this saturday. i called ordered the food the girl on the other end was very rude and trying to rush me off the phone so fast. she said 20-30 mins for our food. (cheese burger and fries X2) 45 mins go by i call to check and see if the food was on the way the girl said the driver left 20 mins ago mind you our office is literally 1 block from the riggtown. so now its a hr later and the driver finally shows up said he had to stop to make a delivery at the hospital(which is the other side of town) does it not make logical to stop here and drop it here first? when we opened the bag of food we said the fries were cold and soggy as well as the burgers his response... wait this is the best part" well it was in the hot bag so they are still hot" just to show him that they are NOT HOT AND ARE SOGGY we had him taste one..overall it was the worse expierence ever from them im so done from getting anything from them and will tell other business about how horrible they are
Very good pizza. Taste, crunch, crust ( should be crisper). Large is a 16 so smaller than some others. Cheesesteak was excellent. Soft bun, flavor, right size!!! Going back again!!
I waited an hour and 45 minutes for my order to be delivered and when it got here all of our food was cold. Pizza wasn t even a little warm and every fry was soggy.
I have been to Riggtown tons of times and it doesn't disappoint. One thing is that they are open very late so if you get the late night munchies this place will definitely save you. Two they have a ton of different items on their menu and some very unique items like their honey mustard chicken pizza which is amazing!! You can order ahead and pick up and they are usually pretty fast. You definitely have to try this place!
My co-workers & I (over 70 people spread out over 4 shifts) order Riggtown A LOT. Yesterday, 7 of us placed an order totaling over $65. We could hear the owner in the background when we called to place the order actually sounding annoyed because we always ask that they write on the food wrapping what it is so we know which food goes to whom. The food arrived and they messed up my one co-worker's food AGAIN for the third time in as many orders. He called them. All of our phone calls are recorded and I listened to his call. When he called to complain about messing up his order AGAIN, he sounded angry. He didn't curse or call anyone names, but he was frustrated. The owner immediately went on the defensive saying "Calm down! Calm down! If we mess up your order all the time, then don't order here anymore! Now, do you want the replacement wrap or not?!" He said he did and the owner said, "Fine..." and hung up. Ten minutes later, the owner showed up and was let in to deliver the correct order. He walked up to my co-worker and began to berate him for saying they always mess up his order. This was in front of all of us. He just began yelling at him. It was the single most terrible display of customer service I have ever witnessed. Needless to say, he was immediately told to leave. An email went out to all of our 70+ employees telling them of the incident. Our work is a 24/7 operation. Riggtown delivered to us about 5-6 times a week between all the shifts but will no longer be welcome at our place of business.
The pizza could easily be FIVE stars. The crust, sauce and cheese is great! We ordered an upside down pizza but it barely had any sauce in it. The white pizza with spinach and ricotta we ordered was also very bland. We were definitely disappointed, as this place was highly recommended!
Great spot, great people. Great food all-around from wraps to cheese steaks to pizza or breakfast sandwiches. You can't go wrong with this great corner pizza shop.
Called to complain about this establishment and was met with a very disrespectful owner who is willing to physically fight customers. What establishment does that? This place doesnt have good food, just college hangover food that you spend you last buck on. That's literally why they cant afford to be on the main strip, where the real restaurants are at.
Obviously the pizza is the best thing on the menu and you can't wrong but try the Philly steaks. The owners are exceptional people and the service is always top notch. I haven't tried their breakfast yet but I'm looking forward to trying it. Best place to go in West Chester.
VERY DISAPPOINTED We ordered a delivery from Riggtown for the first and last time today . We ordered 3 large pizzas, tenders and bacon cheese fries. 1) Pizza ... Cold , doughy and flavorless. Clearly cooked on a screen , the pizza was undercooked and void of any flavor . 2) Tenders.... N/A . They delivered us wings instead of tenders by accident. 3) Fries ....Warm at best and ok . You ve heard there is No bad pizza but this pizza is the worst takeout pizza we ve ever had . We ended up giving up eating it and making cold cut sandwiches for dinner. This pizza might be ok for late night college kids but do not order for a Family Dinner .
Amazing food made by amazing people, I do work for them and every time I stop I try to eat. I am very picky about pizza, being from Philadelphia but they are top notch.
Been going to Riggtown since 2006 and have never been let down. Living next-door we ate their nearly daily from breakfast sandwiches to late night munchies.
Amazing food.. try a Sheriff or a Buffalo chicken pizza. NEVER DISAPPOINTS.
I have ordered here several times and have had nothing but great customer service and delicious food. I would highly suggest if you haven't already tried this place, dont wait. Love it and will continue to order often
Maybe my phone will stop asking me rate it everytime I leave if I just rate it. But yeah this place is awesome. Need food they've got it, and it is a great compliment to the bar next door. If you're taking West Chester 101 this pizza shop will be on the test !
Pretty disappointed with the quality of riggtown recently. I hate to post a poor review, especially for a place that has been my go to since college but the quality has not been there recently. I ordered a pizza today and got it home and it was warm at best and my salad did not have the salad dressing I ordered. One would think for 25$ I would not have to put the pizza in my own oven as soon as I get home before eating and salad would come with dressing as ordered. I hope that the quality will return to the riggtown I have know and loved for 18 years.
Literally was about to order alot of food from this place. We asked for delivery at 1:47pm. The girl that answered the phone said they stopped delivery at 1:45pm. In this world and the way businesses are going under during this pandemic, wouldn't you encourage your employees to take any order. Especially only 2min after the deadline, that's just petty. Stop hiringgcollege kids that don't give a damn about your business.
