The hotel was perfect, rustic but I'm keeping with today. The room was beautiful and comfy and the staff were very friendly. Would defiantly stay there again.

Very nice terrace, the staff that attends is very cordial. The food is very good, tasty and well presented. The price is a bit expensive but it's worth it. I would go back without hesitation.

Food was excellent, service was good but restaurant was so busy they were clearly struggling slightly. Very good nonetheless

Lovely old building with comfy bars and great features

Really old pub and hotel on multiple levels. Fabulously quirky building. Really good choice of beers. Staff not the greatest and customer service could be better. Observed staff unable to advise people staying of where long term parking was available which isn't adequate. Also unclear when rooms would be ready.

Very poor service and attitude. Asked if lunch still being served, reply 'just, only just', rather than saying 'we have nearly finished Il go and ask the chef, we would have replied that we would only have a sandwich. Then for a poached egg on toast with advacado and spinach, over half an hour wait. The lady that said to us only just, could not wait to leave her shift. Very moody as if we were in the way.

Lovely place friendly and welcoming. Great menu and the food was delicious and well presented by friendly helpful attentive staff.

There was racial discrimination against the Japanese tourist.

Nice setting, friendly staff. My wife had a steak and I had their lamb rump. Both were excellent.

We only spent one evening there but found the staff friendly , very cosy bar and great atmosphere. The room was well finished and bed exceptionally comfortable. Good attention to detail. We will definitely be going back.
