Multiple complaint reports. when the service arrived, they could not adjust the sliding window through which the wind is still blowing. After 3 years from the date of purchase, they finally found that the fault was on the side of improper use, despite the fact that the newly built building was not inhabited at that time. Policy such that pay the Lord and then worry yourself. I do not recommend to anyone

I waited 8 weeks for the ordered window and door, while the set date was 4-6 weeks. After installing the door, it turned out that there was a problem with the top lock and it did not work properly. Therefore, I filed a complaint at the company's office at Grunwaldzka Street, after which the service arrived and stated that there was a broken lock and reported it to the manufacturer's service. There were two more times that this gentleman always said that he would report it to the manufacturer's service. From that time it was already 6 weeks. he is unrepaired. And the office worker at Grunwaldzka says again that he has reported this to the site and I have to wait 21 days .. I do not recommend it.

We bought window frames for the whole house. How easy it is to guess the 5 digit amount. We have been asking you for repair and adjustment of the HS window for about 4 months. Selling a client, nobody arrives. After payment they have everything in four letters even though the woodwork is under warranty. Avoid!
