An old movie house that has been nicely converted to a performing arts theater. Not terribly luxurious but very quaint and charming with plenty of parking and a nice lobby bar. Comfortable seating and small enough to have good views of the stage. Near downtown Orlando and nice places to eat pre or post performance.

The place is old. The seats are to close together and uncomfortable - not to mention they are folding chairs. It's not what I would call a modern venue for shows and concerts. I have no clue what it would cost to operate a nice place - maybe it's not economically feasible, or perhaps the ownes are just too greedy to overhaul the place to make it nicer. The Peabody in Daytona is nicer than this place and Daytona is a MUCH smaller market - so I'm thinking it can be done. Granted the shows performed here are not the kind that bring in big crowds, but every time I've been here, the place was full - so I'm thinking there's enough money being made that the place could be renovated. It certainly needs it.

I went there with my brother and a few friends to see an old band called The Outlaws one of my favorite bands had an outstanding time the venue was awesome and would recommend it for shows you just don't see anywhere else

Great shows come here all the time. Most times ones you will not find anywhere else. I ve seen shows in both theaters and the GA standing is my preference but I also liked the sit down experience.

Great place to see a show. It's a former movie theater so the acoustics are very good. I prefer the balcony, there's not a bad seat there. It's small and very personal, so it has a nice vibe to it. I just wish they had more shows there. I would definitely recommend it.

We went to the Alan Parson s Project concert. It was a fun concert. It was packed. The lines for beverages were long and they definitely needed more stations and servers. Concert was fine. Sound was OK and was not overly loud. This would not be my first choice for a concert venue but it s not bad.

Call the office/Box office got an automated responses, it s sad because their were individuals in the office not sure if they even got the call or if their were told to forwarded the voice messages but if you can t even do your job as manager than be sure their are staff to answer any questions, even the event staff had no clue on times and locations on the event i was intending a event this was a huge let down ,needs improvements on customer support and information on the events status not that hard to have a phone call or meeting prior to all times also I had a 15 minute message email saying the event started even though the ticket said 2 hour and a half later than registered

Came to see War on the Catwalk here. Purchased what I thought was a VIP ticket, ended up being a preferred seat (despite receiving instructions for the meet n greet in my confirmation?) This happened to at least two other people I met that night. While the show was great, I'm very upset I didn't get to do the meet n greet. This venue is completely disorganized and I will not be coming back if I can help it.

All in all a good experience, however there are a few little things which could have made it better over all. The seating was temporary and very tight, literally sitting shoulder to shoulder with your neighbor. It looked like the carpet had recently been pulled out leaving an unfinished concrete floor. Finally, there was an issue with the sound system; it made a strange noise, like a kick drum almost, more than once and distracted from the show.
If new seats and carpet are put in, then I would certainly go back for another show.

Great show, war on the catwalk was great and I can t wait to back for Werq the World. Seated event and the chairs are metal, fold out ones. The venue is small and intimate, even though I was half way back I had a good view.

Nasty security, I was on my period during a concert and bled through my tampon, and because I had more in the car I grabbed one immediately after the show, came back, and they refused to let me use the restroom to fix the problem even though it's dark out and I'm not from the area.

Such an awesome venue!! Big. Lots of free parking. Was an old movie theater which is awesome in the first place but the floor is angled so you can see no matter where you are inside! Upstairs is the VIP with seating. Had a great time seeing steel pulse there!

ok

I've never attended a concert here yet... but their website says the box office was supposed to be open today from 10-7. I tried to call and confirm this but was on hold forever until I was practically driving in to the parking lot. I drove across town and when I get there - no box office is open, no doors are open and a construction crew is inside - no actual employees.

Hope the show goes better than the initial ticket buying experience.

One of the best music venues in Florida, staff are really nice and helpful, sound engineering is great and the acoustics are great. Big venue with awesome bar and smoking area is outside which is wonderful for none smokers.Caught the mummies playing there the other day sounded amazing.

Came here for the SuperMega Live show. Secure venue with good drink selection and pricing. Would give this a 4.5 if I could and only because the chairs resemble the metal fold out chairs you see at a family BBQ with cushions from the 60's bolted on.

Christina Grimmie did not deserve to die I hope that bastard who shot her is rotting in hell, I'm so happy he shot himself so my tax dollars aren't getting wasted on scum like him! The security for this place is seriously lacking so I'll never visit due to this reason. All she was trying to do was give the guy a hug! :( Why is this place still even open?

Small venue with great acoustics, overpriced alcohol (like everywhere else), and an amazing lighting tech. Doesn't feel stuffy, it's indoors, and a great place overall. They host a pretty diverse set of shows, and there is always someone great showing. They just don't advertise much (who does anymore anyway?).

The FKJ concert was amazing! I highly recommend reserving a seat. Nothing but concrete to stand on down below. I would recommend eating before going. There is no food served. However, plenty of alchohol to pick from. The acoustics were great. The security is good outside but inside they don't do anything. People were vaping, smoking weed, and cigarettes during the concert. It was enough to make me nauseous. Unfortunately, we had to leave before the show was over.

I've been to quite a few shows here over the years. Always a good time. For me personally, the best part about this venue is the ease of entry and exit of the parking. I've never had to sit in traffic like the other concert venues.

Attended the Orlando Philharmonic tonight -- that was great. The venue itself leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, temperature control in the hall is awful. The seating area freezes while the stage is hot. Very uncomfortable. The seating is appropriate for a church fellowship hall, not a professional venue. Couldn't wait for the concert to be over so I could get feeling back in my butt.

It's super easy to find from the street, there was plenty of parking, and the seats, despite being folding chairs, are surprisingly comfortable. There's an amazing coffee shop literally right across the street for anyone who wants to grab a drink and relax before the show. I look forward to going back :)

This place was built in 1963 and it sure smells like it. We were on the balcony to see John Mulaney a few years back. It smelled like mildew, and the balcony is very creaky and felt unstable. I was afraid it would just give in and we d all fall.

The outside definitely felt sketchy, and we didn t feel safe (especially at night).

After learning about what happened to Christina Grimmie there, I don t think we d ever go back.
