Generally clean and inviting atmosphere. The bar looked like it had a wide variety of drinks, though I don't drink so I didn't actually care to investigate. The gutted-out theater room fits a few hundred people comfortably, and the floor declines from the back entrance to the stage, allowing for easier viewing over people's heads. The speakers handle high volume with ease, allowing the bands sound to be heard loud and clear.

Decent small venue for concerts! When an artist I like won't be making it to Tampa, I'll head to this venue in Orlando to see them. It's got that smaller, intimate concert feel while still having a decent amount of space.

Went to see Snarky Puppy on 1/5 and this was my first time at the venue. It's a really cool building and the slope floor (since it used to be a theater) makes it so that a blocked view isn't as much of an issue.

A great venue in line with how we saw music in the 70's. Not Madison Square Garden, no Amway Center, instead a place like The Apollo, slightly bigger than most high school aiuditoriums, just intimate enough to truly see a band.

I have been here twice and hate it. The venue is so run down. Every other or so seats marked with numbers. Sounds system is inadequate. Great for a rock band most pit. Just gross. I only come when it's an event I can't miss.

Went for #orlandophil kids story and music. Second time for this. Venue is old but your kids can get very close to stage and it s good practice for them to learn about music and be quiet for concerts.

Sad we have to go through metal detector for kids show but this is where Christina Grimme was killed.

Lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of parking.

I love the milk district!

A very intimate venue that easily accommodates smaller/older acts. Parking is plentiful and free, thanks to a nearby empty shopping center, and security is good. One star off for poor AC once the venue filled up - it was HOT! Other than that, we've always had good experiences at the Plaza.

About a month ago I went to see the Devin Townsend Project here, and to be completely honest I was nervous wreck. After hearing about the tragedy that happened I wanted to cancel my plans and not attend. Against my judgement I decided to go, and I'm so happy that I did! The place is old but that's what gives it character. The sloping floor was great. I'm a short girl and it never fails I end up with the tallest person in front of me. I highly recommend this place! And security was top notch!

I am so sorry for the tragic loss of such great talent. It doesn't matter where this tragic happened, what matters is we must do something about it. Christina could have been anywhere and it would have happened. When our Father says it's time we cannot escape. It's not the people of the plaza to blame. It was simply her time to go home. We all miss her. RIP CHRISTINA.

I love this place. they have great staff and the last time we went for crown the empire with our 6 year old daughter she had a blast. they are great and they check for weapons, it's just a nice old venue in a nice little area where you can get drinks or food waiting for the show to start.

Very friendly and efficient staff at this place. Alcoholic drinks start at $5 for a PBR, and go up from there. I stood in the GA area, and haven't been up to the seats. GA is a sloped concrete floor, so if you have a wheelchair or foot issues, you might want to look into that seated section. This place is a gutted movie theatre, to give you an idea of size, and they usually have some pretty good bands/shows lined up. No food available, and smoking is not allowed inside.

Parking lot is huge, and parking is free. Saw a rock concert so there was no seating in general admission, but there where seats in the balcony. The floor is sloaped so everyone was able to see. The drinks were a bit pricey, but its Orlando was not suprised. They did have a bit of an issue with the VIP passes, not sure if it was an issue with the AXS ticket app or the venue or simply operator error, but they did work diligently to correct it. Leaving the venue was easy, it was really close to SR 50 so there were no confusing roads to have to navigate. All in all we had an amazing time here.

Nice venue, good sound quality. Went for the Big G show but they need to do something about the bathroom situation (waiting in lines up to 10 min) and same at the bar. Other than that, it was a great night!

I went to this venue to see Kim Petras' Clarity concert and it was amazing. The venue's main hall is pretty big and spacious. The women's bathroom was clean and nicely lit. I had a good expierences overall.

Saw owl city and had a great time. Security was on top of everything and the drinks were actually affordable. Wish there was more energy from the people but at any rate I still had a great time. The acoustics were great and the music sounded clear. Will definitely visit this venue again.

The venue alone is alright. But the security gaurds are a bunch of kooks! Tried to confiscate a friends go pro for filming the show even though everyone was filming on their phones? Opening act gave out free rave masks but the securitu guards announced that ANYONE wearing the mask would be kicked out with no refund .

In another instance one of my friends was kicked out for crowd surfing at a rock show.

And another time for sitting down in the lobby to take a break was threatened to be kicked out.

The security guards are power hungry and will find any reason to throw someone out without a refund

This is a nice place! It's a small venue, but that let's you see more of the stage. The staff was nice and friendly. There's also free parking!!! The sound was excellent and I can't wait to see more shows here.

Beautiful venue with AWESOME sound. Can't wait to see another show here. Plenty of free parking surrounding the building. And there was even a city cop watching the entrance and lot. Easily used our digital tickets and found our seats. Seats are folding chairs, so slightly uncomfortable at the end of our show, but great view from row G.

Went to see Pepper. The venue was clean, concrete sloped floor to the stage. Some balcony seating. Not very big, but perfect for lesser named shows. Great sound and lighting. Small stands to buy drinks inside as well as bars in the lobby. Was impressed with the speed of getting in, even though you have to show id and get your arm stamped and hoo through metal detectors. Very professional and friendly staff. Was a great experience.

RIP Grimmie!

RIP Grimmie!

The venue is a simple layout with great acoustics. If you like a drink get there early waited in line for 20 min before the show. There is only one bar. The photo is taken from the very last row of the venue do its large enough to get great shows but small enough to still feel close to the action!

Fun little place. Love that it has a very intimate setting so it s like no matter where you re sitting, you have a great seat to see the stage and you re close. Building itself is a bit old and run down, and the seats are the furthest thing from comfortable after 2 hours, but it s a great little place for cheap entertainment.
