Enjoyed the wonderful afternoon tea at the palm court in the plaza hotel. Definitely a different type of venue then I am used to but really a great experience. The waiter was very nice and knowledgeable.

Very high end place, a must. Right outside Central Park, half of the rooms have a good view while the others are up against other buildings. Employees are amazing and the shops downstairs are very nice but expensive

We had a very good pasta at "Ora di Pasta", thd food was delicious!!! Just thought it was a z bit extreme of the American Asian waitress to ask us if we wanted to have change back!!!? We were 3 people and with 100 dollars given to her, still, she's have to return of more than an 35 dollars.
Of course we wanted the change!!!

It was really rude! I felt like not leaving Tip but we left 20%

We had afternoon tea. It was a nice experience. The food was cute and delicious. I went on a busy weekend and they told me they were pretty much booked and that they would have a hard time accommodating a party of seven, but when I got there at the time slot they gave me, they were able to seat all seven of us together which was fantastic. The teas were just okay I didn't really enjoy the one I ordered and the one I wanted had an extra surcharge so I didn't order it. I tasted my friend's tea and it was also mediocre. It smelled nice but it was flavorless.

I went to the Plaza Hall out of curiosity and I was amazed by the options there. As soon as you enter you leave the city noise behind and find yourself in a beautiful cozy place, with great music and a smell that will make your mouth beg for a taste of everything there is to try. I definitely recommend it!

Food was good, but everything was very overpriced (as expected). Only thing was waiter never came by to collect payment. After waiting about 20 minutes to pay, I had friends staying at the hotel and they put it to the room and I just PayPal'ed them the money.

We only went in to see the mall, we didn't stay in a room. It's a little tight with lots of people but there were lots of shops to choose from and the staff we did talk to we're friendly.

Rooms are amazing but the actual hotel itself was a tiny bit of a let down. The breakfast food in the Palm was a little over priced but then you are paying for the name and it is open to non staying guests.

For 800 a night with nothing included you better have a beautiful room but this place looks like it's seen better days. Old looking carpet from the 60's, average bed, small room, no view and the restaurant is open to the public. Staff is careless and as rude as most New Yorkers.

Honestly Value for the money paid doesn t match:

A cult place, worth spending $ per stay. Service at a high level, although $ 15 per day for internet is a bit of an exaggeration these days.
Location very good, on the corner of 5th and Central Park. I recommend.

Wonderful building and the service was great!

Wonderful building and the service was great!
I got a taxi here on a whim because I was running late for my afternoon tea reservation but it turned out to be the best idea when the doorman opened the taxi door and said "Welcome to the Plaza" which was perfect!
