I ve loved in the area for almost 20 years and just went to Playmakers for the first time. Great space, not a bad seat in the house. Sound was perfect and the talent was unsurpassed. Really enjoyed this place, and I ll be back!

Saw Jump. Excellent play!! I loved how she combined a serious topic with humor threaded through. My two teenaged children loved it too. And I appreciate how playmakers has student priced tickets for UNC students and anyone under 18.

Best place in the area to see live theater. Te plays are well staged by a local university s based repertory supplemented by visiting artists. They show a nice mix of contemporary and classic plays.

I saw Sense and Sensibility here and it was phenomenal. The show was extremely well done and the actors were amazing. The venue was small and intimate and every seat had a great view. Highly recommend!

Always good theater in this intimate venue. I've been a subscriber for years and never seem a bad performance. Some have been truly memorable.

Most of the seats are excellent, none are too far from the stage. Avoid seats way around to the sides.

Parking in the nearby garage is free. There is a small concession stand with a modest selection of snacks and non- alcoholic beverages which you may bring into the theater.

I've only attended once (so far; "She Loves Me"), but I'll certainly go again. They have a thrust stage (which was used well) and the seating is good until you're very far off-axis. All the actors we're mic'ed and the sound was good. The actors, even in the supporting roles, we're talented.

Challenging yet accessible plays are performed by highly skilled professional actors in a uniquely intimate space with a 3/4 thrust stage and stadium seating that affords an excellent view of the action.
