Fantastic team. IgniteSpot really gets startups and established businesses. We signed with them on December 19th and we were able to accurately close our January books by February 10th. We threw a lot at them and they didn't blink. Great job and a special shout out to our book keeper Tom! He is awesome!

We have been an IgniteSpot client for about a year. Tom Williams has been our contact since day 1. He is super knowledgeable, very responsive and always delivers exactly what we need. I really enjoy talking with Tom each week and the others at IgniteSpot that I've talked from time to time are also extremely friendly and responsive. The 'Lunch With a CFO' seminars are well done, so if you haven't checked them out, I strongly recommend that you do.

The Ignite Spot team was fabulous. They took over our complicated company books and were able to give us a clear picture of where we were and where we were going. I would hire them again for any bookkeeping and accounting needs!

Anyone looking into this company, don t. They lite...

Anyone looking into this company, don t. They literally destroyed our books. We hired them back in 2015. It took them an entire year to copy our data into quickbooks. Little did we know (we did not have access to see our books.) majority of the data was completely wrong. Addresses, billings, payments, purchases, invoices, you name it. Its now 2017 and we are STILL cleaning up their mess. Basically, they hire anyone for the data entry and expect them to get it right. Each person would do things differently. Every invoice they would produce for us had to be sent back for corrections. Stupid things that we spelled out for them like addresses. It got to the point where we were spelling out EVERY little detail in Podio and they STILL couldn t get anything right. Every time we d contact their manager and ask him to help Talia, he d tell us I m only a processes guy. We were told countless times everything balanced, when in reality they were off by hundreds of thousands of dollars. I am still to this day moving payments from clients because they didnt put them under the correct client, even though their name and address and what invoice it was supposed to go towards was right there on the check. Im still going through all of our monthly billings because they just didnt create hundreds of them.. Im still sending statements to clients to get help on balancing their accounts. An entire YEAR after we terminated the contract with Ignite Spot and my 4 accountants are STILL cleaning up their mess. Even 2014 data they just had to COPY AND PASTE was completely wrong.

I love Ignitespot. I've been with them for a while...

I love Ignitespot. I've been with them for a while now and they are awesome. They organize my financial information so I can make better decisions for my business. I work with Tom and Guy for bookkeeping and John for tax services. Holly also checks in with me on a quarterly basis to make sure I'm satisfied with their services. We worked with Ignite Spot for about a year. At the beginning I was very happy and impressed. The sales person is great, the onboarding process amazing and we had great accountant.
I had no relationship with our Account Manager.
Everything went well for a while until I started seeing a lot of mistakes. It felt like someone new was working on my books without any training. The client advocate was very quick at coordinating a meeting to discuss the issue. My account manager explained what happened and it felt great how the handled the problem. I kept seeing mistakes and totally realized that they were not honest to me so I decided to stop the services.
It seems that they are outsourcing bookkeeping abroad and I don t feel comfortable having strangers in other countries accessing our information.
I hope this gets improved for their current and future clients. Trust is very important at handing your books to someone else.

Ignite Spot has done an amazing job for us! It's like having our own in house accounting staff in the office next door but with considerable savings over hiring our own personnel. We receive great value for our investment in which we get book keeping, accounting, and CFO service. Our assigned accounting person does a great job keeping up with all the tasks that we require. Also, the CFO service has been a tremendous value to us and helped us get a grasp on the key metrics for the business. Ignite Spot also integrated our Quickbooks with Gusto Payroll service making payroll a 10 minute process instead of hours. We highly recommend Ignite Spot Accounting Services.

One thing I truly value about my experience with I...

One thing I truly value about my experience with Ignite Spot is the fact that I've been able to consistently work with the same person for years. He's grown to understand and even care about (at least it sure seems that way) my business. Although I know he juggles many accounts, I always feel as if he's a member of my team. Oh yeah -- he's also a very good accountant.

Transitioned to Ignitespot after years with my pas...

Transitioned to Ignitespot after years with my past accountant. I was really looking for a better organized, more comprehensive reporting, and a company that had more of their systems and policies matching mine. I felt like my smaller local accountant just wasn't running on schedule, a clean reporting, and was always more of a hassle to work with than it was worth sometimes. I am so happy I made the move and investment in Ignitespot and their team. I am working with Melanie and have loved her detailed approach, personal feel, and general process. I feel like I will be with her for years to come and look forward to all the future reports to help me grow as a business who now has better numbers to understand and work from.

I had turned over our complete financial responsibilities to Nelson Shendow in 2016 and can without hesitation tell you it's one of the best decisions we have made in our 20 years of business. Nelson handles ALL financial reconciliations, month/quarter/year end closes, assists with AR/AP, and continually makes recommendations on accounting tools and services to help us be more efficient and accurate while delivering cost savings. I happened to find them while going to gym. I've been going to the same gym for months now and I've never stopped to see what the office upstairs was about. I had to wait for a while, but I guess it's my fault since I didn't make an appointment. They were really nice about it.
