Where I was previously an ambassador for this deal...

Where I was previously an ambassador for this dealer, this is unfortunately over. After having brought my car for maintenance and a MOT, I received this return with damage to the rear bumper. Unfortunately they take no responsibility for this (because the technician is designated as reliable). No more car flevo for me.

Great dealer company!
Today we received our Audi R8; fantastic!

Fantastic company, nice showroom, good staff, you feel you are desired, welcome, you are listened to (to our wishes) and then all agreements (and therefore the granting of our perhaps over the top wishes) are honored !!!

Went to the showroom this morning to watch A3 sportback. Walked around the car several times, trunk open, car doors open and closed, sat on all seats in the car. Not a single salesman who thought maybe she is interested ..... so I left again. We will look at another brand. Fine .....

After having had telephone contact with Tim, the car was ready for a test drive as agreed.
We have experienced the reception as very pleasant and were able to test drive immediately
After a short negotiation about the trade-in, we have purchased a beautiful a5 convertible of two years old, which looks like new.
Upon delivery there was some confusion as to what the Audi app can and cannot do with our car, this was super resolved on the spot.
After a nice explanation about the car we drove home.
we have owned the car for a few weeks now and are very satisfied.
I cannot say much about handling complaints as I have not had them so far
I have every confidence that this should be resolved
Hereby a separate compliment for Tim, a nice seller this is unfortunately sometimes different in car country.

After initially excellent service problems after picking up our Audi A1 which I believe and according to other garage are directly related to the work. Unfortunately discussion about this invoice and the situation presented to the Bovag and Consumers Association. I expected that a solution would be found, but in the first instance there was no response to my calls and emails.

Very bad experience. Audi a3 had to get a software...

Very bad experience. Audi a3 had to get a software update because of fiddle software. This could be done by Audi flevo Harderwijk. The first appointment had gone well and I could wait for the update with a cup of coffee. But then it came to disaster. The car drove very badly and held on to the power. After the first start after departure at Audi flevo the engine management light started to burn. Called immediately after which I drove to Harderwijk as soon as possible and the car was examined. This lasted two hours before someone came to me and said that the throttle body was broken. And this could be replaced right away because they had it in stock (cost: 400 euros). The car had never had problems before. It is a coincidence that the part is now suddenly going. The part I have not replaced but the car drove the same as after I drove away the first time after the update. After some questioning, the best gentleman could perhaps tell from the update that this part was "broken". Afterwards, Audi flevo never called us back and after some bells from our side there were always excuses. After this bad experience the car went to a company, which the gentleman where we bought the car, advised to bring the car. The car has been returned to original state by this company. The car is now driving like a sun.After several thousand kilometers without "broken throttle body".
Completely abandoned by Audi Flevo Harderwijk so !!

Bad thing do not meet their agreements when buying an expensive sq5 the car had to have a turn with 5 months it was agreed that we could drive a year anyway until the next turn we only drove 8000 km but yes yes an expensive car but if there is something wrong they are not bad at home
