Place was busy but not over crowded that it made the area unenjoyable. It has been nicely decorated for Halloween. Ordered thw new Cuban Club which was delicious. Was able to have a casual meet catching up with a friend.

I get to the counter, put my order in, my brother puts his in also, the lady rings it in wrong and over charges me hard core! Then she is getting to the fill station and doesn't even ask if i want anything else in it, just puts it together and sends me on my way, plain pita? And maybe mark stuff if putting it in same bag?
It has space to actually sit down and eat in a nice environment. And they have a water bottle refill station.

Just had a steak pita from here and was VERY disappointed in the size of it. I would say there was about half of what we would normally get in pitas that we had in the past. There were 3 little chunks of tomato, 4 or 5 little pieces of shredded lettuce and the cheese wouldn't fill a thimble. For the size of the pita pocket, the contents were pitifully small. Will not be a customer from here on in.
Very disappointed today: I ordered the driving and I did not receive the ingredients "on the grill" ordered ... There was more bread than chicken in the pita and it tasted onion more than all!
I like the Pita Pit and the various locations across the country. This is a newer store. Clean with lots of natural light. Staff was friendly and accommodating when I attended. The food is good but a little more costly than Subway or other similar style restaurants.
Late night snack on the way to Toronto, the server there (Andrew) was just amazing! Pita looked great and tasted great, the guy just knows how to make a great pita. Definitely worth the pit stop, will make sure to come again next time we re on route!!

Love pita pit! This location however never seems to get it correct. Last 4 times I have been to this location they mess up my order. I order a pita with eggs they do all meat. I Order meat and I get an all vegi wrap. Dont know why they make it so hard on themselves. TV screen at the drive through only shows the extra stuff they are adding.
The food was good but it took them a long time to make 2 smoothies mine was gross
They're very polite I'm take special care if you need to with a food allergy. I found this very important personally and it made all the difference to me.

Customer service was great but very small portion for the price and pretty sure the chicken was not real or just cheap chicken?! Not a good first time experience.

We had a delicious chicken salad. It was the large dinner size. We managed to eat it all on the premises. The price was the reason l gave a 4 star.

Excellent pitas with very fresh ingredients. I had a delicious garden whole wheat pita with guacamole (no extra charge!) hummus, feta cheese, and tzatziki.

This location is very convenient for anyone travelling on the 401. Over the last 18 months I've done the Ottawa-Toronto trip more times than I can count and likely as many stops at this pita pit. Their staff are very friendly, have the freshest ingredients which makes for a pleasant experience each and every time. Stop here and you won't be disappointed.

The Best and Healthiest 'fastfood' choice barr none! Absolutely delicious, and the service is always excellent. And I am picky! The ability to create my perfect custom salad makes every visit worthwhile. 9 out of 10 people who follow my recommendation are won over to the Pita Pit experience!
Mixed up my order at first but willing to correct it and were very polite about it. This location used Yogen Fruz in their smoothies. Great if you want to eat that separate but does not taste good in the smoothie and is more of a milkshake. I requested a chocolate banana smoothie with chocolate milk and banana instead of frozen yogurt and banana but they used vanilla frozen yogurt and the taste was not near as good and cost $6! I don't recommend smoothies at this place.
I thoroughly always enjoy going to the Pita Pit we use the one by the Landmark Theater in Kingston Ontario and I enjoy I enjoy a double beef with vegetables fried on the grill and hot peppers to then I have it Double Toasted because the double toasting keeps it so that you can actually eat it without dripping everywhere I have nothing bad to say about Pita Pit I thoroughly enjoy them and the staff is always fabulous will continue to eat here thank you very much

First time at this Pita Pit location, was definitely satisfied! Had the buffalo chicken pita, was amazing!! Server Lindsay was A+!! I love that you also have alfalfa sprouts, my fav on a pita! Overall experience was the best anyone could ask for! So glad to find a great pita place since my fav Pita Grill closed.
We ordered from this location for a work function. Everyone had ordered individual pita's and they were all made perfectly! We had to change the date of delivery a couple times but they were very accommodating. Kim was super helpful and provided amazing service through it all. She even made our orders and delivered it herself. Kim definitely went above and beyond (thanks for the cookies!). We will definitely use this location for future orders. I would give 10 stars if it would let me.
