I get to the counter, put my order in, my brother ...

I get to the counter, put my order in, my brother puts his in also, the lady rings it in wrong and over charges me hard core!
Then she is getting to the fill station and doesn't even ask if i want anything else in it, just puts it together and sends me on my way, plain pita? And maybe mark stuff if putting it in same bag?
