Nice people, easy going. But slow as fast food goes, maybe it's Pita pit, maybe it's the restaurant

Really not very good. For anyone who has access to authentic or even somewhat decent shawarma, this place is just disappointing. And expensive.

Expensive for little meat and lots of toppings, gone down hill since it went franchise

One of the best Pita Pit location in Kingston. Grilling after Pita is complete makes a great difference to taste.

Good service but the pita lacked flavor. Not enough sauce.

Great chain, however this one is super slow. Ordering system is different than others I've been too, don't think it's working. Still great food if you want to wait.

It's clean, staff are friendly and food stuffs are always fresh and good quality. It does get quite busy for lunch so be prepared to wait.

Very nice! Clean building and professional staff. Nice touch with the cordless cell phone charging stations at the table! And the pita was good too!

It's a great option if you don't want a burger or fried food, little more on the fresh/health side. Down side it can be a little slow going through the drive-thru but it is worth the wait I would say.

Love going here. Staff is always nice. Lunch times are usually packed on work weeks. Good variety of wraps salads, frozen yogurt and smoothies.

Fast service and very friendly. The Pita was good and the ingredients were fresh. Slightly too expensive for the amount you get.

My husband and I just left this location with two chicken souvlaki subs.
They were probably the worst ones we ve ever had from any location.
First, you guys mixed up putting the veggies from the grill on the wrong pita.
Tomatoes? I got 2 small tiny pieces. Green peppers? One tiny little piece.
No French fried onions like we asked.
And the chicken tasted fishy .
Waiting to see if we get food poisoning.
Absolutely terrible. Your drive through makes your quality on your pitas terrible. There is no accountability on the quality.

I really disliked that you built your own pita now. for me I loved going in and ordering from a menu so I knew what I was getting like the meat the day where now it was more just ordering the meat you wanted and add toppings that I have no interest in having

It's a place you can get pitas like you want them. Hate bread. Hate burgers. Get a pita. Load it with hummus and your good to go!

Stopped by drive through tonight and ordered a small and a regular pita. We used to go here often before curbside... anyways we got handed a bag with 2 'small' pitas and we drove away of course. no reciept... it was almost 20 bucks. Mistake 1. These small pitas looked more like a wrap. We've had small pitas here before that were way bigger.. but what about the regular... it was same as my small .. so we got 2 smqlls and were tiny and have noticed what we paid or if we were charged properly... usually the regular and small are busting at the seams. Pretty disappointed. Won't be going back here any time soon.

It was aaaaaammaaaazing! I had the quinoa pita and it was delicious! I really liked the variety of condiments available! Staff was nice !

Ordered 2 buffalo pitas, completely mixed up the pitas and put my grilled onions and mushrooms on my girlfriends pita who now can t eat her pita because she s allergic. My pita has nothing on it that I wanted. Just a bad time in the drive thru.

Great pitas, get them grilled. Ingredients are always fresh and the staff make a great pita. The location is close to the Tesla Supercharger, just across the street. The recently started making smoothies, although the small for the value they are very good. Always consistent, will go to more pita pits.

Perfect place to stop for a bite just off the 401. Staff here were super kind and nailed the pita creation and assembly. Food was fresh and delicious. Bathroom was very clean. Free guacamole and water bottle filling station were extra perks! Highly recommended

Stopped in while driving the 401 and I'm glad I did. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Vegan options are clearly listed. Delicious and quick - perfect spot to stretch your legs.

Nice location. Water bottle refill station is a great idea. I purchased a drink and forgot to grab it. Would have been nice to have a reminder or the cashier take out the drink for me though.

Unfortunately we had a not so good experience. We ordered a chicken salad and a bean salad. Getting home, I found d that my bean salad was not beans but a falafal. My wife liked her chicken meal but within 1 hour had the worst stomach cramps. It looked like her chicken might of been contaminated. It's unfortunate because we have had Pita Pit meals before, but obviously this store did not put enough attention to what they were serving.

What an amazing experience, the cleanest restaurant I ve ever stepped foot in, the staff was Marvelous, Kim the manager, which I didn t even know she was the manager, wow, I think she should be a role model for all restaurants, train teams to become better and learn how to serve, she defines hospitality and fast food service. Jessica, wow, Jessica was smiling all the time, and made sure every single sandwich was as we ordered, we were 2 adults and 4 kids. You know how kids are, they change their mind every 3 seconds, she managed to get all orders right. Sandwiches were fresh and tasty! I highly recommend this place. I would drive 3H from Montreal to Kingston to just eat here and head back. Very satisfying place. Thank you for an amazing experience. Keep up the good work.

P.S. from the first moment we opened the door, we felt welcomed. Highly highly recommend. You should try this place if you re headed back and forth to Montreal.

Very friendly staff. Stopped by this location on a long road trip and it was the best stop I made. Good to have some healthy options on the road. Sooo good too.

They were fairly busy, but were working at a quick pace. Had a pretty short wait, and the food quality didn't suffer.

One of my few "5's". Above average Pita Pit, which is saying something as the company in general puts out excellent food and service.

I haven't been here but I cut through the parking lot now and then. I went to one in Vancouver. It was pretty good.

Modern decor. Reasonably maintained. Location is easily accessible from 401. Next door to Landmark Cinemas. Plenty of parking. Close to LCBO, No Frills, and Shopper's and more. Food is standard for the chain (which can make the prices sometimes a challenge to stomach).
Service is inconsistent and often seems disorganized when it's busy.

Not enough meat in the order to be worthwhile. Won't return as it is the desired proportion from the shop. Staff was friendly and place was very clean. Portion control made the taste suffer unfortunately.

Just went through the drive thru. Pulled up to the first speaker and placed my order of a club pita, a bag of chips and a pop. The speaker was so low I could barely hear it. Went onto the second speaker to place what I wanted on the pita. Went to the window and was handed the debit machine as I was paying with debit. Then the girl hands me my order. A pita. No chips no pop. When I asked her where the rest of my order was she rudely replied I asked you if that was all! I told her yes that was ALL I wanted on my pita. Again she argued that I had only ordered the pita and was quite upset I questioned her on the rest of my order. If she was taking my order, why did I place the first one at the first speaker??? So I drove next door to Panera to buy my pop and chips. I will NEVER return to that Pita Pit. Very disappointing service and incredibly rude service!

It was really great food and now i know what a pita is. It's just like a wrap only better
