I don t like the massage , not worth the cost , it was a bad experience

Went for drinks on the rooftop. Gorgeous views but very pricey.

The hotel is very well maintained and has a very nice rooftop terrace where you have a great time!

Have a drink and a bite on the rooftop lounge on a clear night. You will be amazed.

Amazing stay with The Peninsula over Christmas. Couldn't ask for a better location and all the staff have been so accommodating and friendly. Facilities available are wonderful too - the spa is a perfect antidote to the NYC cold weather!

Tried to go to the rooftop bar but there wasn't enough room for my group due to a private event.

Tried calling to reserve a day for my girlfriends burthday next week guess what got hung up on by christina all i said to her was trhing to reserve a spa day for the girlfriends birthday and was wondering what packages they had to offier and click. Ill take my business elsewhere. Somoeone needs to teach this woman manners.

This was one of the most pleasant stays I ve had in a hotel in a while. Great service. Clean, elegant, and spacious room that didn t throw off my allergies. Excellent location, which made it easy to get to great shops and food. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Location is great but if you have travelled the rest of the world this hotel is not value for money, but maybe this is the standard the locals know and expect in US

Bad bad costumer service , they support dictatorship.!!! Supervisor was rude, and was very disappointed of them supporting a dictator.

I enjoyed an evening at their rooftop bar with some friends. They have a wonderful drink selection, and an incredible view. The space is comfortable and not too loud or crowded. Definitely recommended.

Very relaxing experience in the center of Manhattan. Also very well located, and the service is always superb.

I went to the bar for an afternoon tea. The service is very attentive and the food with the tea very cured.

Elegance and Luxury are nice and it's clear both are the focus at The Peninsula. Hotel staff are excellent and extremely courteous. The amenities are opulent. Everything about this hotel is committed to the same goal of spoiling the guests. I think it's great but it boarders on being too cold. It just barely missed the mark of perfection but going a touch overboard.

The Best thing in the peninsula New York is its near the best entertainment places and has a great service. The room was good/ amazing

Concirge desk was awesome! Replied so quickly and answerd all questions we had throughut the whole stay!. Beautiful rooms with better prices than others in the area.

Really nice hotel with great restaurant, situated around the corner of the busy 5th Ave with all shops close by. The rooftop bar provides a stunning view of the busy city, with a really nice vibe to it.

The Peninsula is one of the nicest hotels in the city and is always worth a return visit. Although I didn't stay here on this visit, I had to make a trip to the bar. The bar is cozy, intimate and a great place to get a nice glass of wine. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and on point. If you have the opportunity to stay at the hotel, it is great, if not, it is worth visiting the bar. The Peninsula is on my list of return visits every time I'm in New York!!!!

obviously The Peninsula is an outstanding hotel. anybody who travels around the globe knows well that this is a household name in the hotel business. the building where the hotel resides is one of a kind with quite a bit of a history itself. great service, very friendly staff; always ready to help. gym and spa facilities are exceptional too. overall, very pleasant stay and I'm looking forward visiting The Peninsula Manhattan again soon

Stayed here my first time in NY. It is located right in the heart of Manhattan with MoMA just behind and Central Park only a few blocks north. I live in the country, so the hotel's quiet, clean, and luxe atmosphere was an oasis every evening. I would absolutely stay there again.

Personnel are very professional, helpful and friendly.
The wash rooms are very well equipped, and they have everything you would need.
There is a resting area which includes 4 beds with a semi-private area. Separate rooms by gender (4 beds * 2 rooms). Brilliant.

Host was rude, my companions who had gone there before said this was not a unique situation in that regard. We left without partaking.

Had breakfast at the restaurant. I felt underdressed wearing a golf shirt and jeans... But the staff were still great. Amazing breakfast and excellent service.

On the right evening the rooftop patio is a great place to go. Drinks are pricey and they so allow smoking outside so I'd that isn't for you then avoid the patio. The indoor bar is nice but gets packed pretty fast.

They have wonderful Spa treatments. A very soothing and relaxing experience. Employees are courteous and professional.

The rooms are nice and clean as expected of any high end hotel in NY. What sets them apart is the staff and service at the hotel. I visited the Clemente as well as the gym and the staff at both places were amazingly friendly and made me feel welcome. I would highly recommend the hotel. The hotel also has a roof deck bar with a great view and spa room one can use without a service appointment (again another friendly staff). Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Manhattan. Cozy Sky Lounge, top wellness ambience, delicacies of the finest quality. Professionalism is very important here. And to MoMa around the corner you need on foot only 5 minutes.
