The Peninsula Hotel Bangkok is one of Bangkok's most luxurious and luxurious 5-star hotels with 370 guest rooms and luxurious suites, spacious rooms with elegant interiors. Breakfast is served in one. There is a Cantonese restaurant, a restaurant serving Pacific cuisine and one serving international cuisine.

Excellent hotel. I have stayed there several times over the past 8 years and I have always had the same superb service. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The pool area is very nice and the Thai restaurant is top quality. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious, as well as the closet space and the bathroom.
The location is not good, despite the amazing views.
The pool is beautiful, and is great that they provide water while you are there. But it is always partially sunny, so it s impossible to find a place under the sun, and the staff is quite noisy.
The breakfast is always crowded, and the balcony space is too close to the piers where the boat shuttles park and you smell diesel and hear motors during your entire meal.
I recommend due its price/benefit ratio.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is limited to what clothing the guest wears. The service staff trained very well. Everything counts as top service, but the gym is really a bit small.

Room condition is very good. I wonder if the view is probably Riverview for all rooms. Night view is very good.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The shuttle boat runs everyone few minutes, granting access to the sky train and other boats that take you to the temples. The room was clean, with beautiful views of the river. The room has a printer, if needed, and you can exchange money downstairs. I absolutely recommend this hotel. This hotel is pricey but it s well worth the price for a honeymoon.

We spent 1 night with a city view room and it was perfect! The staff is very caring. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the buildings.

Excellent service with great river view from the room! Variety choices for breakfast with quality. However, some of the items within the room maybe old such as sofa and outdated DVD player?! Overall is a very decent hotel with just few steps away from IKON Siam.

Great Hotel, fantastic atmosphere!
Staying in room 3510, and the stay is currently ongoing. This is really a great place. Breakfast is just fantastic, and the pool is nice. Easy to transfer to town as well using the boat to Saphan Taksin and the Sky Train. They are really nice to my 8 year old daughter so this makes it extra good.

Addition 2018: Came back for a three night stay in 2018. Still excellent service, staff is extremely nice. Very happy to be back, third time now. Received a very nice welcome and all the paper work was in place, since we were return-guest. It is those little things that combined make the Peninsula a great place.

There is a resort feeling along the river. We make room, and area is feeling that it is good.
The pool is long enough to swim.
At the time of check-in, Japanese corresponded. We have a very welcoming atmosphere and we can feel that it is a luxury hotel, including the reception of other staff.
Both Thai and Chinese food in the hotel are delicious. Especially the Chinese restaurant course dishes are recommended!
There are 3 towels in the room. As we stayed in two, it was better if there were four!

The view of the Oparraya River was wonderful and the breakfast was really good. Staff response was good and feedback was fast. The water quality of the swimming pool and the water temperature were good enough to swim and the safety guard always kept it and I was not worried. It was nice to set a towel on the sunbeds in advance! Icon Siam is a 5 minute walk away and can be reached by boat from the Peninsula. I want to stay again next time.

The best hotel I've been to in my life! 5 star service all the way. So glad I chose to stay here. Every amenity is so well designed and they're attention to detail from the gym to the valet service is impeccable. Highly recommend this place. Here for the second time this trip and I dont even want to leave the hotel. Truly the best hotel in all of Thailand!

Excellent facilities for corporate meetings, training etc. Wonderful for family holidays as well! Sumptuous food at the restaurants. You can have your breakfast in the open restaurant by the riverside. The hotel have complimentary boat service to connect to the other side of the river where both the sky train station and public boat/ferry station is situated. Cleanliness, courteous staff are their trademark! Overall, a very good place to stay in Bangkok. Only cons is its distance from City Centre. But you can reach that in half an hour using the sky trains!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing spa and gym facilities but boat to and from stations and ferrys messed up alot and we're quite arrogant when you approach them. They pretended to not understand when they clearly did.

Just attended a friend's wedding there. What a disaster. The room was too small. No one to greet. No signage. Couldn't get keep up with the drinking water supply. I asked for a coffee and was told to get it downstairs in the cafe. The post-ceremony lunch was even worse. The food was bad, cold and ran out after 15 min. The staff could barely spoke English and no one seemed to he in charge. People ruined settings and left finished plates so that those of us who came 15 min late had nowhere clean to sit. It was all chaotic. There was seating upstairs but no one knew coz we weren't told. What had happened to the Peninsula?

The service at the Peninsula Bangkok is impeccable. I checked in on my birthday and got a birthday cake and a card. I was so touched and was so grateful. The pool is also amazing with a spectacular view. The dinner buffet at the river cafe and terrace and the afternoon tea at the lobby were so nice. I really enjoyed my stay here.

I spent the end of 14 years here. Best in all respects, especially good to be able to go anywhere by boat exclusively for the hotel. Asian teak is also possible. Best of all pool breakfast, of course, best afternoon tea

Desk English is Thai and service is Joa. Breakfast rice noodles are so fine that they try to prepare high quality shrimp and broth. The hotel breakfast I ate was Banyan Tree Rice Noodles.

The price was expensive among hotels in Bangkok, but went out with the intention of only 2 nights out of 3 weeks. I was very happy to get a late checkout and afternoon tea for 2 nights. The room was river view and the service was very good. It is good to go to the middle of the middle of the middle of the middle, and it is possible to take a mochi or a snack by sampling. There was some water floating in the water, so I got some floating things .... I clean it in the morning when I see it in the morning. I used it for a while and it was so good that I used it often. GYM Eder trainer helps you exercise, and if you use a device, you can wipe it straight with alcohol. Please take care of the water well .. Satisfaction is the best ... I'm very disappointed we wasted several hours for check in! they didn't give me the twin bed room according to my booking. They asked me to accept double bed and told me the size is same as twin beds after seperate it! it's totally unbelievable! it is a very small bed after separate! so I requested them show me the twin beds. If it's true, I have no choice to accept it! and they said it's not available to see! when I want to call my agency to complain them, they arranged a two bedrooms finally but it's smelly just like long time nobody live in! but I proofed I am true the twin bed is larger than the half bed! they're not honestly! we didn't take lunch until 4 o'clock , I wasted the time and it's very upset as I planned to stay there 3 days for my twins daughter for their birthday! it's a unhappy starting! although they changed the better room finally, I'm still very unhappy about that! my sister also has booked a room in September, I will ask her to change the hotel!

Everything is wonderful. Expectations for a stay at the Peninsula Hotel increase due to the comfortable breeze access to the boat. The staff who greeted me also had a good feel and was very nice. Returning from a powerful and chaotic town, the atmosphere inside this hotel is soothing and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Room service is also polite and satisfying. The pool and spa are calm and relaxing. Even though it's in the city, you can feel relaxed resort feeling, all the quality is high, and I want to visit again and again.

Once I was there in the late evening and I got a headache because of the sun. The woman, waitress, provided me a sour mango salad to kill the pain. That was very impressive!

The room, a suite, was spacious and had a nice view. Service and everything else was excellent. I enjoyed taking their water taxi to get to around.

From the entrance, I'm not like any other hotel! The atmosphere is as good as the quality .. The service is good and the rooms are very old and the balconies overlooking the Chao Phraya. Amenities were excellent and breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. The price is a bit high but I think it's worth it.
