Amazing hotel. The staff is incredible! The building is gorgeous. The food is unbelievable.

The hotel staff was friendly and the facilities were convenient so everything was perfect during the stay. Breakfast was great and it was convenient for sightseeing by hotel boat. Next time I come to Bangkok, I will use the Peninsula again.

Excellent service but I think it s time for the rooms to have a facelift

10 th time here and will not even mention the hotel(which as always is just amazing!)

BUT now also with maybe the best drinks on the planet! (Yes even better than Bamboo bar/Mandarin Oriental!)

This thanks to Golf the new bartender, with a gift from the gods, to leave you with a smile and a wow from every order!

Some of tonight s wonders include: Hanky Panky, Negronis, Dark and Stormy, Last Word (we save the Final Word for another night), and to finish the night off Aviation! )

Me and me and my wife had more than a few drinks on most corners of the planet, and we are both speechless!
Or as my wife finished the night saying I can just die here!

If you are into alcohol, do yourself a favor, hurry up here, bring some friends here, bounce any drink of Gold and be amazed!

I m betting that the menu will be updated soon and Golf will be named the new king of drinks in Bangkok!

Superb hotel with a great breakfast on offer. It is ideally located for all the attractions accessable from the river. Also via the hotels complimentary boat you can connect to the major ferry pier of Sapon Tacksin which connects to multiple ferry services and is right next to a SkyTrain station which connects you to the rest of the City.

Amazing riverside views, super comfy rooms with great amenities and restaurants that serve the most delicious food... What more can you ask for in a five star? Oh yes, friendly and helpful staff. Well, The Peninsula has it all. Had a really nice stay there last week. Definitely recommended!

During the stay time was slow and I was satisfied.
The staff is a smile, quick response and a great hotel.
Next time, I would like to spend a good time in the Peninsula.

For service the Peninsula has got to be one of the best in Bangkok. It s ambience and attention to detail are exceptional The Thipthara Thai Restaurant is a wonderful night out. Situated right on the Chao Phraya River and built and decorated in traditional Thai style it takes you to another world The prices are high so takea deep wallet but it is well worth it

There is a hotel boat on the hotel's dock where you can get to bts station and icon Siam. I checked in and went to the room, but when I applied for twin bed, I was upset because the bed was attached, but I told the hotel to adjust the bed position. The room felt old-fashioned and the balcony was separate so we could go out and see it. But I did not feel anything special about the expensive price. Also, I was a bit embarrassed when I was charged for using the phone in the room I was informed at checkout, but the problem was solved with the help of Korean staff. Personally, it seems a bit difficult to say that it is a good hotel for the price.

Not so difficult to travel to the hotel. Medium size luxury hotel. Delicious food.

A fantastic stay at the Peninsula hotel. Their service and attention to detail was exceptional. Food, rooms, spa and staff all deserving of 6 star. My son became sick on our stay and the hotel staff were very helpful and caring. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, staffs are very patient and my room with balcony is spacious!

We wanted to drink a cappuccino on the terrace. If we had not called a few times, we are now waiting for service. The cappuccino finally came, but that's what happened to Wars as well. 190 thb for a small unloving laid coffee without anything. That did not happen to me in such "noble" hotels.

Excellent hotel. The building and rooms are old, but they are well maintained. The swimming pool is narrow, but 88m, the same as Hong Kong. The Peninsula, who likes garden concepts, planted various herbs and peppers in the garden. Great spa. The road to the spa is also nice. The boat runs every 30 minutes to BTS Saphan Tak Sin (Ta Sathorn). The rooms are so popular that they are fully booked almost every day, thanks to cheaper prices. The view is also great. Many travelers from China and Korea also visit. Breakfast restaurant is located at the entrance of the hotel. Kao Pappu 440 Baht + 17%, Ice Coffee 170 Baht + 17%. The price and taste are good. Free boat service from Asiatic departing from the Peninsula at 19:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 22:00. Crossing boats run at any time. Heliport on the roof.

Overrated. Yes the customer service is OK for 5* Thailand, but the prices are significantly higher and I found the breakfast disappointing. Had to queue to get a seat, and I gave up waiting for eggs. The rooms are large, but beginning to look dated.

The view is excellent, and the river boat touch is nice, but the overall experience doesn't justify the sky high prices.

It is one of the best hotels in Bangkok and the staff service is better than other Bangkok hotels !! One of the hotels I always recommend for people who come to Bangkok.

Service is excellent, like a luxury hotel. But the old building and interior are a bit disappointing. Especially the interior. There is a damp smell in bedding.
And every time you do a spa at a restaurant, you get 10 to 17 percent of your taxes. That is, it is very expensive.
Is it worth the dare?

My experience with Peninsula has been very good. The room, restuarant, pool, concierge, pretty much everything.

I only brought good memories. I'll go back with my parents!

The hotel itself is very nice but the food and drinks are way over priced i mean $13AUD for a 330ml tiger beer you have got to be kidding me thats like 800% mark up at least. I realize its a 5 star hotel but this is just unacceptable food and drinks need to be priced reasonably esspecially when the food is average at best.

This hotel is the most luxurious kind I have experienced in my day.
It is located next to the river and makes this hotel romantic and exciting for couples and lots of love.
The most perfect employee service that can be described in words.
Personal servant, a polished and luxurious hotel in the spa and pool.
Lounge in excellent fine dining.
The rooms are huge facing the river and many treats in the room and bathrooms.
Definitely an amazing six star hotel.

Excellent service and rooms are beautiful. I'm a photographer and have photographed weddings here. The staff are amazing and food was the best that I've seen for a sit down service in Thailand. Their in house floral and decor is very elegant and tasteful.
