The Peninsula Bangkok Hotel Review

The space design is wide and convenient to use, the quality of the staff is also very high, and the five-star accommodation with very high CP value!

Staycation in BKK .. Beautiful school, delicious food, great value buffet.

Room and service were okay, the riverview was excellent but there's nothing much to do around the hotel. Hard to commute by car due to the crazy traffic jam outside the hotel (road construction work in progress).

The staff at The Peninsula were the nicest and most professional people I've encountered at any hotel. The hotel itself boasts such amazing amenities and diverse restaurants that it made leaving the property very difficult for my wife and I. Wonderful pools, great views of the city, gorgeous rooms, and the friendliest staff make The Peninsula a must stay while in Bangkok!

May.27.2019 check in The staff is kind and friendly, but the room smells like a towel rotting. I changed it twice and changed it to a slightly lesser one. It is really disappointing that the deepest pool in the top of the Sekan is under construction for the next 2 months.
Kind staff, but can not stand moldy smell! The first part of the swimming pool (the deepest) is on construction for 2 months from now on. Plz take that into consideration!

Beautiful Hotel by the River. You can take the Shuttle boat from Saphan Takin pier to get to the hotel. Very easy and convenient.

For those who don't mind the extra jump on a 5min boat ride to the hotel. A nice riverfront hotel overlooking the busy river. A free boat takes you across to hop on a SkyTrain or a car/cab onwards to the CBD (2 stops), the shopping area (4stops). However you're just minutes from the riverfront icon Siam luxurious shopping centre and the Asiatique open air Shopping, dining and outdoor market.

Good service and an established brand with history. Recommended especially being on the river is pleasant as the city is just one concrete jungle.

Went there for my friend s wedding reception, love the place. But it is next to ICON SIAM department store, so a lot of traffic jam, need to have a little bit more patient.

Well,what can one say about this nice on the waterfront hotel? Absolutely, super nice and you get ferried across the water to go shopping or what ever you like to do. And pick up,nearly every 15 minutes to go back to the hotel.which is pretty cool. And I definitely enjoyed my one day stay there. :)

Relaxing place, natural forest atmosphere, as well as being placed around the air

Great hotel, amazing views of the river and city, clean and spacious rooms, service is wonderful too. Complimentary daily activities such as yoga, HIIT, cooking, etc.
Location is convenient for visiting the famous places, just take the free boat from the pier of the hotel.

If the hotel is 10 years ago, it is advanced! But this is the atmosphere

This is absolutely the nicest hotel I have ever stay at. The Peninsula s attention to detail and customer service is beyond reproach. The Peninsula offers boat service across the river to their own private dock along with service to the sky train dock. The breakfast buffet was amazing and every part of the property is immaculate. This hotel is an absolute must!!!

High tea is the bomb here. It s a must for any visit to BBK. Next door to the new Crazy high end mall. I would check both out.

Is a hotel next to a river where the atmosphere is good The only way the road is constructing the train makes the car very stuck.

There are several great hotels along the Chao Phraya River, one of them.
All the rooms face the river and the scenery is wonderful.


All types have a large bathtub. The design is also wonderfully comfortable. The air conditioner is only air-conditioned.


It will bring warm tea and sweets after check-in. There was fruit every day in the room.
When you leave the room, press the cleaning button and the staff will come immediately. I was impressed with the very meticulous service.

Restaurant
The breakfast is great. I eat too much from the morning. Mango and noodles are particularly delicious. Since it is a parfait, many people eat many mangoes.
Other restaurants are perfect for both taste and service.

Nice place to stay and visit with couple as well as family

I used afternoon tea. At the time of reservation, we specified that the day was my birthday and requested a seat with a good view, but when entering the store, it was said that the seat by the window was buried. Later, the window seat was vacant, so he eventually moved there.
There is no voice about birthday.
Is it because I expected too much? That was disappointing. It doesn't cost as much as a birthday voice, so I think it's a staff spirit. Although I paid a reasonable fee, I came to see the hot water of tea many times (laughs).

The Peninsula Hotel Bangkok is one of the most experienced and friendly employees in the hotel. Especially the staff at the concierge staff are impressed with the guests. If you have a hard time, ask for help and kindly give details and help. (Which boats are more cheap to get, etc ..) It is a weekend so you can borrow the baht from the hotel when the bank is off, the last day to help you extend your check-out time when your wife has abdominal pain and difficulty (I especially appreciate Mr. Tong who helped me so much) Thanks to that, I was able to rest and relax in a good hotel.
