I'm very disappointed we wasted several hours for check in! they didn't give me the twin bed room according to my booking. They asked me to accept double bed and told me the size is same as twin beds after seperate it! it's totally unbelievable! it is a very small bed after separate! so I requested them show me the twin beds. If it's true, I have no choice to accept it! and they said it's not available to see! when I want to call my agency to complain them, they arranged a two bedrooms finally but it's smelly just like long time nobody live in! but I proofed I am true the twin bed is larger than the half bed! they're not honestly! we didn't take lunch until 4 o'clock , I wasted the time and it's very upset as I planned to stay there 3 days for my twins daughter for their birthday! it's a unhappy starting! although they changed the better room finally, I'm still very unhappy about that! my sister also has booked a room in September, I will ask her to change the hotel!
