The Peninsula Bangkok Hotel Review

The Peninsula used only tea time. The staff was friendly and teatime and relaxed while at rest. It is a good hotel for tea time before going to Asia teak.

Slightly expensive but recommended! The boat that crosses the river is every 5 minutes ?? The staff are very friendly and the pool is clean and anyway stored in my mind ~~

there is a Chinese haute cuisine restaurant, a buffet restaurant, another outside to enjoy the riverside, and watch the ballet of boats passing on the Chao Praya.
There is even a private dock with beautiful typical small boats that serve as a shuttle to bring you for free to the opposite shore, or to the huge brand new shopping center near the hotel or to reach ASIATIQUE, this huge park with games, shops and restaurants on the opposite shore, 20 minutes by boat.

Had an amazing time there, great facilities, great food, attentive staff. Celebrated my mum's 86th birthday there, with a complimentary cake from the hotel.

We were here in the early part of 2017. We had stayed for 4 days and it was amazing, the hotel and room were beautiful and the location amazing. The hotel overlooks the river and the hotel runs a shuttle from the hotel to the other side of the river and to some select luxury hotels. All in all an amazing time!

The location is not so good, but you can use the pool shower after 12:00 check out

A real joy staying here. After an unpleasant stay in a condo nearby I enjoyed the high class Peninsula hotel, everything was perfect,
very spacious rooms, excellent restaurant and great pool. Taking their ferry to cross the river was our daily ritual, a joy as I said.

Quality hotel right on the chao phraya river on the Thonburi side

This is our first international trip to Bangkok and we two are stayed in peninsula hotel for 3 days. Really our stay is awesome and especially my wife enjoys a lot.
All the staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. The location and river view of the hotel was incredibly superb. The rooms are spacious neat and clean with beautiful bathroom.
The shuttle boat service is simply fabulous & runs every few minutes from 6.00 AM to 12.00 mid night, granting access to the sky train and other boats services that take you to the temples its more convenient mode of transport. Beautiful swimming pool & Great restaurant which offers an excellent breakfast with more options. I Would definitely recommend and like to go back again for vacation next year.

The room we got have a beautiful view of the river. Free passage on the boat across the river where you can take the train. Breakfast was inspiring with great variety. Everything was great except that they dun have much tea bags option. Probably just me as I am a tea drinker. The staff was great and accommodating. The room service Thai food was great too. Its a wonderful stay in the hotel.

I like to travel with my family. It is fun to cross the river by using the hotel private boat. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is both indoors and outdoors. There is a terrace and the swimming pool is very good.

I think it is one of the top hotels in Bangkok. Too cool and clean well !!! If you are staying in Peninsula, it is recommended to have a massage at the spa !!

I have been here for afternoon tea, the place is clean and the scenery is beautiful, but the afternoon tea set is very expensive and good to eat. It can be said that it is delicious.

Good service, classic hotel and peaceful environment with a lot of greens. The hotel room is a bit old but that is compensated by its other service touch. They offered some classes for the guest.. Yoga, breathing class, aerobic classes.. I joined the sunrise yoga class.. It was enjoyable even for beginner like me. They have shuttle boat to the nearest BTS station. They readily provide info e.g. on direction.
They have a good range and quality breakfast buffet.
Overall, it lives up to its luxury hotel expectation.

The atmosphere and the views from the rooms are beyond praise.
But age ... soars.
Somewhere something is worn, somewhere something creaks, somewhere something does not work ...
But this, on the other hand, gives a certain charm.
And the jazz in the bar .... Great.

Good 5 star hotel with caustic rain. Friendly staff and cleanliness. Rooms are somewhat outdated and amenity is lacking in a somewhat luxurious feel. Hotel of the castle rain which is only available in Bangkok.
