Board members are a bunch of left-wing idiots. Never send your kids to Peel schools if you want them to grow up to be a normal person.

I agree with what is being said about Mr. Dube. Mr. Dube was very mean-spirited, always held grudges, and always made everything personal. It became obvious from his pettiness and how maliciously he treated others that he was someone who was not happy with himself and his life.

Went in to ask a question regarding my transcript and received a lot attitude from the staff. The woman that was helping me kept raising her voice, and had a very rude tone. She also had the audacity to say that my issue was not urgent enough for them to help me - when in fact it was the opposite. I left with no answers and no direction as to where I could go to actually get my question answered.

Work culture a mess. At the start of a massive overhaul. Used to be a great place to work at...

Unbelievable, this board represent the sad fall of Canada and Canadian people, this board needs to be immediately dissolved and people that represent this board charged with the anti-Canadian propaganda and hate encouragement... This is by far the most disturbing organization I have ever came across living in Canada for the past 25 years..
Remove your kids from their schools !

It is my belief that the computer/science teacher who taught at Streetsville Secondary School and later became a principal was very, very immature and showed very, very poor and unprofessional judgement. I believe that he really should have been terminated a long time ago. I sure hope that he gets what's coming to him.
Update: Seriously, how could the school board have not let this very incompetent individual, AD, go? More disturbingly, why the heck did the school board promote him to principal? What was the school board thinking and what does that say about the school board's character?

Parking is a bit of a walk from the main building and the main door is hard to find. But other than that, the staff is really helpful!

Suggestion !! We think of IBT,SicTECH, IB exam, Peel SB shouldn't take random selection!! that's not fair. We should use report card and learning skill based to do ranking. otherwise, lots of best students have no chance to these programs.

Location is gorgeous and spacious. Staff are definitely welcoming! My boss had a speaking engagement here and the support was great!

Mme. Skoulos the French teacher at Dolphin Senior Public School was not very accommodating towards disabled students like autistic students. She was quite rude and mean to an autistic student in my class. The school, in general, was not very accommodating either. Yup, this school is in serious need of improvement.

Art Dube is a former science teacher and the head of the science department at Streetsville Secondary School who went on to become a principal. And an absolute abomination to the PDSB as well as a despicable excuse for a person. He gets off on bullying students to feel good about himself, almost always talking down to them and blatantly bossing them around. He would mark work very unfairly based on if he likes or dislikes the student. Many students complained about his nasty attitude and I heard nothing but bad things about him. How did this absolutely disgusting, petty bully become a teacher? How did he become department head?? And how did he become principal??? It nauseates the mind. Seriously, this egomaniac really needs to be forced to resign. You owe us that much.

If you ask me, I think that AD, the science teacher at Streetsville Secondary who later went on to become a principal, should have at least been suspended and forced to get sensitivity training. After that, he should have been forced to mark by student number instead of by student name because he came across as a real prima donna who acted like he thought that he could play God with people's grades. This teacher was tall, had dark hair, a beard, glasses, and average build. Cosidering his misbehaviour, this would have been a most lenient penalty. The fact that no one is defending him on here is very telling.

Streetsville Secondary is the worst school ever. Bullying abounds. Teacher behaviour and performance need significant improvement. One teacher, in particular (a science and computer teacher with the initials AD), springs foremost to mind. No one would like that teacher, not if they knew what he is really like.

Art Dube and George Adams from Streetsville Secondary School and the French teacher Mme. (Elena?) Skoulos should have been fired and lost their teaching licenses. They played favourites, discriminated, were dishonest, selfish, and completely unprofessional so that marks from them meant absolutely nothing. I cannot even begin to impress how absolutely disgusting all three of them were, there was not a decent bone in any of their bodies. The Peel District School Board never let any of them go and is just as disgusting as them; it is guilty by association.

The criteria for which students need to go to the We Welcome The World centres needs to be changed. My son was born in Canada, our family's first language is English and we are not from a Non English-Speaking country. Yet, just because we left the country for a year, my son had to go to one of these centres before returning to school. I found that ridiculous especially considering my young child spoke better English than the lady evaluating his English skills.

So due to little weather prediction from the weather forecast which in most cases they are wrong and not to the extreme, they are allowed to close schools completely and other programs, child care centres follow the closure, yet other regions surrounding them are all opened how is it fair for us parent to have to stay home to take care of kids and absent from work... PDSB staff should not get paid for these so called off days and while other school boards are opened they should get time and a half taken away from PDSB staff pay

Worst place to educate your children. Most biased and rude school board in the country. Board act like thugs. No freedom of speech or expression allowed.

A huge problem with Mr. Art Dube from Streetsville Secondary was that he was SELFISH. Always making everything about himself without even realizing it. He should have been fired, really. SELFISH... SO SELFISH!

Hi there, my other 2 kids got the consent forms for back to school, but my 3rd one didn t get any, she is in SK. I have called the peel district school board but they are not picking up, I texted the school teacher through Instagram, she doesn t know about this, please provide me some info so that I can submit the form before deadline
