Went in to ask a question regarding my transcript ...

Went in to ask a question regarding my transcript and received a lot attitude from the staff. The woman that was helping me kept raising her voice, and had a very rude tone. She also had the audacity to say that my issue was not urgent enough for them to help me - when in fact it was the opposite. I left with no answers and no direction as to where I could go to actually get my question answered.
