Great room, horrible customer service. Very disappointed. When I walk in and ask for a nightly price with an animal I expect the price to include everything I asked for. Woke up with a charge on my credit card after paying cash and the 25.00 hold on my credit card. When asked what the 39.00 charge was I was told it was for our pet and said it should have been explained in our dog bag. I did sign the paper due to being told it was just the list of our rules. Nothing was stated about extra fees AND I never received a copy or the bag that was mentioned. I travel to Gatlinburg almost monthly and will be staying elsewhere due to lack of customer service. I have no issues with paying if I am told up front.

We are currently staying at this hotel and I can t wait to write a review. Is the best hotel in Gatlinburg not just because the location in the mountain overlooking the main strip which is fantastic with $0.50 cents each way per person trolley to main strip but because their amenities are excellent. Indoor heated pool with hot tub which is great after a day of motorcycle riding, outdoor fire pit to sit around and chat at night, full bar and music in the lobby. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds is excellent.

I only gave it a high rating because it's the best view in Gatlinburg. If you don't need to stay downtown and don't care about the age of the hotel rooms this will do. Nothing special except the view.

I have stayed here 4 times and I love it. It is a little pricey but its on top of a mountain and the views you get from your room are absolutely beautiful. So you are really paying for the location and view. I haven't had problems from there.

This is the place to book in Gatlinburg! We come here every time. The views from the balconies are amazing, rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and the staff is friendly!

Was not a fan of this hotel. Not very good amenities and the view is not all that. You're better off staying at the Courtyard by Marriott down the street.
1st - no free breakfast or coffee, for happy hour you only get $2 off starters.
2nd - customer service is not very good - I asked if they could mail something out for me. To which they replied "If you package it and put postage on it we can send it out with the mail". If I had packaging and postage I wouldn't need you to do it for me.
I expected more from a Hilton brand. Definitely not going back.

Loved the location, very clean and great amenities for kids, my only issue was the tub didn't drained properly. Definitely Will return and recommend.

Hotel staff were beyond pleasant and accommodating. Checked on us multiple times to ensure our comfort. I do not believe there is any hotel with better views than this location offers, it's stunning. Also have a trolly service running right to the front door.... excellent experience we shall return

Nice hotel. Beautiful lobby and we have mountain view room which is gorgeous. It's only been 1 night so far, but 11 year old enjoyed the pool area and we have been happy with room and service.

This makes the third stay for us. I am forced to change my rating from over two years ago solely because of some maintenance problems. I will tell you right off that the hotel is perfectly situated in Gatlinburg with pristine views. The staff is excessively friendly. The pool is perfect for kids. Our last visit, plus the one we finished up just hours ago was riddled with problems with maintenance, prompting the change in stars. We walked into an 80 degree room with no functioning A/C. "Junior", Their maintenance guy, came up and reset some sort of outlet. It functioned again for a couple hours and we essentially just rinsed and repeated to fix the problem over 3 days. Later that evening when we showered, the drains would not drain. Our showers turned into filled tubs. Once again, "Junior" came up and unclogged it. Roughly an hour later, the same exact problem with our sinks; No draining.
The 2nd night our kids came to stay. On the other queen bed in the room the sheets smelled rancid, brought to our attention by our 11 year old. There was some sort of deep stain underneath the liner, our best guess being puke. We requested a change of linen.

Now...these may be fluke items, because everything else is spectacular it almost guilts me into not wanting to complain about it, but for the price we expect simple things like this to not be overlooked. Will we stay again ? It's a coin flip. Hard to find pet friendly clean hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bathrooms are a little small. The rooms were clean and quite sound proof. We would stay here again.

Best hotel I've stayed at. This place is not only beautiful, but the view is too. This hotel has something for everyone. Would've gave it 5 stars but they didn't have enough dank memes.

We loved it here. The view was amazing and the hotel is unique. My son loves the elevators and the pool.

Great hotel, beautiful views. Friendly staff, and clean rooms. However the room service food was awful, low quality and cold when it was delivered ... late. Enjoyable stay just don't waste your money on the room sevice food.

Didn't like this hotel at all!! My family stayed here on our vacation. There was mold in the bathroom and dirt in the sheets. The breakfast food was horrible and much to expensive for little portions we had. Loved Gatlinburg not this place

Stayed here for a friend's destination wedding. The room itself was nice, but we were on a lower floor over the parking lot. The room itself was clean and I was surprised by the size of the TV (not that I had time to use it). I found the restaurant to be a bit over priced but we used it because of the convenience. BUT, the wedding services for my friend were outstanding. The banquet was well done and the wedding coordinator helped her have an amazing wedding day. Loved the firepit by the bar.

Excellent accomodations, staff was great, atmosphere was very relaxing.

The breakfast was good. They had trouble with some of the elevators.

Huge hotel, and loved the pool. The hot tub was broke but they fixed it the very next day.

Decent hotel, but not spectacular. Restaurant was disappointing.

Kids loved the waterslide. Decent size workout area. Great food for dinner without the hassle of downtown, had carved prime rib. Front desk was helpful and the city shuttle picks up at the front door.
