Food and service was pretty good (We had a family of 14!). It gets pretty loud in there at lunchtime so if you're looking for a venue to have a quiet catch up, this is not the place for you. We also scored discount vouchers online which id helpful for such a big family

Service is really good. They really care about you and approach to ask if you look uncertain, who does that nowadays?! It's beautiful and I thank you for such a great service culture you've built.
The food was okay, ordered a short stack and cheese one. Cheese one was a little saltly over time and the salad was very meh, wish they'd do something else with it.
Short stack was good, just what you'd expect and need from a trusty pancake. The prices weren't as matching to the portions I'd like too.

I've visited the outlet at Melbourne Central and it was nothing short of a heavenly experience! I don't quite remember the name of the item on the menu, but it was a stack of 2 hot pancakes, topped with fresh strawberries and vanilla icecream. Would totally have this as my everyday breakfast/dessert, if only it didn't make me put on weight. The ambience of the place is outstanding, plenty of space between tables- something that I totally dig!
Ordered the blueberry pancake with scrambled egg, enjoyed the mean but wasnt much on plate compared to my friends. Would have expected at least 2 pancakes for the price. Coffee was very good here dispite my meal portion size.

Our server was excellent. She was friendly and kind to the kids. We had an issue using a coupon but it was sorted. Everyone was so lovely and the food was delicious. The crepes and short stack were wonderous!
We don t miss the opportunity for a (relatively) late night sugar hit at the Pancake Parlour when we get a chance. This store in the heart of Melbourne s CBD has got attentive and knowledgeable staff. We enjoyed the service we got there, even though it was almost closing time for them. Would definitely visit them again.
Came here with a few friends for a late night coffee and dessert. The place was busy and staff were quick to seat us. The coffee was good and the pancakes all around were delicious. Definitely recommend as a dessert option. There is an abundance of options going around for both savoury and dessert.
Try out the chicken sliders from the lucnch menu, SUPER DELICIOUS!

Love the pancakes here. They were even willing to substitute the dairy ice cream for dairy-free, which is really important to me. The pancakes are delicious - I ended up with the salted caramel stack but honestly, you can't go wrong.

Omg... this place has the most indulgent breakfast you can have. My wife and I hand the pancake stack with crispy bacon and maple syrup and it was to die for and my kids had the pancakes, ice cream and strawberries. BEST BREAKFAST EVER!!!!!!

I ve been here twice now and both times the service has been terrible and that is assuming that you are served before you get fed up with it and leave 30-40 minutes after sitting down. Once you do order, the staff make mistake after mistake taking it and you end up with food that you didn t want. When the food finally comes to your table there is always one or two people that receive their food 5-10 minutes after everyone else forcing everyone else to wait. Terrible restaurant.
I wasn't given cutlery. When I was waiting to pay, they asked the people waiting behind me instead and left me wondering why I was being ignored. But other than that it was ok.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! - We received slow service (we had to call them over to order), an incorrect order that had to be rectified twice, a simple triple shot coffee was taken for 2 coffees extra shot. One pancake, smallest serving of eggs & bacon inadequately priced for the quality & quantity of food.

Saddest iced chocolate I ve ever had. Tasted basically like plain milk. And the order came out really irregularly - half our table had long finished eating by the time the last people (who had to check they weren t forgotten) were served.
Terrible service. As we walked in the staff at front told us to move back as there were other people waiting ahead of us, which we didn t even see because it was so busy and under staffed, but she was ridiculously rude to us for no reason. Eventually when we got a table a staff member came up to us and asked what we would like to drink so we asked if we could just have some water, she told us if we wanted water to go up to the front which is fair enough bit then the table next to us asked if they could have some water and the same staff member went and got her a glass of water. After I saw that we left straight away because we will not be treated this way.
I won t be ever going back again.
Pancakes are delicious but nothing special. They're pancakes that you can make at home. But pancakes are always good, I have tried the strawberry, tiramisu, and apple cinnamon one which was vegan, and they were all very sweet, and fluffy. Although the vegan ones were as fluffy, they were still very good! Service has been a hit and miss, the first time it was very average, but the subsequent times have been really friendly!

Atrocious service. Our waitress did not seem to understand what we wanted despite us both clearly enunciating and pointing to the menu item. We ordered 2 dessert pancakes, one hotcakes sized dish and one original pancake size. Both appeared to be the same yet with a large price difference. No cutlery came out and some drinks were clearly forgotten and appeared later with a different waiter. We observed the waitress refusing to come to our table (perhaps embarrassed by her service) and she made another colleague go instead. Unfortunately he was just rude and dumped cutlery on the table before walking away. Food was otherwise ok. Avoid the waitress with long dark hair. Maybe just avoid the place completely.

We ordered. No coke just Pepsi. What they had coke last time. Order small lemonade. The waiter laughs at me for who knows why
Do I look like a super model. The meal finally arrived. A 2 stack with butter. It tasted like a rubber gumboot. After paying the way to high bill the manager offered us lollies. Is that to get rid of the gumboot taste in my mouth. Don't go there.
I have always loved pancake parlour since I was a kid. This time though, I found the main meal a Caesar salad kind of lacking. Expensive for what we were given. The Alice in wonderland as yummy as ever, but again, costly. I won't be eating here on frequent occasions, maybe a once off for a pancake stack

Sooo underwhelming, what you get is nothing like what they have on their website. I never rate places but I just had to! Everything was bland, just terrible! Coffee was cold, urgh! Don't do it to yourselves, save your money and go to Macca's for breakfast! TRUST ME!

Last came here in 2014 but never reviewed it and never came back. Somehow they had 'forgotten' my order even there was literally myself and one other person in the restaurant after an hour of waiting. No one bothered to ask me or wonder why there was an extra person already seated (they have a 'please wait to be seated' sign as you entered). The food I received certainly wasn't worth the wait; overcooked chicken and missing the hollandaise sauce. Things may have changed over the years, but this experience I had certainly hasn't.
Can you believe that is a hash???. Hash shouldn't be so....apart and burn. Even it's handmade doesn't mean it should look like this. Worst meal I have in Melbourne.
