Staff are nice, good coffee, and I am happy with the food.

If you're in the mood for some food then this is the place! Serving all day breakfast and the classic pancake parlour is the place to go. Its a hidden gem of sorts as it is located within Melbourne central mall on level 3. On early Saturdays there is a small que but it is well worth the wait

Big feast, big eat. This is the place to go to fill you up if you're hungry, you won't be let down.
Massive menu with breakfast, lunch and desert options you'll be sure to find something you want here.
Pancakes are their speciality and tasted great with the perfect amount of fluff. Loved them big country breakfast with all the extras, fantastic feed. Decent coffee, it'll get you through the day.
Staff are helpful and very friendly, can't fault their smiles.

The Chocnana plantcake option is a delicious option for those who are craving a chocolate, Bannana and peanut combo. The vegan ice cream is decent and tastes just like regular ice-cream. So do the plancakes.
Service is usually quite friendly but there is usually a bit of a wait for food. Allow at least half an hour of waiting for food. Sometimes longer.

I wish pancake parlour would cook the fruit into their pancakes. They can be plain and tasteless the pancakes themselves.

The resturant itself is comfortable with large couches and lovely lighting. Toilets are large and clean.

Reccomended for a catch up or date.

Small eaters, this pancake restaurant is not for you.With a dish you have for 2. Gargantuan! A bit expensive though, but really good.

Food was good, but the lady at the counter was quite rude and disorganised. We tried to pay and our discount code didnt work so she told us to sit back down and she'll sort it out and come back over to us, we waited half an hour and all the staff ignored us. We went back up to the counter and she acted as if nothing had happened. I don't recommend

Usual pancake parlour experience! Only thing is if you are a reward member be sure to have your card with or make sure that the cashier gets your membership account right, they can't revert it if it is wrong apparently (bit of a weird system).
Be sure to check out their season specials on their website - Winter Parlour menu specials and in Summer they have a similar setup. Make sure you check it out there are some great deals you can get.
They have gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options as well.

Friday deals on the chalkboard are ridiculously good value! Something for everyone here :)

Overrated. $75 for small breakfast for 2. No thanks. Wont be back

I had wonderful service. Zeeva made sure my every whim was attended to. I couldn't have been happier. Zeeva is a Front of House miracle.

Way too expansive for what you get. The pancakes are small and taste average. We also had to wait 20 minutes for our food even though we did not order much. However the waitresses are very kind.

Waiting time is pretty long especially if you're hungry, but they got heaps of promos

Staff are always friendly. Welcoming, nostalgic atmosphere. Consistently fresh, hot pancakes and refreshing desserts.

Some really great food here, I especially adore all the vegan options. The wait times can be a little long (just for ordering the food) but the staff are friendly and inviting.

There's always option available for a lunch, a dinner, a breakfast.

Worst service I could imagine drinks came at the end of our meal and that is after asking twice ....Drink slammed on the table staff just walked off please eat some where else it just ruins a good day to go there

Went in with a friend, I'm actually a ceoliac (Gluten Free) and was originally given the gluten free menu which is a fantastic change for PP. Most surprising was the waitress told me actually, we can to anything for you on the original menu as a GF version. Felt Incredibly supported and accommodated for on this occurrence! This would have been late 2016.

Seeing some of the negative comments I was wondering the service and staff's attitude. Efficient, prompt and polite. Large portions and pictures in the menu match the dishes served, excellent!

The food here was amazing I got the strawberry pancakes and they were delicious. I couldn't finish it all. Plenty of strawberries and perfectly cooked pancakes put together was a perfect meal. I had a strawberry milk shake which complemented the strawberry pancakes perfectly. Covid restrictions upheld well. Staff were amazing. My Husband had eggs, bacon and pancakes and he said it was the best eggs and bacon he has had in a long time.

Awsome food and drinks kids love pancakes anytime of the day. But very expensive.

Loved the loaded fries, delicious. Great place for groups or to meet friends.

I really loved their vegan plant crepes and the staff was super nice to me :) the decor was cute too!

Value menu is worthwhile during lunchtime, otherwise it's a bit pricey. During quieter periods, staff can take a little time to come and take order whilst they do other chores, but it's nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the food court one level down, and the staff are friendly. Known, consistent quality. Booths are a bit cosy for larger folk, but tables with freestanding chairs are also available.

As always a solid place for a good Sunday breakfast

Fast service and good pancakes. Coffee could be improved but overall it's worth a visit.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My friend who Is hard of hearing was treated so poorly by the staff here at Melbourne Central. They ignored her rolled their eyes at her and were rude when they served her. Extremely unacceptable. Will not be returning to this store.

My favorite place when I need sugar. Strawberry pancake and ice cream, just perfect, fresh and tasty. Floor staff unprofessional and mischievous. But I will definitely comeback for my dose of sugar.

I'm sorry, this is just no good. When you walk in you're hit by what I assume is deep-fry smell. The food is expensive and the taste is no good; service is slow. Skip, unfortunately.

Pancakes were average , it would have been better if you guys served your pancakes with real chocolate instead of choco syrup- just a suggestion. Strawberries were a tad mushy. Although customer service was great and place is nice and clean, the food was not that great as per the appearance of the shop entails it may be

Well it's been ages since I was last here. New faces and looks busier now. The service has changed a bit... for the better. Food arrived faster than I am used too. Staff are friendly but not too "attententive"... what I mean by that is they don't constantly ask you "how's the food". I still want my peace and quiet while enjoying my meal. For now keep the good work and keep the food tasting good. Until I see you again next time

The food was good and reasonably quick service. Just wish there was maple syrup on all the tables.

Service was all over the place, the food was good but very expensive for what you get.

Frankly the worst service, over 1 hour between ordering and food delivery, on a mid Saturday afternoon. We arrived with 2 9 yr old girls and they were climbing the walls waiting for food that only arrived after I complained.

The food with good flavor but poorly prepared, the attention is between bad and regular, the waiters do everything to the races, they had to change my plate because they threw the food when taking it to my place

Pancake parlour is the bomb. Love coming here, they have heaps of stuff and even serve booze, toblerone cocktail is amazeballs. Plus if you have a death wish you can order the chocolate jublie stack with a swiss double chocolate malt milkshake thing... I did that once... I'd suggest walking home after to prevent the food coma as I felt asleep in jb hifi like ten minutes later, still worth it though.

Food is amazing but the price is a bit steep for what they're serving. If youre looking for an American style breakfast though, look no more.

I tried breakfast and pancakes, definely their pancakes are their strength, however, breakfast are a bit oily.

Massive meals and flavorsome. Rude staff. Waitress, possibly manager looked as though she hated every second she had to speak with you.

Lack of service... I had a takeaway order on DoorDash and waited 40 mins to call the restaurant after not hearing updates to double check and they said they have not received my order and to just call Doordash. No help from their end and just brushed it off. Did not even try to confirm from their side to see if the problem was on their end as well. Took nearly two hours from ordering for the food to arrive.

I went to Pancake Parlour and ordered the chocolate jubilee, i was expecting a tall, exquisite stack of gourmet pancakes, only to receive one poorly crafted blob of flour that looks like something you would find on the sole of a farmers boot. The worst thing about my experience, other than the poor customer service, was the fact that i was charged twenty dollars for one pancake, one and a half strawberries, a small handful of plastic chocolate and one scoop of home brand ice cream. Absolutely appalled by this so called iconic Australian establishment....

Amazing food and amazing service. The decor is spectacular as well.

Tried my first pancakes from here and since then I never miss an opportunity to visit this place. Amazing staff and quick service with quality and fresh food.

I highly recommend this place for a healthy and quick food. They have a range of gluten free and vegan options.

Just go buy pancake mix at woolies and make at your home is better than having the overpriced pancake here
