I've stayed at Tideline twice now and was very pleased both times! Exceptional service from beginning to end. Interior not as updated as other hotels close by but nonetheless our room was clean and staff was very attentive and accommodating. Great that the hotel sits on the beach so we stayed in an suite and got to wake up to an ocean front view. Food was consistent every time. The spa was lovely and small, massages we had were great! Gym needs to be updated to bigger space and more equipment added. Looking forward to being back here in a few months!

Room advertised and paid extra to have was not what we were given. Was told they no longer even have the decor. Floors were cold and slippery in entire room. I love contemporary but this was dark, cheap, lacked any warmth or comfort. Quality was subpar Rooms To Go quality. Resort fee is so high for the possibility of a beach chair and having to go ask for towels ourselves. $100 for a few drinks and small appetizer and sandwich.

Staff was super nice and that was the only positive.

Relaxing ambiance being that the hotel is situated on the beach. However the hotel could benefit from some upgrades. The elevators are extremely old and slow. No ice machines had to get ice from the bar downstairs every time. Also, the bed wasnt very comfortable. The staff was pleasant.

If I could put zero stars I would, but I have no choice.

I've stayed at a lot of 4/5 star hotels and have never received the experience I have at this particular hotel. I never write bad reviews, yet alone reviews in general (you can look at my reviews on google). This hotel was above and beyond dreadful. STAY AWAY. Upon arriving my fiance and I received a cold reception from the front desk. Check in was at 3pm, but they did not let us in till 6pm. This was not even the worst part!
After settling in we had a semi upgraded room which was still very small for two people. We got a notice at 8pm when we were about to leave our room for dinner we'd have a fire testing at 10am. We'd just arrived and they wanted to do a fire testing at 10am! We wanted to relax as we were on vacation. Around 9:45 am (earlier then they said) we heard a knock at the door. I put my robe on and there were THREE men in suits at the door as if there was an emergency situation all starring at me. No, they only needed the mechanic who came in played with the fire alarm for 25 minutes while we were lying in bed in our robes and then he finally left.

THEN We received another letter the same night saying there re-checking the fire alarms in the rooms at the same time the next morning. It continues again. We then found out it was only on our floor they had been doing testing! We called and they apologized. Would have been nice to compensate in some way, but that was too extreme for the hotel. Why in the morning would they test the fire alarms and not during the day? and not during the day when guests arent in their rooms? No sleep for two nights! Finally after the third night we were relieved to not get another note under our door about a fire alarm. Nope, the next morning we could hear loud talking from the cleaning people and clashing and banging. We called the front desk and they apologized and had the staff try to be more quiet, which only worked for a few hours.
I could go on and on, but I'm going to go to the important issue, which is why I'm warning you NOT TO STAY HERE.

They designed the furniture in the rooms to be very tight, even in upgraded rooms. I'm 5'5 and 120 pounds. They have these corner of the beds that stick out almost towards the dressers where the tv console is. I hit the bed posts multiple times and severed multiple bruises and scars that are still prevelent on my knees. We went downstairs to speak to the front desk. The manager was VERY rude. I filled out a complaint form. I sent them photos of my bruises, detailed info, and screen shots of other injuries of guests, while doing so an older man and his wife walked in and he had the same scars and bruises on his knees as me. He then exclaimed the same thing happened to him! Funny enough a few weeks ago a friend of ours stayed there and sent us a picture showing he had the bruises They did not help us at all! I spoke to the manager saying how much pain I was in and had stayed there for over a week and half. He slammed the door on my face and I then asked for a higher up manager. He then went to the fron with me privately and I exclaimed how upset I was. I also have a modeling job where my legs will be photographed and had to have this cancelled due to the scarring on my legs (hence losing money). I then asked for some compensation and he was very defensive and said he would give me $100.00 off my entire stay. I spent a hefty amount there and he was defensive and mean. I started tearing up and he continued to raise his voice. I've never been yelled at by any employee at a hotel before especially a manager and I did not raise my voice at him. I filed a complaint with my card company and they continued to deny everything they did.

On top of that once we left, we found a small spider crawling in our bedroom. Why don't they have insect repellent?

I will never go back to that hotel again. I have never felt more un welcomed in a hotel in my life. Run! Dont walk away!

The mini fridge in the room. Bad .. no cold ... not even a bottle of milk ... they keep the room clean ... and good care ... I imagine that at another time it will be much better ... for what you pay for the stay 3 nights seemed expensive to me for the little they offer at the moment ... but good acceptable .....

Definitely do not enjoy handing out poor reviews but Tideline "Resort" and Spa deserves one for the following reasons. You MUST pay $28 right up front for parking which is minor but it piles up quickly. Dark and small lobby which leads you to the slow elevators, it takes about 1 minute to the 5th floor excluding stops. Dingy rooms with a significant lack of decor and comfort, the LED white lights are very bothersome. If you take a trip down to the ocean which does deserve some points for proximity, but... Good luck trying to find a towel! Had to ask 3 staff members for towels, once I found them, the staff member told me to bring the pile of 10 towels to the water for everyone else. Plenty of actual resorts to stay in Palm Beach, not this one again.

My family and I, decided to try a weekend as we found it on Travel Zoo. The location was wonderful with direct beach access, and amazing pool. The fish tacos and salads are very well prepared and delicious. Tasted very fresh. From Johny at the front desk to Shane by the pool, the customer service was impeccable. The only issue we had was that a promoter had rented out the pool for Sunday and no children were allowed. We spoke to the general manager on site, that went out of his way and offered us a free night stay, so we can enjoy a full day of pool with our son. This was truly appreciated and a show exemplary customer service and customer care. The Tideline will be added to our list of annual vacation spot.

A clean, quiet and relaxing environment - just how it should be. Was there to treat (likely carpel tunnel from 2 decades of desk/computer work) wrist, arm and shoulder pains. Left relaxed and in less pain, but changing my seated posture and desk height will make the permanent fix. I went there to use a long-expired Groupon which still had its paid value, but found out it was not good on the weekend, so I'll be back to use that. Nice amenities, full locker room with showers, restaurant, bar and beach - valet parking as well. I think the prices are affected by season so call for current pricing... and check the fine print on your Groupon!

My husband and I were married at The Omphoy Ocean Resort 2 years ago next month. I have never been catered to like a princess the way their team catered to me. They helped to make my wedding day so spectacular. Because they did such a great job of making us feel special, Along with how delicious their food is, my husband and I return to The Omphoy Ocean Resort At least every three months, maybe more, to have dinner or lunch, or just To stay for a two day weekend. Last year we spend our anniversary there I'm going to assume we will be spending our second-year anniversary With them again.

The place has potential if it were clean and tidy and presentable. The grounds were unkept, the game room was littered with trash. The furniture looks filthy and the outdoor furnitures could use good scrubbing a cushions were missing. I had a booking to stay but decided against it after visiting if it was worth the $277 a night. Except for the beach direct access, which was awesome! I found the place dark, drab and not well kept. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

Don't stay here. After they were dropped from Kimpton Brands this hotel is a joke. The valet guys even make fun of the service because there is a line of frustrated customers all the time they say. Trying to check in was as difficult as completing mortgage paperwork.

No management available and a staff that is helpless that leaves you feeling sorry for them that they have no authority to do anything.

We walked out before staying the night and the hotel still charged $231 to my credit card even though the sheets were dirty, we were given the wrong room and then yelled at by the front desk attendant.

Big scam unfortunately because the property itself is gorgeous. I wouldnt stay here for free.

The hotel still has not responded or called us back to apologize.

I went to the spa with a friend after being quoted a specific price. When I went to pay it was 60$ more than the original price I was given. The woman at the register offered me no help and states the spa does not even have a manager. I went to find the general manager and He was not there either. The woman at the register said "I know this doesn't make up for it but I can give you a glass of chamaigne" I proceeded to find someone who was able to refund me 30$ but was unable to do more than that. The spa technicians were absolutely wonderful. Everything else has gone way down hill since my last visit. It is not likely I will return.

Save your money people , this resort not worth this much money, dirty rooms , need paint 100% !!!! A least paint , we got most expensive room in the hotel with ocean view and balcony, not small balcony but with corner , bigger than others , 600$ per night + (with all fees) was total disappointment !!! Counters looks like not clean , side small mirror few cracks , shower handles broken, tub corners black , sliding doors very not easy to open , we stay noght before in holiday inn 3 star hotel was like 10 start comparing with this resort , restaurant service not good too , food was great , beach towel , is like you need proof that you belong to this resort, pool people coming from everywhere to use , no control over there, workers later was going and asking what toom we stay if we belong to that resort , few people got kicked out because they was not staying in that resort

This hotel is a scam, they charge you as a 4 star hotel, but the service is 1 star. The food is very expensive and not good at all.No room service, no cofee at the room, the faucet in the bathroom had a leak, no food after 9:00 pm. No service at the pool, no service at the beach after 5:00 pm. The valet parking is mandatory, they charge you 27 dollar per night, but the ballet parking guy is not available after 12:00 am.
This hotel has just a few employees in their staff. No enough to give a good quality service to their guests. I'll never come back again.

the only reason i booked 4 nights at tideline ocea...

the only reason i booked 4 nights at tideline ocean resort is because they are so called "dog friendly". To those of you thinking this, it Is incorrect information! You can not take you dog to the beach or to the pool. They say that the beach is ruled by county law, but why can you not take the dog to the pool? Then I came back to the room and the maid service people asked us if we could take the dog out for "just 15 mins" while they cleaned the room. Why? I was never given an explanation, yet we still complied. Not like we were trying to enjoy our vacation or anything! Then, they called us to complain that our do was being too loud at 4:45pm(we had just got back in the room and our dog was just happy to see us). Also, the parking situation is extremely annoying, you have to ask and tip the valet every time you get YOUR car. There should be a way for you to park your own car. Furthermore, there's no empty fridge, microwave ice machine near nor in the room. I am pregnant and I wish I would've known this information before we stayed here. We would've just left the dog with relatives, like we always have. I just wanted to enjoy our baby moon vacation, instead it was full of headaches. Not worth it at all.

This hotel was not what we expected. The staff was very nice, however there are a lot of improvements to be made. The two chairs on the balcony were falling apart and the table was green with mold. The front desk kept screwing up our billing. There is no refrigerator in the room other than the mini bar. The hotel offers no ice machine on each floor, therefore you have to call room service and they are very slow. The bathroom is super tiny and we had to ask for refills on soap, etc., because we stayed 5 days. The food was ok, but the menu was very limited. The other issue we had was that there was a banquet room on our floor, and the door was across from our room. We were up all night with the noise. As far as the bed goes, it was a very hard bed. If you like a hard bed then you re in luck, but I had a stiff neck for days. I do have to say that the waitress working the pool and beach was amazing. She worked so hard and we were amazed at her efficiency!!! I really don t think that we d ever stay there again.

I have been staying here for years and this used to be a great hotel in a great location. Sadly, aside from location, this place has gone WAY DOWNHILL since being let go from the Kimpton chain of hotels. There have been no upgrades to the facilities since then and it is starting to show. For the price they charge, the rooms are in dire need of some repairs/updates. The towels for the pool and beach are all stained and fraying (if they don't run out by mid-day), and the umbrellas on the beach are mostly all broken. Most staff members I interacted with were unclear as to what their job entailed. There needs to be more training for staff members regarding the expectations of the hospitality industry in Palm Beach. Also, staff needs to be given new uniforms, as you could tell they were all wearing very old, dirty and super faded uniforms. The pool party on Sunday is obnoxious for hotel guests trying to relax and not wanting to be bombarded by the loudest beats I have ever heard and trashy loud locals getting their drink on. Also, they no longer have a complementary happy hour in the lobby and our room was never cleaned for two days in a row.

While at my stay at the hotel, the power went out for 20 minutes. Which was not a huge deal because the staff was very nice and accommodating about the situation. Then I went to take a shower and the shower head came flying off before I could get in. The staff was nice, again, and moved me into another room. However, in both rooms the beds were terrible. Extremely uncomfortable for the price of the room. In one room there were actual springs sticking out of the bed poking me in the back. For the price that was paid, the hotel was not that great. I expected a lot more.Honestly I wouldn t pay another $50 and stay somewhere nicer close by.

I loved the fact that the beach was right outside. The room was nice, bathroom was nice. I guess me and my boyfriend got a bad bed because this bed sounded like it could ve been broken. I didn t check out any of the food or drinks but overall it was a decent hotel. Oh not to forget, parking was WAYYYY TOO ESPENSIVE.. $27 for ONE NIGHT, when I went to a higher end hotel in Miami the parking was 20$!!

We had a great time at the resort. Friendly, quick service. Excellent food and drinks.

The pool is refreshing with a slightly deeper middle section and walk-in stairs at all 4 corners. Hot tub is near but separate from the pool which provides some privacy.

We noticed the beach being maintained one morning which is how they must keep it so clean. Public lifeguard stations not far from the resort beach. In walking distance of par 3 golf course, municipal pier, park, shopping, and restaurants.

Kid friendly environment. Game room with pool, air hockey, and table tennis. Fitness center is on the main floor.

It doesn't get any better in the world than on the ocean and in the salon with Marty master hair stylist extraordinaire!! Absolutely must book time with her to experience a divine meditative experience: she takes the time to really analyze your desires and delivers a stunning, beautiful, and natural result. We were here for an adoption and need to spend 3 weeks in the area. We spent 4 nights here and couldnt do it anymore so we checked into a far better hotel. Very disappointed In their service! I thought that I had ordered breakfast along with the daily meal included. But when I went to the breajfasr, the lady at the front said she would check and went down to check and then came back and said it was included. Then later in the day they said it wasn t and still charged me regardless of their employee being the one who made that mistake. A service like that is inexcusable and poor especially when it was their employee who made the mistake in the first place. Also very disappointed at the service. I would recommend against staying here unless your a very patient person who doesn t care about paying for high quality service when staying at a hotel

The hotel might have been beautiful and clean once upon a time. It seems like they don t have money to keep it up. It has potential - but the pool and pool area is dirty and not taken care of, the beds are spring old beds and so uncomfortable, the rooms are brown floor to ceiling and not very clean, food wasn t very good, the only positive I d say is that the staff was nice and accommodating. If they renovate and put some money into the hotel and staff it could be great. It s right on the beach - so it would be nice for Marriott to take care of the property so members can use it!

Nice location but that's about it. The rooms have connecting rooms, you can clearly here the room next to you talking as if they are in the room with you. You also can here upstairs noise pretty easily as well. I was given a partial beachfront room that was anything except beachfront view. The large palm trees blocked my view. After talking to the front receptionist about changing rooms I was told that would be an extra $100 a night on top of my already costly rate.I left after one night and was charged for an extra night as an early checkout policy. So my total for one night stay was $707. This is for a noisy room with no refrigerator, no microwave, and not even a coffee pot. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Do yourself a huge favor and save your money. Buyers beware, you been warned.

I'd rather stay in a motel 6.

I'd rather stay in a motel 6.
Hotel had a lot of potential but the way it's run is criminal.
1. 18% service charge added to meal does not go to server. So staff asks for a tip and you are expected to leave 36% tip so staff are fairly paid?
2. Staff are completely incompetent and not trained in service. Had to go behind the bar to get ice when staff refused to help. Had to retrieve my own car when valet were not there. Had to actively look for waiters. Could go on and on.
3. After I left the hotel I still had family there and I tried to order champagne to be sent to a room for a special occasion. Took me 3 phone calls and 2 emails to get the gift confirmed and then they charged my card twice and never sent the gift. Have left several messages for managers and called repeatedly but no one will get back to me.
I could write a novel of all that is wrong with this hotel, do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed our stay. Clearly there are some bad reviews based on the ongoing renovations that will be happening after the Covid situation, and yes the restaurants are closed, but the hotel and staff are great. Really looking forward to coming back after the pandemic and completed upgrades to the property.
I really appreciated that they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, and you really cannot beat the view and location. It's right on tbe Beach and there is a separated area for hotel guests. The pool also has huge potential, of course as I've stated after the renovation and pandemic.
If you're looking for a great spot to enjoy that is less busy and clean also a little off the beaten path, I highly recommend this spot. It's also a very short walk from the peer and local restaurants. Will definitely be back,

The staff and service were excellent, the food was quite good, and everyone was pleased to see our dog. Some reviews complain about the darkness of the rooms (yes, a little dark but very modern) and the walk-through to the beach through the casual dining areas (we did not mind at all, part of the show). We went there to see friends in the area and decompress for three nights, and felt we received excellent value. I would not hesitate to book there again.

Location is good and good restaurants in walking distance, but the rooms, while clean, lack a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Additionally they put a 100 dollar a day hold on your charge card for amenities in the event you use anything at the hotel. The pool and beach service is poor, but not because the workers dont try, it is because they seem woefully understaffed. This hotel will nickel and dime you. It feels like very little has been done to upgrade. It feels like this is someone's cash cow and they are squeezing it for all it is worth. Shame really, with a little care, it could be very good.

This place should not even be open! Horrible Horrible Horrible place! I checked in at 10pm, only to find that someone was already in my room, and they were not even guests. The door was open and two males exited my room. I went down to the front desk and they sent up security and gave me a new room. The new room's patio door would not lock and the room had stains all over it. Now on to the third room at 11pm, room again was filthy and bodily fluid stains everywhere, including the show imprints on the ceiling with squashed bugs in the center. Pink nail polish all over the dresser as well. Now I am off to the 4th room. I am tired and lay down and a large bug runs across my leg.

At this point it is close to midnight, I call down again and the front desk person tells me to leave and find another hotel.

I pack up my belongings and go downstairs to check out. The staff leaves at midnight and no security is present either. Hotel fully open and no one is around. Stanley in accounting finally shows up and I tell him I am leaving, he says its not his job but will leave a note for someone to call me in the morning.

I call the next day and hotel supervisor if not in. I call the 3rd day and she refuses to speak with me or pick up the phone. The 4th day the staff knows my number and keeps hanging up on me. All this time the hotel still has me checked in the hotel and is charging my credit card.

I then call the spa to transfer me to the Hotel manager and he was in shock that no one was passing along my messages and not connecting us. He did good and looked after the charges, but that was 4 days of frustration and fighting.

This hotel is filthy and beyond dirty. Owner does not care as there head office has yet to call me back. The touch up paint used on the walls and doors is not even close to matching.

If a health inspector is reading this, you may want to pay a visit.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They tried to billed me something that I didn't even authorized for. An order of Bloody Mary-pool/beach area, where I didn't even spent time over there. An unauthorized three days charged of $27 per day parking fee. I have been told the parking fee was free of charge for my entire stay, since they took little over half an hour to checked me in. I didn't realized until I got home and credit card statement came. So they decided to charge me anyway $98 for parking and Bloody Mary which I didn't even had. Sure, just enjoy your stay, we'll take care of you....Later!
P.S. Don't forget to visit their unforgettable "POOL BY THE PARKING" Yeah, you can't missed it, it is just in front of the hotel, across the street, pass the fence and doggy release area, there you go. What a genius? You can just get out from the car with your bathing suit and jump right out to the pool. Don't ruin your vacation! Four Seasons is just right next door.

We loved the Tideline!! The hotel is beautiful. We stood in an Oceanview suite and not only was the view perfect, the rooms are more beautiful than pictured. The staff was amazing. The beach access was priceless. 5 stars!

Last night I witnessed one of the bartenders get threatened multiple times and the management let this man still stay in the hotel. Now, I m suppose to enjoy my stay and still feel comfortable with him here. Never again will I stay here! Not to mention how filthy our room was .. the bartender was very professional. Wish more people were like him.

Location is amazing Oceanside and right off Lake Worth Ave. the facilities need a facelift, especially the rooms, but overall nice accommodations. Staff was friendly, not over the top, but consistent with other Marriott properties. I would return.
