So so expensive... Only for a dissapointing room. Had very funny smell to it, we spotted a couple roaches on the ground. The toilet was very gross- not cleaned well at all, and there were stains on the shower floor. I love the style of this hotel, beautiful lobby. BUT VERY DIRTY ROOMS. I never leave bad reveiws, but I can't believe I paid for this. Do not stay here.

Awesome hotel. Exactly what you would think of on palm beach. We just held an event there with 60+ people and the staff executed flawlessly. I would highly recommend for a getaway or for an event!

Staff and their service, excellent and accommodating. The resort, disappointing. Upgrades were being done, resulting in no restaurant for all meals. We had to go out for meals. The resort, peaceful and relaxing.

It was an OK stay. No bar or restaurant after 10pm. No live music at night. Nothing special, other than being on the beach. Really liked our room, and that was the highlight.

Beach area needs some investment. 50 beach chairs, and only 13 umbrellas...9 on one side, and 4 on other side, looking from right to left.... And one broken umbrella, just sticking out from the sand. Umbrellas were really worn and had thread runs. I looked at the next hotel over, from the beach, and had umbrellas between every 2 chairs.

Food was expensive, based on portion sizes. Had a unlimited mimosa special, but only inside of the hotel itself, so I could not even order and bring out to the beach. Only allowed during the brunch area. Naturally, the beach drinks were priced high.

Hotel needs to revitalize and become inventive. The front of the hotel has small man made water pools, with lights in them, but.. there was no one responsible for cleaning the leaves and debris out. Just gave me a bad impression of quality of services

Overall, I would not return to the hotel. We booked for 4 nightz. It was exciting to visit for the first day only, as a new guest to Palm Beach Area, and then, after all of these incidents, we wanted to leave. Paying a resort fee, but didn't feel like I was at a resort at all.

If I could give this place less then 1 star, I would. When I got into my hotel room there was someone contact on my bed (I don't even wear contacts), a giant clump of hair and someone else's toilet paper and tissues in the trash can with no bag, and goopy crud on the counter top. When I brought these issues up to the staff, they seemed very uninterested. Once they could tell I was very upset they simply moved rooms and asked me to email pictures to them as if they needed proof. Terrible customer service on top of poorly cleaned rooms. Even the floors had a weird sticky film on them. They also charge $30 a day and REQUIRE valet. Very expensive rooms, very expensive food, very expensive parking, very unacommodating staff. The sad part is, I understand that sometimes things arent perfect. If the staff had actually cared and had been apologetic, and done something to make it right, I might be writing a different review.

Where do I start? First, the sun and beach were wonderful despite this mismanaged and understaffed facility masquerading as a high end spa. Never did we see an "adult" overseeing the operation. The food was tasty but the service slow and inattentive. Need a clean towel at the beach or gym? "Sorry we ran out sir, I'll get that right way." General maintenance was poor. Broken lamps, phone didn't work, light bulbs out around the property. There's no excuse for worn paint or not so clean hallways. Clearly the profits are not going into upkeep. I don't mind spending 600 bucks a night for a ocean front room for a special weekend, but I do mind a lack of value for the expense. Stay here knowing it's neither bad nor good. At least the Florida weather is indisputable.

Do NOT waste your money staying here. Stay somewhere else. The hotel is in horrible shape with horrible staff and food. The pool is in the parking lot of the hotel. They charge you an 18% service charge for everything (this is not the tip) for horrible service. Other than this hotel being on the beach absolutely NO redeeming qualities. Staff not accommodating and don't care about customer service. Stay at a Marriott or Hilton instead or the Four Season's next door!

I personally really enjoyed my stay here. I booked my room really early in the morning and they accomodated my request of early check in by letting me into a room at 9:30AM. Very few hotels are willing to let guests check in that early so thats a huuge plus for me.

Another thing i thoroughly enjoyed is the layout of the building and all of the stuff it offers. The hot tub and pool are large in a beautiful area with comfortable seating arranged around it. The exterior beach area however is even nicer with lots of well shaded seating arrangements.

Overall would go back any chance i get

We expected a bit more to be honest. We did not feel 100% comfortable. The location at the beach is good, but to reach the pool, you have to go via the main lobby. Valet parking is mandatory - but cars are really just steps away. Service was always great, aside of being sent into someone else's room after check-in. The floor we were on may have been under renovation, there was some construction debris. They have Turtle-Friendly lighting, which is this ice-cold LED type light. The pics on Google may be with different bulbs. Go out to the beach at night and compare to the building to the right. The rooms have connection doors to each other, which unfortunately, allow you to hear what people next door are talking about.. or the TV.

My husband and I stayed here this summer. There's a great relaxed and modern spa like atmosphere. I'm not sure what it actually is but the lobby always smelled like pretty strong, but pleasant cologne. I loved the fact that this resort suits right on the beach. The pool area was really nice, never terribly busy. Most of the time it felt like my own private pool and spa.. that was pretty cool. I did order some drinks from a pool attendant..I could tell this was something he was not accustomed to, it took a little while but he accommodated us. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Staff throughout the establishment were very polite and helpful. I did get a spa treatment. It was a very relaxing service. I will definitely stay here again!

Pay the extra $100 to stay somewhere else! Best advice i can give everyone. Ive been here for 4 nights and its supposedly pet friendly and on the last hour of my stay, they tell us no dogs allowed on the
beach. No curtains in the rooms, doors slam shut so you hear every guests room slam. Older lady at the front desk rude

Currently, starving at the Tideline because they don t offer room service. I understand it s Covid, but given that the hotel is so remote they should think about important things like food. Given that we paid close to $800/night. Definitely will never recommend or stay here again.

Hotel and location was beautiful....however the location of my room was near the restaurant. All you could hear was silverware banging around while the staff did rollups.....lasted till around 11pm shortly after the restaurant closed and started up again at 6:30 am, rude awakening. Hotel should definately not use this room for guests I understand they want to make extra money but the for the relaxation of your guests.....DON'T

Our room was nice and clean but the service was not up to par. Sunday morning we found the beach area littered with trash and dirty towels. Of course this doesn't say much about the guests who trashed the beach. Food was decent but had to find the waiter more than once plus he got our order wrong. Pool area was lovely and spa fantastic. Mixed bag, management needs to do better.

I love coming here for a "staycation", the rooms are beautiful and modern and the hotel itself is very beautiful. The beach is amazing as well. It's right next to the 4 seasons. The service was ok. No where near the service at the four seasons. The food service was not that great and very overpriced. I'd rather walk next door to the 4 seasons or further to the pier area where there is better food. Also had some issues with valet last time we were here, had to just park my car in the front and come back later to valet it. Overall I'd come back again if the price is right.

Unfortunately, the review won't be good as my experience was ruined.
Booked this hotel through booking . com. The pictures looked beautifully and the price was affordable for 4 star hotel. Sadly, I had again learned in a hard way that don't believe everything what you see. From the first look at the property I didn't like the place. Well, I thought that I would give a try. The front desk was located close to the entrance door. The interior looked gloomy and sad- I don't know if the colors gave me that feeling or just all set up. I checked in easily and the front manager was friendly- gave me the mask because my broke (covid 19 of course!).
After entering the room, I experienced the second disappointment: the room was tiny! Totally NY style! In the room was just a huge bed, tiny table with the puff and tv stand with tv. The closet barely fit my clothes, and I worried about my partner's garments. The bathroom again could handle one person's essential items but for two people it was not enough space. The shower was combined with the bath and the bath was pretty high to get in. I was glad that my legs are long and I didn't have issues to get in but I worried about my partner that had back issues. The room wasn't well suited for two people- no way! Okay, I thought the trip was just for 5 night so we could survive this disaster.
One plus was the view. The view of the beach and ocean was wonderful! But...anything else was so-so. Definitely not 4 star experience.
Next, We went to dinner and had great time. Then, we came back to the room and...found cockroaches! One was alive on the wall and another was dead next to tv stand. Boom! It was the last thing that kept me from canceling the hotel.
I straight went to the front desk manager and told about my experience and wanting to cancel my stay. Aaron, he told me that this was his name, the evening manager, said that Florida didn't have bugs and it was my fault (!!!!!) because I probably left windows or balcony open.... I was shocked and negatively amazed. No! I didn't leave my balcony or windows open- never, because I'm always aware about thieves! So, this time or any stay I always closed my windows or balcony. Aaron refused to send cleaning lady because he didn't believe that there was need and "beautifully" gave me clue that I could get verrryyy far away ( I don't want to curse lol).
Of course, I came back to the room, killed the cockroach that sat on the wall and cancel my booking the same moment. Next, I booked another hotel where we usually had stayed and the first thing in the morning, we moved out.
Tideline hotel is part of Mariott group and I couldn't believe how the front desk handles critical or unpleasant situations. We booked the other Mariott property on singer island and got the top notch service, so I expected same treatment at any property, but well... I had too much expectations.
In short, I do not recommend to stay here. Depressing, not clean, misleading pictures and nothing is open inside: bar or even store to buy water. Plus, the service was not acceptable. The hotel is not 4 star hotel- maximum 3-3.5 star. Big NO!

if i could rate it zero i would. the hotel itself was okay. no fridge, and for the price, i felt that wasn't "fair" for a lack of a better word. but.... what we are experiencing now is absolutely deplorable. my fiance left something of his in the room. later that same day, after realizing it wasnt in our possession
so we called at 7. my fiance's phone calls were not being answered (his number was under the reservation.) i called and was answered on the third ring. i talked to the manager Erin or Arron not sure of the spelling.... who told us theyd give us a call. two hours no reply, we called again and spoke to Evelyn who was completely rude. & also told us to be expecting a call. after another hour.... we called again. this time Evelyn lied about not having a manager on duty & put me on hold for 7 minutes just to hang up on me. i tried calling back with no answer, as did my fiance whos number was under the reservation, like previously stated. i then made an alternative phone number with an 951 area code. and again the phone was answered within 3 rings. i was highly upset so my fiance took the phone to talk. Evelyn had no clue on how to put the phone on hold so we were able to hear everything that was being said to another worker, who happened to be the manager. (remember she said the manager wasnt there) after my fiance pointed out that we can hear them. the manager came on the phone, & again, lied one more time saying she left a voicemail, which we did not receive. & then hung up on us again, ignored our calls again.... & now we're back to speak face to face .HORRIBLE "!!!!

I am not a picky traveler, but this place was pathetic. 'Resort and Spa' is anything BUT the tideline. Couldn't even get a towel for our bathroom. After trying to get a cup of coffee for 45 minutes I walked into the kitchen and got it myself. Incredibly understaffed. To top it off, they double charged me for my stay! Trust me, this place is not worth your efforts.

I just wanted to let you know that you, your team, and the ENTIRE Omphoy staff made my wedding weekend such a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

You guys took care of everything so that the only thing Tim and I had to focus on was each other. For that, I am truly thankful.

I am sorry I missed you after the ceremony so I could thank you myself for everything you have done but please know I appreciate you so much. You probably get this all the time, but you are always on your A game. (Tim was telling me that you are 'so refreshingly direct and on point'). I know Jasmine loved you too!

Also, your staff made us feel like rock stars. I felt like the whole staff was given a picture of us beforehand so they recognize us because even the day after when we lounged around the hotel, they were all stopping in to congratulate us and say kind things. It's that attention to detail that makes you guys a whole head above the rest.

Thank you for blowing me and my guests away. Marrying my husband was the best decision I have ever made, but having my wedding there comes in as a close second. :)

Haven t even stayed here yet, but I reserved a room for two nights for a room block for a large party at the hotel. My travel plans changed and I only needed a room one night. It was virtually impossible to change the reservation. They circled me around from front desk to central reservations , couldn t even transfer between the two, and all hotel representatives were useless. I ve never heard of not being able to contact a hotel about reservations because you had to contact a special reservations office that is only open Monday through Friday. I can t even imagine if this hotel was reserved through a third party. Get your reservations in order. I would never reserve a room here again.

Did I just walk into a spa, or a hotel room? Is that a soft glow of light and spa music awaiting my entrance? More importantly, can I live here?

But seriously...

Definitely a beautiful hotel with great design and top notch finishes. Jonardo met me at the door at was super sweet and accommodating through the entire check in process. He gets an A+ for courtesy, friendliness, willingness to help and handling everything with grace. I regret to say I was just passing through, so I didn't check much out, but judging by that little staff interaction and my beautiful room, I'd guess the rest of the place is immaculate as well.

I don't know why anyone would complain about a thing here. I mean, everyone makes mistakes... I just didn't see any while I was there.

I booked this hotel for my 17 year old son who lives in Miami so he could go to a concert with out of town friends and stay in the same place with them. Note that these friends were accompanied by their parents so it was not some party situation. However the main reason I booked this place was that I did not want him driving back to Miami late at night the Sunday before Labor Day. I was traveling so unable to accompany him but have had no problem with my kids checking into hotels before when they went to Orlando. So when he arrives he was told he had to be 25 years to check in and they turned him away. THERE IS NO FLORIDA STATUTE THAT SAYS YOU HAVE TO BE OVER 18 TO CHECK INTO A HOTEL. There was no age restriction on the booking site I used. Just so you know some hotels have POLICIES restricting age but these are NOT BOUND BY LEGAL RESTRICTIONS. In fact when the Tideline refused to check him in after I explained the situation they also said they could not promise a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and I told him that there is no legal restriction but that it was a policy they could adjust for in this situation. He said he would call me back and did not.

Meanwhile needing a last minute place for my son to stay we called the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Palm Beach. Although they also have an 18 year old restriction Christine immediately understood the situation and faxed over a credit card authorization form so my son was able to check in. As I said these are policies that can be bent.

Thirty minutes later I received a call from the Tidelines saying they were returning my call. I told them I had been waiting for the manager to return my call (it was not the manager) but had been forced to look for additional accommodations given the time and that they had not been helpful. The person on the other end said "I don't know who around us will check in a minor." And I reported to her that again these are policies not regulations and that the Fairfield next door was able to accommodate us. THERE WAS NO REASON THE TIDELINE COULD NOT HAVE DONE THE SAME. Instead they would rather my son drive back late at night putting his life at risk. Now I get to wait for them to call me on Tuesday so see if I get a refund!

Great location and staff, but, it's hard to be a 4 star hotel when the basics are missing. No ice machines (have to order ice from room service), no in room coffee, communal coffee in the lobby is not 24 hr., mini bar is too small to use as a mini fridge, universal remotes can't turn on closed caption on tv. The interior decorator tried for a rustic chic and failed. Sliding slatted doors are difficult and fail to provide a sense of privacy.

We traveled to West Palm fir my father n laws funeral. We booked Tideline. The hotel is so under staffed that its the dirtiest we have stayed in. Being there Friday through Sunday our room was never cleaned. I gave it 1 star because the young lady working Saturday went above and beyond to make it better by her friendly smile and her kind gestures. There site did not tell you the restaurant, store, and spa were closed. No room service, or anything. Just a hint of advice. An ice machine you just put a bucket under is much safer and more sanitary than having to get a glove out of a box a 100 other people touched, open a slide lid that gets stuck, and use a scoop to get ice that 100 other people used.
Marriott we expected better. The Fairfield Inn across the street had more amenities, and was much cleaner.

Not to forgot Vickie who came in with a bright smile to concluded everything, she was amazing and had an answer for everything. The resort was so clean from the lobby to the room and everyone had mask on and practiced social distancing. I had an ocean view room with some sort of a island vide which I love very much. I have absolutely no complain(s) because everything was excellent and I will definitely stay there (Tideline) in the future as a matter of fact I can't wait to go back. Once again thank you to Robert and Vickie for making my stayed at the Tideline an memorable one.
