We submitted two separate Architectural Review forms and within eight days we received the approvals. This could not have happened without the assistance of Heidi, Administrative Assistant. She was extremely helpful and explained the type of photos we needed to submit in order to have a smooth and speedy process. thank you Heidi.

Whoever is rating this place at 5 stars is clearly working for the company. Worst, most unprofessional, heartless people I have ever dealt with. If I could rate it at zero stars I would gladly give them that. Obviously the only true reviews on here (1 star) are from actual home owners who have experienced the same disrespect and harassment as I have.
They harass home owners discriminatory with some. They have some problems that need urgent atention and they not deal with.
I've had nothing but positive interactions with this HOA organization! They are always willing to listen and work with you towards solutions to problems in the community. Great response times and friendly customer service. Very pleased they manage our HOA!
I was in need of assistance in getting the forms so I can get a whole house generator installed in my home. Obviously, this is not my area of expertise. I spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Paul Hill. Not only did he give me the website information and how to get to it, but stayed on the phone with me to walk me through. When he and I realized that the website was not available, he was kind enough to have emailed me the forms that I needed and walked me through them. He then told me if there is anything else I needed, just to let him know. Now THAT is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! If all people were like Paul when dealing with companies, this would be a much easier world to live in. THANK YOU Paul for OUTSTANDING customer service!!!!
I sent an application to the HOA for approval of my fencing project. The response was prompt in letting me know that they received my application and it is under review.
These people do a fantastic job. We re into our eleventh year of ownership covered by an HOA they manage and they have proved to be reliable, responsive, and provide great service and value.

Association Solutions responds quickly to violations. Unlike other management companies, they do not go out of their way to avoid confrontation but approach issues immediately. Thus we do not have things like trash and old appliances piling up on our curbs, a trashed clubhouse, vehicles in the streets and signs in yards. The neighborhood looks very nice, as all the vacation renters say over and over again.
I have lived in three HOA communities (and served on committees and the Board) before this one, and Association Solutions takes a real burden off the community and Board. Especially in a short-term rental community, such as ours, their contributions help replace the lack of volunteer residents.
They have a really tough job trying to keep everyone happy however they follow community documents when enforcing restrictions, as it should be. I have found them to be nothing less than respectful and my every communication is acknowledged.
3 weeks and they still have not resolved my issue. Admin is rude and snotty. Windcrest you made a mistake hiring them... all fluff

My name is Ryan and I am a Property Manager/Realtor. With that being said I deal with a lot of different Home Owners Associations . Most of these representatives are not exactly easy to work with. However, Heidi who works with this company has been wonderful. thanks for all your help and being so attentive.

The bottom line is that thanks to Association Solutions of Central Florida (ASCF), the community remains looking as nice as it does. Otherwise, those home occupants that do not care, most of which are not homeowners, would end up trashing the neighborhood.
Mark & all the ladies in the office are very polite & ensure that the rules are followed. They, as well as all the homeowners in the community, have our full support. WE WON'T ALLOW our community to be ruined!
These people harass home owners for no reason. They have snitches in the community that can't give correct information. I received a violation letter about a uhaul parked in my driveway. I got here on 6/21 at 330 am and returned the uhaul on 6/23 I have receipt proof. I guess 2 days to unpack and 6x12 uhaul is to long. So I get the violation letter saying inspection was done on 7/6 but the photo of the uhaul was dated 6/22. That's plain and simple harassment!!!
Recently moved into the Haines Ridge subdivision and submitted two approvals to the ARC. One for the addition of a window and to screen in the Lanai. They provided guidance and excellent client care in addition to expedient reviews and approval. Their administrative staff is the most professional and courteous staff I have ever had the pleasure to interact with and I would recommend homeowners that want to make sure they are in compliance with the covenants concerning additions to their property to reach out. They are the best.
I can not state the things that they did wrong because they will play cover their ass and destroy evidence. Suffice it to say you do not want these people running your HOA, and this comes from a former HOA Board member.

Since our hoa started with this company the appearance of the townhomes in the community has gone to hell in a hand basket. I have dead bushes and bald spots in my yard. And I ve been complaint for over a year. Two big thumbs down!! Thes folks want you to pay your fees but that s all they do! Their go to saying is that s the home owners responsibility
I want to know where our $200 a month fees are going because it s not in upkeep!
For the amount of load work they have, it is insane how quickly they responded to my inquiry, I witnessed while at their Kissimmee office how the front desk lady, Heidi, managed a situation attending a customer over the phone, she kept herself cool and always very polite while I could hear the upset customer, Heidi, two thumbs up to you

We've lived here for 3 years with no issues. Now they have snitches working for them that go around taking pictures of trash cans on the street. Our trash comes on Thursday and the picture they presented us with was taken the previous day! We take our cans out the day before and now that's an issue?! Are you kidding me?!
This company is a shame to have as HOA representation. They lie and make money in a dishonest manner. Their office staff is rude, and very unprofessional. Association Solutions Kissimmee does not help homeowners or communities in any way, they only care about making money with their questionable accounting practices.
Rudest people possible to deal with. No call backs to any messages left. No possible way of clearing items like "weeding driveway" (driveway is pavers and will ALWAYS have weeds) and "weeding planters" as there will always be weeds. Guess I need to kill everything in my yard to avoid legal action with these guys. Thanks Pamela for being so understanding on the phone and basically telling me to take a hike.
This HOA has totally ruined my neighborhood and everyone I know is angry with them. Do not purchase a house that is managed by this "company".
They are rude and don't care about the people and they are money hungry and they don't fix anything around they will not let us anything in front of the house they will take it down
Great team at the office that helps. The have a great response time, always reply to inquiries. Would love to have more periodic information but more because I love to be informed with anything new. Not sure if there is a social media page that we can follow. Thanks guys.

I deal with HOA's and management companies almost on a daily basis. This was one of the rudest and most unprofessional encounters I have had. The lady who answered the phone was rude and even said "oh my god" under her breath when I was giving her my information, as if I could not hear her. And in the end I was left with unclear information.
I spoke with Heidi regarding submitting documents a lanai screen approval. She was very helpful and prompt with email responses.
Very pleased with the speedy HOA approval I needed to make a change to my home on West Haven. Courteous staff and it was easy to get sorted. Thank you.

We were very pleased with the HOA decision on their approval of our ARC application on our front yard andthe architectural changes we made to our property. Even though, those changes were made without their knowledge due to a major misunderstanding on our part, they went ahead and approved it.
They showed a great deal of empathy and understanding on our case! Those architectural changes were part of a "promise" my wife had made to the Virgin Mary by building her grotto if we had become homeowners.
Again, we were elated and grateful for their decision. Also, they made us understand, there are rules, procedures and regulations that we have to abide and they enforce them
to ensure a fair and just decision.

My wife and I have lived in Florida since September of 2020. This is the first time dealing with an HOA. I was not sure what to expect with all the permissions, policies, and guidelines we would have to deal with. But from the very first call to the HOA, I was very impressed with the professionalism, the kindness, and the help that Heidi and her team have been to us.
