Very few to see and the show was too short. I expected much for this aquarium.

Nice small size aquarium. When you are done, check out the Coney Island beach.
Not a lot to do during the construction phase, but the seal show is always fun.
Great effort rebuilding the aquarium. The shark exhibit is amazing! Looking forward to the reopening of the invertebrate exhibit!
Amazing aquarium getting better every year!
Not sure why the last entry is 8p if most of the good stuff is closed AND the employees are going to congregate/talk amongst themselves and have crappy attitudes when asked questions. If it weren't for the discounted summer price, it would be 1 star!
Good For kids. Kids will enjoy sea lion show and 4D theater. Thanks
Great way to spend a few hours. Then grab a hotdog at the original Nathan's.
Perfect place and one will really enjoy.Only negative was not to have shade in aqua theater.
Great fun date with what I hope can be a potential wifii
The venue is small, the variety is small, and it is very outdated. This aquarium needs to be upgraded. It is too old, but the staff is very enthusiastic. Note that parking is a bit expensive. Even if you buy a ticket, you have to pay for it, 0 to $18 for 3 hours, unless members go in for 0 to 3 hours for free. In fact, you can stop at the two-hour billing station at the door, which costs 1 dollar an hour. The second point is 14.9 dollars for tickets at the gate, adults, 0 to 2 years old, free, choose to book online, very cost-effective, around 12, the official website seems to say that Wednesday @ has a fixed time to enter, you can pay as much as you want Enter the venue, the third point, it s a bit hot in summer, and there are more outdoor scenery, remember to do sunscreen work
Ridiculous queues (after you are already inside) to get to see a very limited range of animals.
It was good, but I thought there would be more variety
Newly renovated and spectacular. A must see while in Coney island.
The place is pretty good, but not a lot of things to see. Some places are still under construction. Parking is quite expensive, and pretty hard to find street parking there. Nonetheless, it is pretty cool place to bring kids to see.
Love the Aquarium, terrific day outing. Wonderful exhibits. Terrific new shark exhibit with lots of hands on activities.
This place was actually really fine and just that sometimes it could just be really tiring waiting in lines and stuff like that but otherwise it's really good so I don't know how this will stop me from going there cuz I had a lot of fun
Disappointing. Most exhibits are closed due to construction. People seem to come here for beach parking.
Pricey for a very small exhibit . Sea lion show and the sharks are fun for kids but all together they are not worth the 30 dollar ticket . Groupon saves a few dollars .
, it's right next to Coney Island great places to eat and right in front of the beach
Nice place to go with the family, unfortunately many of the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty, although the staff was cleaning constantly. It doesn't have too many exhibits there, but it has a gift shop. The sea lion show was very fun and the staff was overall very nice
Clean is not the word I would describe this aquarium. In the turtle exhibit, you could barely see anything. It was very cloudy and seemed as though it hasn t been cleaned for weeks. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
A few enclosures were under construction when we were there. But whatever was open was very nice.
Still being rebuilt after Hurricane Sandy, so some parts are a little sad. The new shark exhibit, however is truly world class, worth a visit on its own.
A bit crowded but fun and informative. Don't miss the 4d theater.
Very interactive and educational. Hteat photo opportunities and the kids loved it.
Overpriced and not as exciting as I expected unfortunately
Still under construction and was not able to see everything.
Nice, but hot, honestly I had a good time, just sunny though.
Once the other exhibits open it will be better.the sea lions show was adorable and the 4-D show was great, but it's very small.
We really liked the new exposition "Spineless" - there are many jellyfish, crabs, squids and even an octopus. "Sharks" are also great! Thanks to all the staff for such an amazing experience)
Not a bad place just needs a little upkeep on the aquariums (some were over grown with algae). Only good for a 3 hour visit and one of the areas was close for remolding.
The place is small and with few samples but the ones that are there are very instructive and entertaining. The sea lion exhibit in the amphitheater is excellent and the shark show is to go anyway.
Still not fully open due to the hurricane but with the new shark exhibit, sea lion show and 4d theater there is great value to the Aquarium. Also check out their seafood restaurant outside the aquarium for some delicious sustainably sourced seafood
I love it! first time I visited was as a child..so to bring my children there was an awesome experience! Felt very nostalgic
Very diverse. Sea lion show done great and the tunnel from where the fish and especially the sharks can be seen is worth seeing.
It is a nice aquarium but I know NYC can do better.
We had a great time at the Aquarium with my son! I'm giving this aquarium 3 stars due to 2 exhibits being closed and a smallish dated venue. The tickets for the aquarium are $30 for adults and $25 for children. My son was free due to his age, but I could see how this could get a little pricey for a larger family. Of the exhibits that are open, the obvious winner is the most modern Shark Hall. This is the most modern facility with the largest aquariums. The Aquatheatre is a Sea Lion show that lasts about 20 minutes, the Conservation Hall is a small exhibit about coral reefs. This is a nice stop if you're spending the day on Coney Island.
Fun for kids, but a little expensive if you go with a large family. In the "off" season, the seal show -- which is fun -- is free; they charge extra for it in the summer.
It s small, it s hot. Only the new Shark experiences are unique. I wouldn t recommend going there even with the half-price admission if you have been to other aquariums
Really not much to see here. Multiple exhibits are closed or under construction. At best 1 hour to see nice fish & displays.
My grandson had a wonderful experience Know what is
Surprisingly good aquarium. Be sure to see the otters and walruses.
Very crowed no tents to keep cover standing on long lines in the sun.
This place is nice for a few hours, but can get very crowded. The new shark exhibit is very nice. The rest seems a bit dated
Great live show, see the shark exhibit and the outdoor theater, 4D SHARKS!!! There are some outdoors tables for lunch. Great kids exhibits!
Amazing aquarium. So many nice things to see. The fish and all the sea creatures we saw are amazing creations of GD. So glad I went.
It is being remodeled but in general it meets what it offers, it seemed economic
Most of the things were not seen because it wasn't done. But the things I saw were cool!
