I was initially calling to cancel service, only because I hadn't had time to try their services in the trial version. I hadn't even taken time to look at the bill, until I was actually on the phone with the agent in the midst of cancelling, when I realized the subscription price was yearly, not monthly (extremely and phenomenally, astronomically economic....to ME, for what I do. Especially given other services I use, E.G. Quickbooks, Ent, POS, Etc. In addition too, Paul was very informative and intuitive and went the extra mile in customer service to make sure I had a better understanding overall of who neat is and what they do and provide, and how they can help ME specifically with the particulars in my business. In this field, even in the industry it's difficult to find such service.!!!!
