Writing in my daily pain diary allowed me to open up about my experience with sickle cells. It eventually became a coping mechanism for me. No matter what condition I was in, I made it my responsibility to complete the task. Overall I enjoyed participating in the study.

This is a scam. They collect data just to attract clients and to show they have database.Their pilot survey is the main survey to collect their primary data. An unprofessional agent called Kayla Mangrum so rude and I m sure how she got this job. It is time for rude people to loose their career when they disrespect people. Specifically when they don t care about the company that employs them. She was easily ok to accept that I put bad review as she doesn t care. The word Sorry is not enough for people s time and respect. Me too I m Sorry for leaving this review . She messed up with the wrong person. I m contacting the Chamber of Commerce and the Department of Consumer Protection. This is what happen when there s no effort spent on recruiting the right people for the right job.

If I could provide ZERO stars I would.... I completed a market research study with a certain dollar amount that was promised, and over a month later I still have not received my compensation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, the recruiter keeps giving me the run around and no one is returning my calls. I STRONGLY advise that you do not waste your time doing business with this company.

I attended a focus group in NY: the experience overall was enjoyable. The conversation was enlightening and pertained to the subject matter without veering off-topic, the group moderator guided us through the material, and the staff was great to deal with. They were accommodating, with coffee and refreshments provided, and compensated us at the end of the session.

I took part in a study a month ago. It was easy to get started and complete on my phone. I was paid within a few weeks. Would recommend

It has been over a month and I have received no payment nor any of my call returned. I ve called Stephanie & Elaina who both called me constantly til I agreed to do the 2 part 10 day Survery which also then included at in home study. Now they won t answer my call. I was supposed to get $400 for completing both and have not received a single dollar or even a call back. I will be reporting this company as they not only 4 people came to my home but they also recorded me for 2 hours and had me do a video recording every day for 6 days. It was such a waste of time and I m really upset. Edit: I told y all via email AFTER leaving this review I didn t receive or cash that check & y all still claiming I did. Y all should have sent it to the same address y all came to or PayPal it like asked but y all didn t

My experience with Murray Hill has been a very positive one because of the professional way they contacted me and followed up as well when there were questions afterwards. The people were so prompt that it had a personal quality that was helpful.

I did a study 10/25/19. It s now 1/4/20. I ve been told my check is being sent out today on four occasions at this point. I guess I m just never getting my $100. I emailed Rosslyn 10x and I emailed the owner Susan and have not gotten a response from The OWNER. Was contacted - they paid via PayPal on 1/2 - i was not told to look there but at least i finally got paid.

I wish I had read the reviews before doing a beer study with them on November 20, 2019. I was told by my recruiter, Mike, before I did this study that I would receive a PayPal payment of $100 within two weeks of the study end date, which has already passed, and I have not been paid yet. I have contacted the recruiter, Mike, who denies telling me on the phone I would be paid via PayPal within 2 weeks. I will never do business with them again if this is not resolved as soon as possible and paid as promised. I have written to the Better Business Bureau to help me resolve this issue.

This place is great. Really professional staff that are very welcoming. I have done a few studies here and they are efficient and really create a thought provoking environment.

Did a focus group with them at the end of May. After contacting them several times I NEVER received my check or a phone call back. I've just been repeatedly told via email reply they were sent out already and nothing further than that. I'm about to contact the Better Business Bureau or the attorney general. Update: I've been in contact with Melissa Mormon and Elisa Brooks they are looking into the matter and seem genuinely concerned. I've updated my rating accordingly. I will keep Google apprised as to what happens.

I am registered with about 8 or 9 other market research firms in Dallas & have been for nearly 15 years so I am very familiar with how these firms function. Murray Hill as a company is very professional, the staff is awesome & attentive when you arrive for a study, the recruiters who call you are friendly & upbeat, & it's apparent that they care about making your experience enjoyable. Each time I've participated in a study, the study began & ended at the times noted by the recruiter who called. I see other reviews with negative comments about their experience mostly pertaining to the amount of time it's taken for them to be paid their incentive. In every study I've done here as well as other firms, I've always been paid at the end of my participation. There have been some instances where I received a check several weeks later by the company who contracted Murray Hill to find participants & so I think that is what happened w/ the people who have written negative reviews. A lot of times, the accounts payable department who contracted Murray Hill wants to wait until their company has completed the research campaign before they cut checks b/c that way they can call ALL of the checks to the participants at one time. From experience, I know that if you're not going to be paid up front, the firm (Murray Hill in this case) is supposed to notify you of this when a recruiter tells you that you've qualified for the study. A lot of times, the firm has no control over the length of time it takes for you to receive your incentive, however, they can sometimes try to help expedite it. However, nothing can be perfect 100% of the time. So, all I can say is, give Murray Hill a shot. It will definitely be worth your time!

They keep sending me emails, I keep requesting to be removed from their database. So today, I filed a complaint against them with the BBB about the issue. Hopefully, it'll be taken care of, and I'll never hear from them again!

It's been a long while since I've been able to participate at the Dallas facility, because they mostly contact me about product trials, but I had a great experience the last time I participated in an in person study! They were great about confirming my time, and even called me the day of to make sure I wasn't having trouble finding them at their new offices. The study was a one on one, and it started right on time. The time flew by quickly and I had a lot of fun simply giving my opinion, so I highly recommend Murray Hill National to anyone that's considering joining their panel!

They refused to pay me, I finished the survey, 3 weeks ago, Richard is full of BS, he called and told me, I had a check thru post office since July 31st, today he calls me and told me,I did not get a confirmation!! Very unprofessional, poor quality, poor values, I will never do anything else with this company!! Keep the funds ! It's not that serious!

I have had the pleasure of participating in several studies for Murray Hill and recommend them to everyone. The studies are fun and interesting and pay very well.

Participated in a web-study on October 8, 2018 and have not been compensated. I was told (after I didn t get paid) that I would not be paid until the study closed? 4 months now!! I think I ve waited long enough, and based on the other reviews I ve read, not paying participants unless they complain seems like a common practice. The BBB should be made aware.

I did a survey on 1/21 and still have yet to receive payment. What's even more frustrating is that I've been calling and emailing every week for over a month now. Everyone passes the buck to someone else and no one is accountable. Totally unprofessional...I would advise not to participate in any of their studies, especially if payment isn't guaranteed in person. Update: I received payment; the owner was gracious enough to handle my issue. I was taken care of as soon as she replied!

I had the pleasure of participating in a focus group regarding travel recently in Boston. The experience was educational,fun and the extra money came in handy!

I did a study with Murray Hill, snd they tried to claw back the money....The study has been over now for 2 months and they keep making excuses about paying me - I m about ready to go to the better business bureau and to my lawyer

I completed two phone assignments with this company back to back. In total, I am owed $165.00 for both. It has been almost two months since the assignments were completed. I contacted the recruiters about the payment situation and it has not been resolved. Finally, I contacted the co-owner Susan and still have not been paid. They get paid by the companies, but they do not pay you for your work. I am going to file a lawsuit.

Quick payment , interesting sessions and good compensation. Staff is efficient and friendly during screening.

I completed a study the end of November and I have yet to receive compensation. I emailed the project manager on 12/5/18 and I still have yet to receive a response to my email. I had hoped the business practices of Murray Hill were a bit better than this. UPDATE: I just received an email from Susan and I ve received compensation today. (12/19/18)

I did a web/phone survey on headaches scheduled through the recruiter Rexann Jeffries on 11/29/18 and was promised a PayPal incentive. I emailed Rexann the next week when I hadn't received it and was told I'd get it in about a week. It has now been almost 6 weeks since the study and I haven't been paid, and no one answers phone calls or emails. I am beyond disappointed in this company and will be filing a report with the BBB as well.

I was recruited for a Ford Explorer focus group. They never did a rescreen on me & I was emailing back & forth with the owner Susan Owens. Needless to say my 1 on 1 survey only lasted 6 minutThey only paid $50. They didn't pay me the $125 I was supposed to be paid. They sent an e-check to my PayPal account with still hasn't cleared yet. I called & talked to Judy & she was very rude. They used to be excellent now, they are shoddy.

I did my first focus group here tonight and it was a mock trial. I enjoyed it very much! Hope to come back soon!

I absolutely love participating in these groups there so much fun and bring me insights on new products and services. This company is basically a company that researches products or services to make better products or services for the near future. Which I love being apart of because they keep me in the loop. They have the best staff very friendly and professional when dealing with them. They always make me feel comfortable. I always feel like I fit right in when participating in a study. Did a study with them that took longer than they said it would. They said I would get payment upon completion of tasks, and have not received payment and they are ignoring my emails. Wish I read these reviews before spending hours doing work on this.

When I interviewed for the study, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Elaina was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She has such a great conversational quality, and is very professional. Taking this study was definitely worth my time!

I recently did a study and had to wait for the check,BUT I received it as promised. I just qualified for a Consumer Food Study at $100 for an 1/2 hour of my time at Subway,of course I referred family and friends (Why,wouldn't I?) and they've all went and received a check in hand afterwards. Rosslyn was very good with helping me move forward. Even though they were promised cash. I would recommend MURRAYHILLNATIONAL. Keep sending ME them paid surveys.

I did a social media survey with this company and not only had to wait to hear from them for an email asking if I preferred check or PayPal, but also after completing a form with my information, had to wait more time because they didn't have my address. I gave my address and waited another 10 days before I emailed again to ask where my check was and was told they had to " talk to their boss" this was 2 days ago!!!! I should have researched them before doing this survey. Biggest scam there is!

Great experience! Brianna Jackson was my recruiter and she was very informative on the process and what to expect. She always stayed in contact with me even after the survey to make sure I got paid! I will definitely use them again!
