I am registered with about 8 or 9 other market research firms in Dallas & have been for nearly 15 years so I am very familiar with how these firms function. Murray Hill as a company is very professional, the staff is awesome & attentive when you arrive for a study, the recruiters who call you are friendly & upbeat, & it's apparent that they care about making your experience enjoyable.

Each time I've participated in a study, the study began & ended at the times noted by the recruiter who called. I see other reviews with negative comments about their experience mostly pertaining to the amount of time it's taken for them to be paid their incentive. In every study I've done here as well as other firms, I've always been paid at the end of my participation. There have been some instances where I received a check several weeks later by the company who contracted Murray Hill to find participants & so I think that is what happened w/ the people who have written negative reviews. A lot of times, the accounts payable department who contracted Murray Hill wants to wait until their company has completed the research campaign before they cut checks b/c that way they can call ALL of the checks to the participants at one time.

From experience, I know that if you're not going to be paid up front, the firm (Murray Hill in this case) is supposed to notify you of this when a recruiter tells you that you've qualified for the study. A lot of times, the firm has no control over the length of time it takes for you to receive your incentive, however, they can sometimes try to help expedite it. However, nothing can be perfect 100% of the time.

So, all I can say is, give Murray Hill a shot. It will definitely be worth your time!
