Circulation Technicians Review

Worked there for almost a year and like it, with any place they have there ups and downs, but its a good place to work at!

I have come back to work for this company three times in between jobs. They are reliable, and it's an easy, decent paying job for any self respecting worker who just needs a pay check.

BEWARE !!!!!!!! Let me start off by saying this is one of THE WORST Company's I wish I can rate it 0 stars, I got hired and put in my two weeks at my other job so that I can actually be "trained" a full time employee, while I had put in my two weeks I was working a couple of hours at cirtech everyday getting "TRAINED" . They don't train you they throw you in a cubicle and start you right away and check in with you to tell you what say and bla bla let me tell you this was my first call center job so I was a bit confused with how everything went. LITERALLY All the calls I had were people hanging up in my face , answering machines and people that spoke a different language I made probably a total of 3-4 sales while I was there and once I couldn't make any more they (Marge) gave me the boot told me I should reconsider this job and that this was a sales based job when on the Craigslist ad it had said Hourly + commissions she was basically trying to tell me they don't want me in a nice way ! I literarily only worked there not even a week 3 hours a day. This company is horrible and disorganized please beware of the dying company there smiles are all FAKE

This place is no good, they advertise job openings as if you have the chance to get more then the wage but when your about to hit commission they give you recycled leads that prevent you from exceeding the minimum wage. The main staff members operate on race and favoritism. You will NOT get commission if your not light skinned, and if your close to getting commission expect to be let down cause they will prevent you from getting it for there own good, unless your white. Mary Jo is one of the finest crafty piece of craps there don't say I didn't warn you. Nut shell, your paid less then informed, to harass people, under supervision of racist staff members, under controll substances.

Ok so go in get the job that is advertising higher then they are actually offering to pay, have my interview on Thursday with Lisa and am told to start Monday 9 am. Friday Melissa sends me an email telling me to come in for another interview Monday at 11. I call because I'm confused I explained I can start at 9 or come in another day. When it's time for the interview I call in to see what I need to bring to only be told by Melissa my application is on file and I should've came in on Monday. She explains she sent me the email by mistake. Well why did we reschedule the interview for Wednesday Monday morning instead of telling me to reschedule... Didn't apologize for her mistake or anything just said "well what do you want me to do about it, we don't know when the next class will start."

I work here every night and I love the amazing managers and the amazing employees. Everyone seems happy and works hard every night. Chris, Pat, Viola, and Alex are seriously the best management team I have ever had and just them alone would keep me in this position let alone the amazing pay possiblities. I love my job here and I plan to stay for a long time.

Terrible company. The managers do really well and make enough money to travel and live the lives they want without having to do hardly anything while the average man or woman can barely afford to feed their families. Not only that but the campaigns are extremely shady.. you literally get paid commission to ask to verify credit cards. That is extremely sensitive information that people can easily confirm on the internet instead of a phone call. They have a campaign where you are delivering an "exciting" "free" bundle of coupons each week to residents but it's just spam and useless junk that people don't use. You have to hope that someone would just be dumb enough to give you their address and number in exchange for free coupons each week. I'm telling you this company is shady to say the least. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM THEY JUST WANT CHEAP LABOR SO THEY CAN PROFIT

People were pleasant. But only gave me 5 mins of their time for an interview

If I could rate them 0 stars I would, when I first got hired I was thrown in a cubicle and given a script to figure out on my own. Not to mention the scripts sound shady. I worked there for not even a week and they let me go. Maybe get better scripts if you want to actually sell stuff. Don't recommend working at this fake ass company, don't waste your time just find a different call center.

Not happy at all. I switched job's for this company. I have never seen such disfunction in a call center. Leeds that have been called before. Selling newspapers where you can get it free online. The scrip is blan. You have to make goal every week or they take hours away. Not a job for a family. To fly by night. I'm trying to get out of here. You only make the good money on the best campaigns. But you need to be a coaches pet. Or your stuck on the lower campaigns. Where you don't make so much. If you live at home this is a great job for you. " So when they let you go for not making goal. You won't have to worry about feeding,rent for your family.

Excellent company to work for, outstanding management and very professional and organized.

If you need a check to support your drug or drinking problem than, apply if your ok with your co workers being racist and a Trump supporter then apply, if your ok with not making commission and getting 10.50 a hour for 38 then apply, they do not pay at 11 a hour they make you clock out for your 15 minute break which is why you will never hit 40 hours, they do not offer over time, the managers accept probably 2 are on drugs and drink on the job, and an option of commission or the hourly should not be an option a percentage of commission she be applied to the base, all across the board janky, we are calling people up to 7 times a day, when by law your only permitted to call once a day, I just walked out of this job because this week number too and they have shortened my pay again to the better business bureau I go.
