Great alternative to a mega resort if you're looking to avoid crowds. Great terrain for all levels and good value. Really nice variety of runs with long groomers, moguls and nice tree skiing. Liked it a lot.

Went there for a day of skiing on Dec 30 2018. It. Was. Crazy. Busy. To be expected on a weekend and so close to New Years. Even then it was still fun and been there many times before and always had a good time. The busyness just made things much slower from ticket and lift lines to food lines (they even ran out of some items during lunch). Overall still a great time-much more enjoyable with slightly smaller crowds.

Very nice ski hill. However, they are not equipped to handle large amounts of people at the lodge. Washrooms arent big enough and not enough space to sit at the cafe. Cafe also closes too early.

Ski to your door, huge hottubs for both kids and adults, lots of activities around the village but the best part is always the incredible base ypu get on the top half and back half of the mountain. Consistent powder year in and year out and a vertical like few others. Summit Hut right on top of the hill has a great view of 1000 Peaks, blue skies and great food. The resort itself caters to families, puts noise restrictions in and though there are lots of groups of skiers and boarders that come as friends, the way the village is laid out... They can party at the far end, in the bar and restaurants there, but families can still get to bed early in the fully stocked condos. Fabulous place for families and still so affordable.

Great place for beginners and lessons. The Green runs are perfect to learn or if it's been a while since the last time you skied. The main lunch area is huge, plus food was great. Lots of parking also with the Gondola service from the lower parking lot. Its early season now but the runs are already ready for fun.

I have to say DO NOT GO HERE....

I have to say DO NOT GO HERE....
let me start with we booked this trip on a travel web site and im not sure if it was the travel site or this place but the appointment was cancelled. they did get us into a room in the same high end building we had ordered
the room was old, the chair arm was ripped. stain on the floor and ceiling. even the toilet seat was to large for the toilet really come on guys. the room sheets were ripped. the curtain was missing inserts wall plug cover was missing in the main bed room don't use room 324. This was to be here high end room????. I have seen better rooms in the travel lodge for 60.00 a night when I work out of town to save money.
Staff is rude and most do not know the basic item like times items open and staff has to ask others were the pop machine is and what floor when we asked because there is a do not drink advisory. I asked the assistant manager what star this place was and he said he was not familiar with this term Really you are in the wrong business than.
This was to be a family trip and to top this off in the second floor of the underground parking lot had a car completely cover in dust and male and female parts drawn all over it and wording on it. I had to talk to my little 6 year what that was drawn on the car. really If I could give this place a zero I would. Do not waste your money 50% over priced even if the room was fine. its old and beat up. the manager gave us a free night to say sorry but the damage is done to our trip. For that I will not post pictures of this place
if you want pics email me what a joke

Panorama is the best family ski hill in Canada. It is an extra 90 minute drive west of Banff, but it has the best groomed runs, excellent extreme skiing, fantastic views and absolutely no lift lines. Beginners can go to the very top to see the incredible views and then take an easy cat track down. Fantastic beginner lifts and excellent ski school that takes 5 yr. olds and up for the whole day. All my kids loved it. Best of all, once you arrive you park under your unit and never move. Weather is always better than Banff too.

Fun place, great views and hiking options.

Only complaint - the cabin had a problem with the water and leaking in the washing machine, and no vacuum cleaner available.

Great ski hill, amazing runs. The only thing that is lacking is the care of the lodge. The area by the cubby holes is full of garbage from the previous day (pop bottles, dirty tissues), tables don t look like they ve been wiped down. For a top notch ski resort I d expect a cleaner lodge first thing in the morning.

This is a great spot with a variety of terrain for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. The on hill accommodations are very well kept, and only steps from the chairlift. The amenities are very good with a broad range of dining options. They have a gondola to access the lower village which is very convenient since there is also a general store for any supplies you may have forgotten to pack.

Disgusted!!! We booked a trip this summer, staying in panorama and looking forward to golfing Greywolf. A nice trip for August. The trip was booked in last week of May, this year, on June 6 we were summons to our doctor and my wife has been diagnosed with cancer. They are rushing her in on Monday, she will have 3 surgeries the next 2 months and other treatments. Travel is out of the question, I have tried to cancel the reservations and Panorama will do nothing at all. I am disgusted and have a heavy enough heartache without this. We have been loyal to panorama for the last 20 years and to be treated like this is DISGUSTING!!

I had a really awesome experience at Panorama. Cute ski/snowboard village. Upscale or budget friendly depending on the lodge you decide to stay. Mountain has nighttime skiing and snowboarding on one run which is nice. Large heated pool and hot tubs. Beer and wine in site in general store. Really enjoyed the runs on the sunbowl side though a bit icy when warm and sunny.

After staying at some really lovely places this year in BC this year on our summer holiday this was our final stay before going home. This will be our final time we come to this resort. Limited parking, dining is far and the feel is not intimate. The rooms I cant say worse things, the look is tired and beat up. The bedding is grimy and gross. The water issue well who needed that added stress. no one came to ask if we needed toiletries or towels poor service. No I am done not worth my time.

A beautiful and massive resort with lots to do. Just visited this long weekend with my family. Esp the gondola rides up and down were so much fun! The only minus are the rooms. We stayed in Pine Inn. The rooms lack basic amenities & there was a weird odour in the room too. Other than that a very short and pleasant trip. Recommended!

This mountain is world class. There are 6 lifts operating at various elevations, with 3 small food & drink stations on the way down. Many different routes at different skill levels with park terrain in 2 areas. I'm always impressed with the experience. Hotel price options ranging from $85 per night, and well supported food areas that let you stay for a week without getting bored and having to drive anywhere. Highly recommend coming into Panorama and stay for a weekend minimum at Pine Inn.

We stayed in the Tamarak building of the Panorama lodge and it was very overpriced for what we got. We got a 1 bedroom with a kitchen. The kitchen was visibly dirty when we got into the room. We wiped things down when we got in and the cloths were all dirty afterward - not sure how well they clean between guests. The mattresses are very old and "used" The bathroom had mould in the shower and toilet might come out of the wall when we sat on it. Not sure if all units are like this but probably would stay in Invermere next time and save some money.

One of the best ski resorts in BC! We absolutely loved the place, though we had some issues with the room(the owner of the room who is responsible for keeping it in working order) the staff did all that they could and then some to help us out with EVERYTHING! I mean I tell you this place is somewhere to put on your bucket list! Best few days of my life! The conditions are amazing, the people are fantastic, the workers are efficient, the wait times are short! The only thing I d change is the lifts, in this time that you guys seem to be growing significantly, you need more people moving power!! Other than that I had an amazing trip!

Versatile mountain, great mountain hosts and mediocre snow when no fresh on the ground. Resort caters to people on the mountain, not visitors i.e parking lots location, location of ticket booth and some restaurants. Also, very much disliked the free gondola from the second parking lot. Other BC interior resorts have the edge.

Shame I can't give no stars. Very expensive for the amenities you don't receive; sauna not working, gym small, hot tub cold. Lift tickets don't work and expect to get loaded up incorrectly at the bottom of the slope; safety issues when leaving the chair at the top due to this. Ice on the slopes, but don't expect any kind of refund. Then try and chill in the rooms; impossible due to screaming kids and drunk teenagers. You need a degree in engineering to even work the coffee machine. Bars, cafes are expensive and food is unappealing. Long winding drive on pot holed road to and from; will not be back. Only one good thing, the road home.

This resort was like a bigger version of Lake Louise (or that's what it felt like). The runs were similar to Louise. We came with a bus load and enjoyed our condo that was nearby the lifts. We enjoyed the nightlife apres skiing with our group....maybe a little too much! Memorable all around. We've come here in the summer too, but being a snowboarder I enjoy it in the winter more.

Great skiing and hot tubs, I suggest renting snowshoes to hike the south face trail as well. Not a lot to do if you can't ski or hike though. Lastly the Pine Inn is absolutely NO FRILLS, it's is not for anyone looking for luxury.
